Okay, so before i start off this, like how i style my pixie cut - hopefully i don't forget to film an intro too so um i actually just firstly shampooed my hair in the shower, so the shampoo that i use it's just like some regular shampoo, i'm actually Just trying this out, but it's coconut water. Well, it's the garnier whole blends, refreshing shampoo, um, it's supposed to be silicone free, but it has out um, not aloe. Well, it does have aloe in it. Coconut water and aloe vera extracts. So basically, it's supposed to like refresh it hydrate. This is like for normal hair, so my hair is color and it's relaxed, but i just chose this because this is like some regular shampoo, so my hair is shampoo. I don't have anything in it and it's still kind of damp um too. So so what i like to do first is to go in with the oil, and this is like basically for my scalp, so my scalp don't like won't be itchy, so i use um. It'S a brand called butterfly tresses, so this is the scalp oil like i've used a lot of this oil, but it's called remedy. So this is the scalp oil. So i'm just going to apply the scalp oil. Real, quick and i just take the little droplet thing. Just kind of go over my head: okay, so next i'm just going to massage this oil onto my scalp. So next i'm going to go in next. I like to use a conditioner, so this is from the same brand, so this is um there. It'S called the conditioner, so it's like original um, so this one right here is like very moisturizing, but i like to put this on before i put my phone on for this, like how i style my pixie cut with no heat, because i at this point i Don'T even have like any type of like heating tools that could actually like style, my hair. Basically, i do have like a regular flat iron, but i don't have like a mini flat iron to style um like shorter hair. Basically, so this is how i've been wearing. My hair and i'm trying to like prevent from putting heat on it too, because i did um bleach my hair, i colored it and then i relaxed it. So it's like i'm trying to stay away from the heat, so i just take like a little bit of this um conditioner here and i just massage it into my hair and by using the conditioner first like it really really really makes my hair like super soft. Oh, my god and i'll leave the link to um where you can purchase the two products that i mentioned from butterful tresses, so i'll leave their link in my description box. Okay! So now it's time for the phone. So first, like usually, i just put the foam on my head and then kind of like style it, but you don't really have to do that. This is how i do it, so i just take like a regular, a right to comb. This is like the cone that i always use for this, so basically i just comb it out, and lately i just been wearing my hair, like with a side part, and i actually trimmed my hair yesterday, because i didn't really trim my hair when i had first Well, when i first initially did like the big chop, i was natural, but then, when i had tried to texturize my hair, if you haven't seen that video, you should watch that one because um i was trying to do like a texturizer, but we ended up with This so it's fine um, so i didn't trim my hair after i did that, so i really needed to trim my ends, so i did that yesterday and it definitely um gives my hair like some more shape and just like more manageable. Basically, like i don't have those like frizzy ends after i mow my hair and that's like a really good tip too for like if you just got a pixie cut like if this is like your first time actually wearing like short hair, like a pixie cut like If you did the big chop yourself like, if you cut it yourself, you may need to go to a professional just so your hair can have some type of shade, because it really makes a difference when you're styling your hair, especially if you want to go like The no heat route um - this really makes a difference like trust me because my hair just was not laying right before i had trimmed it yesterday, so it was just like mandatory for me to trim my hair um yesterday. So all i did was basically take my shears, so i combed my hair all the way to the front, and i kind of just went around and trimmed um my edges and then i went like how i usually style my hair, which i'm going to style it Today, so i just parted it right here and then i kind of like went down right here and trimmed some more just to give it some shape for like when i do style. My hair, like the, how i want to style my hair, like it just looks right, and it lays right because that's like a whole key of doing like a mole on short hair, you want it to lay the right way. So the cut is like very, very important, so i know some people, like you know, cut their hair at home um, but you just may want to like just look into going to someone professional that really knows how to cut hair, because the cut is definitely everything. So, okay, let's go ahead and start putting this mold on because i feel like i'm just like rambling but yeah. This is how i usually style my hair. So i like to um, have the front part going this way and then the sides are like laid down. Basically, so this is the type of phone that i use, so this is just like some regular phone. It'S like very inexpensive. I think i got this one from like dollar general or something they said. It'S like dollar general. It'S like four dollars, maybe even five dollars. I feel like it's less than that um. You can also find this at walmart or, like your local um beauty supply store. But this is the lotta body um. So this one has like coconut and shea oils in it, but basically it's the they're wrapping foamy mousse. It'S just some regular foamy