Hey guys, what's up, it's me Kira, so today's video is all about this. Pixie cut style got right here. You guys really seem to like my last styling video. So I thought I would do another one. So let's jump right into it. So here I'm just being silly and I'm just gon na dip, my head in the water and I'm going to saturate my hair make sure it gets all nice and wet before we go in with the Carrick hair shampoo. I will put all the names in the description box below and I'm just going to shampoo my hair. I always shampoo twice just so. I can really get all the dirt out to make sure that everything is squeaky clean. So next I'm going to be going in with my conditioner, which is the it's a 10 miracle hair mask. I just applied this all over my head and let that sit while I wash my body, the weather so falling in the shower, and then I rinse it out so now that I've Ritz top my hair, I dried it and now I'm just combing out my hair. Getting all the tangles out before I part it and start to mold my hair. This is probably the most important part of my hair routine is getting that mold right, getting my hair in place to where I want it, so it's easier to style. So I'm just parting, my hair, the way I want it, I like a deep part, I feel like it looks best on me and I can manipulate the style a little bit better. So that's what I'm doing here now, the fun part. This is Bay. You already know how I feel about this product. This is the Nairobi brat foam lotion, and this is what gets my hair together like this gathers. All of my strands gets them in the formation and really helps the mole to stay and helps my style lasts. A lot longer I really go in on this, like I saturate my hair, all the way down to the root with this stuff, so that everything can be nicely controlled because, with short pixie cuts, it's all about having moisture and having control with your hair. But for me I like a soft hold and I feel like this product really helps me get that desired, look and feel with my hair. So now I'm just really parting. It um. Getting that part super straight. I love to use a brush to brush down my hair, especially with the back and the sides. A men's brush just really really smooth out my hair and get fit nice and flat, and now I'm using a wide tooth comb to really brush or comb through the thick parts of my hair, because I have very very thick hair and especially in the crown and The in the top of my head, so going back and forth between the comb and the brush really really helps to get my hair flattened straight and laid down honey, and one thing I make sure I do while I'm holding my hair is molding my sides. My edges I like to curve everything kind of give it like the illusion of a curl and that really helps with me not having to curl my edges. This part is optional, but I really like to do this. I don't have to work as hard at the end and it just looks real cute once everything is all dried and I don't have to do too much to that area cuz. I really try to keep my edges with low manipulation. So when my edges are all smoothed down, my hair is nice and flat. That'S when I know that my mold is done so I like to take this mesh cap to lay my hair down, especially my edges, and I like this mesh cap because it has holes in it, so air can circulate through it. Now I'm going to just get under the dryer, and I will see you guys in a few okay. So now is the styling part I'm going to be using the Caracara, essential oils, oil and I'm going to just be putting a little bit of that. In my hand, about a dime-size and spreading that all over my hair next is the miracle styling serum from it's a 10, and I like to use this or some moisture in it also for a heat protection. So people have asked me my kind of method of curling, my hair and how I kind of just make it easier for myself. Is I like to use my fingers to part or go back and forth between a rat tail comb and my fingers? I really don't focus on making the curl perfect, because I'm going to be wrapping it down anyway. The only thing that I try to make sure is that I don't have any fish hooks, which is basically when your hair is curled the opposite direction that you want. It to go so I just really kind of bump my hair so for this particular style. This is where things kind of get a little bit different. I like to curl the top part of my head a certain way I like to do more of a vertical curl versus a horizontal curl, and I like to curl it backward so that it starts to fall backward, but because my hair was molded to the front. It'S going to fall a certain way. This curling technique just gives my hair more volume, and then I also like to curl it more than I normally would to kind of give the illusion of more curls. And but I like to just kind of do like a little bump. But when I do my hair this way, I like to curl it a little bit more and it just looks so pretty at the end. So now that I'm done with the curls, I'm just going to be using the herbal complex from design essentials and I'm going to be applying this to my scalp. It'S a very dry scalp and I really like to moisturize it before I mold it down with my wrap cap, and this just make sure that everything is all nice and shiny, feels good and looks good. So now I'm going to be finger combing, my hair down. I'M not going to be using a brush or comb. I like to finger comb just because it kind of makes my curls kind of stay intact and then once I do that, I like to lay down my edges and I'm going to be using the curls passion. Fruit paste can't remember the exact name, but I like to use that on my baby hairs and my edges to really lay those down. Then I apply my wrap cap that I sleep in at night and I like to sit with this on for about an hour. A lot of you guys were worried when I did my first video and I did this technique and you guys were like. Oh, my gosh you're gon na mess up your pearls. No, no! No! It actually makes your curls look a lot better and looks a lot more. I don't know just looks a little bit better, so try this out and see how you like it. So now I'm going to be taking my wrap cap off and I'm pretty much done from here. All I do is just finger comb, my hair, my curls are popping everything flows together, everything's waster eyes. I can finger comb, my hair any which way and it's still going to fall back into place, so I did want to tell you guys that this was filmed about three months ago. I am no longer relaxed and I am natural now so this will be. My last video doing my pixie cut with relaxed hair and I will from now on be doing more natural hair videos. So I'm sorry to you guys who subscribe to me solely because I had relaxed pixie cut hair, I'm sorry, but I am now natural. I will be doing a hair update soon and a big chop, video so stay tuned for that, even though I'm no longer relaxed, I still really wanted to post this video, so I hope you guys enjoyed it comment like and subscribe, and I will see you guys In the next video
