Achieve Pixie Using Flat Iron | How To Curl Short Hair Using Flat Iron | South African Youtuber

Hey guys welcome back to my channel, so today we are doing yet another different video. I am showing you guys how I achieved this pixie haircut right here on my head, so I'll start by relaxing my hair, but off-camera and yeah. So this is my hair. After head relaxed, it IRA's right in here and yeah. I just used that all as I leave all relaxer, it has all the products that you see on the box behind them and then I applied that Palma's serum on my head is to moisturize my hair and that coconut milk from Palmas as well just to make Sure that my hair was monstrous because I am gon na use movies on my hair and it will dry up my hair. So now I'm just combing my hair into the direction way. I will be styling it, so it's that's all here. It all stays here I mean you have to comb your hair into the direction where you will be styling it. So, after calm being I'm applying my design essentials, mousse, I'm also applying it and lay my head down onto the same direction. I will be styling my hair towards on because remember we're creating a pixie cut end. So that means a lot of volume of your hair has to be like on the front, because that's where mostly the focus of the hairstyle is so now, I'm just like making a path there on the crown of my head just to make sure I know where My hair is done to like go front and where it is starting to go like because downwards. So now, I'm just using a hard bristle brush just to make sure that my hair is laid down nicely on my head before before doing the waves yeah. So now I'm just doing the waves on the sides of my head. This will guide you on how your hair style will look guys and yeah. One other thing that I've noticed with the ways. I think it's much easier to do waves using use alone guys because, when you use gel it kind of gets hot and dry on your hair and it's really difficult to just loop around and make the waves but yeah. I just noticed when I was writing this hairstyle that yeah it's a bit easier. I thought on my previous video areas because my hair had drawn a bit longer, but now it's longer than my previous video, and it was not that difficult and yes, I still did use the C technique. I used both the earth technique and listed techniques while creating the waves and they came out nicely - or maybe I'm just getting used to this - I don't know but yeah I just swooped around as you can see, creating the waves and then yeah I just defined them Using this C technique, but yeah errors just touch easier, so you will see why we're creating there ways when we are going for a pixie haircut and you are gon na flat iron, our so yeah, right after after I mean creating the waves, you just need a Duke a Sox, cough oil, soft and just cover your hair and go sit on a dryer. And then your hair will be dry afterwards, so you just have to make sure that you Duke is covering everywhere and that and that every part is laid down flat nicely in that way. You your your waves, won't be distracted or any part of your head. So now, after the dope, my hair is now right here. So I applied again my milk, my coconut milk from Thomas on my hair, my hair milk Wow and then applied the serum as well, just to make sure again that my hair is like her eyes. That may hey is warm moisture eyes and because we are going to use a flat iron. I just used that pan to heat, protecting spray that I got from clicks so that my hair is protected from all the heat, because it is diet. You guys in this relaxed, so anything could just wear that damage. Is it so yeah? Now I'm just coming up my hair because I am gon na flat iron it. So it needs to be up and not just sticking to my scalp. So that's what I am doing there making sure that my hair is not sticking to my scalp, so we're gon na be using this flat iron mini straightener. I don't know: what's that called the big part, but it's small and then we're gon na start on the crown, as you can see in start killing our hair to the front yep. So we're just gon na continue doing that throughout my head and stuff and straighten my hair like to the front until I reached the the forehead part, different parts for men. So go ahead and I don't know but yeah. We start on the crown just because if you could start on the front, then it will be difficult for you to create the curls nicely from the big part of your head. But now, if you start on the product, meets it easier for you to just create all the waves and come to the front, this wasn't easy. You guys have been a lot of times, so you really have to be careful. If you're trying this at home, we have an option to go to the salon. Remember, I'm not a professional hairstylist to anything, but I like I'm trying things out and my own comfort at home and not pay for them. I'Ll show you guys on YouTube. So yeah. You can try this if you want to at home, but don't say I encouraged you to do so because you can pin yourself so yeah, I'm just now killing my head to the front all the way from the back and killing towards the front, cut and ER Right now, I'm just gon na start killing backwards. You see when you reach the front part. I don't know how to call that part without using anatomical words you guys, but like the frontal region with your head, I guess yeah, so you start killing backwards there, because you don't want your curls coming on to your forehead. So once you reach that part saying, maybe you just you just left middle with two lines until you finish your whole frontal region of your head, then, when you reach that part, you start killing backwards, killing your hair backwards. So yeah, that's what I am doing there and then this is like the last line on the front part. So you just we're just gon na kill that bear quartz and that other small parts you just gon na kill it backwards. So now, starting on the side of your head on the sides, you just have to quell sideways, basically not frontwards or backwards you just killing sideways and towards the direction of the waves you've created. So this is why we're creating waves we're telling the head towards the direction of the wave. This is. This helps to give direction to your style, on the sides and to edges as well and edges.