mousse and i actually need to get some more because i've been going through this phone, but i like to apply it directly onto my hair and they kind of just distribute the foam. And i do like to focus like on my sideburns too, because i really want those to lay down so sometimes i don't put like enough foam on it. I'Ll have to go back through it to lay it down, and then i just apply some in the back here. I didn't even show the back of my hair, so i'm gon na show the back of my hair um. So i use a generous amount of foam and this is really what helps lay your hair down, for that, like no heat style, look for a pixie cut and this could work on natural hair too. But if your hair is like super curly like this, possibly would not work for you for you. You would probably need to use like gel, but if you're relaxed like this is the the way to go. If you want to do like a no heat but again, like the style, really really matters because like if you have layers and your pixie cut like if it's cut the right way, like it'll kind of look like your hair, is kind of curled like it'll. Have some type of style and also too movement to it? So i make sure i get my edges too and i have on makeup today. I haven't been wearing makeup like that, but so lately i just been like pulling the sides down and they comb in the back um with the rest of my hair like towards the back, but i do like to do like a little swoop right here, cinnamon. So right now i'm just smoothing my like the front part out for where i want it to lay, because i'm about to put a scarf on and i'm going to wait for it to dry so like since my hair is like relaxed. It really doesn't take that long to dry, like once i put the scarf on like the foam dries pretty fast, so i don't have to wait all day so once i just have everything smooth down where i want it to lay okay. So now i'm ready to put my scarf on, and this is just like a regular scarf here. I use this to go to sleep in, but i'm gon na have to find something else, because it has not been staying on. It'S like super silky, so it moves around like it was. It fell off last night when i had it all so. I'M gon na have to find like a uh um, possibly like a do-rag or something something that light actually stays down, because i just tie this in the back. It'S just like one of those regular square scarves, but i fold it and have like a triangle shape. I can't really show it, but it's like a little triangle shape and then i just put it on my head and i try to pull it all the way down to where my the side burns lay down too so then i just tie it up. I don't do it too tight because, like i don't know about anybody else, but i be getting a headache when i tie my scarf on too tight. It'S so annoying like, but i just tie it down tight enough to where my hair lays down. So i can kind of feel the phone squishing down so yeah, i'm gon na um come back when my hair is dry and i'll. Show you guys what it looks like and then like the further well um, how i kind of like style it. It'S really not that much, but i do have like another product that i want to show y'all on what i use to like actually style my hair, so yeah i'll be right back okay, so my hair is fully dry now it didn't really take that long from The last clip, but it just needed light to air dry. Basically, i think i may have added just a little bit too much foam, but it's okay um, but this is what i was talking about when once my hair dries like fully dry is where it can move around. So i just like to take my fingers, basically and kind of like you know, play around with it and just kind of move the hair, how i want it! So that's why the haircut itself is like really important um when you're doing like a pixie cut because like if they, if your pixie cut, is not cut the right way. It'S just not going to lay the right way when you're trying to style it basically um. It'S not going to move the way you would want it to move so yeah. This is pretty much how i style my pixie cut. Sometimes i like to go in on the sides right here and kind of like create some waves, but today i'm just leaving it like this, because usually i just put on a hat and just call it a day so and that is the honest truth so yeah This is pretty much all i do. It'S like. You can style it different ways when it's um dry and you don't really have to use heat. Basically, um i mean you could, if you would want to add a little bit of curls in it, but you really don't have to the foam, will do just right and um the cut too like that, will really determine how you're going to style your hair. Basically so yeah, this is pretty much how i style my hair um. Hopefully this was helpful to someone um. This is pretty much how i sign my hair. It'S like really quick. The longest part is basically like waiting for it to dry. I do plan on investing in like a bonnet dryer. It'S like one of those like little bonnet dryers. You can attach it to like a regular dryer. I kind of do want one of those, but i don't know i just want to stay away from the heat but yeah. I love styling, my hair, like this. It'S like really um simple here and it lasts for like a couple of days too. So i don't really use too much products on my hair um. The products that i did show like those are the products that i use besides the new one that i had mentioned like this pomade, so that was like my first time trying it, but i will be using it like on my hair um to style my hair. So yeah this is pretty much the end of the video um leave a comment below um to. Let me know like what you use on your hair. If you are doing like a heat, free, pixie cut situation so yeah, i will see you guys in the next video
