How I Style Clip In Extensions On Short Hair / Hergivenhair / Wabosha Maxine

Hey guys welcome, I welcome back to my youtube channel in case you're new here hi. My name is Alisha and welcome to the flavoured. So today I'm going to be sharing with you guys how I wash in style and style this clip in extensions from high gleaming hair. I will link all the details down below in the description by in case you want to check them out, but before we get into the video, I want to show you guys a few things that come in the package when you order your hair. So the first thing that I've got with kids right here so that I can be able to store my hair once I have uninstalled it. This is actually a really plus for me, because I don't like keeping the boxes that come and the hair they're. Just too bulky and they take up way too much space. Another thing that comes with the hair is the college, a headband to me. This is how it looks like it is actually really interesting. So I guess this is in case you decide to install the clippings and decide that you want to be sleeping in the clippings, so this is how the headband looks like. So what basically happens? Is you put your head through here? Let me try and do it so you put your head in here: okay, it's like it's going to mess up my hair, so I'm just going to explain that you put your head in here. So it covers this pusher and then on. This other end is where all this is going to be coming in. So then you have this push thing that locks the hair into position so that it doesn't move. So then, you have all of this piece and this can actually also really work nicely for your braids. You know, because when you tie your stuff on your bridge, then the ends are always hanging out, so you can like have your brains in here. Let me show you guys a picture of exactly what I'm talking about, so I'm not sure how clearly you can see this, but you can see her here with her extensions. She'S done her clippings and then this is how you install the head scarf. So her given hair, also sent to me a couple of samples just that can share them with you guys so that you can better be able to much. You have better and see what works for you. So the first sample that I have here is for the kinky hair, and this is what I have on my head right now. So this is what the hair looks like before you wash it and it best matches 4b and 4c hair. So this is the cult pattern and how it looks like so next we have there coily hair and this one best matches 3c and for a curl pattern. As you can see, the color pattern is a bit more looser and bouncier compared to the first one. If I show you the difference, let me show you side to side, so you can see this one. The color pattern is a lot tighter compared to the other ones of the difference between these two. There loosest color pattern and it's meant too much 3b to 3c hair. I order I will be able to show all three together in one film so that you guys can be able to see the difference. So this is whoops. I'Ve just dropped everything, so this is the kinky texture hair. Then we have the next one, the coyly and then the Kylee. So now, let's get on stretch to the video. So this is how the hair looks like straight out of the package. As you can see, it does mimic our African kinky hair very well. The hair texture does tend to change depending on how you treat it. So if you want it to be more of an afro, all you have to do is comb it out. But for me I really liked this texture, so I was trying to keep the curl pattern this way, because it also resembles my hair when it's wet a lot, so they considered the hair does readily soak in water, which was actually a good thing like I didn't Struggle to soak in the hair, so I'm going in with my dark and lovely co-wash and as you can see, the bottle broke at the bottom. So what I'm really I'm just squeezing it off the bottom, without opening it - and I love this product - it's like a shampoo and a conditioner in one. So let it really strip off the hair, because the hair was clean. I wasn't really trying to clean it. I was just trying to you, know, get it wet and get my curls the way I wanted them. So what I've learned to this hair is how you commit is how you're going to get your calls at the end. So you want to really like practice with different types of combs and see what gives you the closest result to your natural color pattern. So for me, I usually just use my afro comb when I wash my natural hair. So this is what I'm using to comb. My the high given hair clip in so that I can be able to get a close color pattern, and this is the amount of shed hair that I got from that one bundle. A whole bundle comes with, I think, five to six different clip ins, so that was the amount of hair that I lost from one bundle and when I washed to I lost the same amount. So this is how the color pattern looks like when it is wet. Of course he does change after it has dried, but right here I'm trying to show off and show you guys how close to my own color pattern. I got after washing my hair, so I was actually really really happy about that. So onto styling, I'm starting off with three sections of hair, the top part is divided into two, and the back has this two strand two that I did in the shower. They are very messy, but it doesn't matter because there will be underneath this tile and none will really see them. So this is how the tip-in looks like. So it's just a clip. You open it, put it into your hair and shut it back back down. So, on the back, I'm starting off with the clip in that hat, the five clippings on the back. That is the longest! That'S there, so I'm using two of them. Just you know adjacent each other, and this thing is just like a Tetris game. I don't know that game that wish to play as kids. I hope it was called Tetris. I think it is. If I'm not wrong, so you just need to find what pieces fit and you basically just fit them there. So there are different clip clip ins like some have five Clips. Others have four Clips, others have three Clips, so you just play with it and see what fits where and that's basically it like is really literally not that hard and I've actually discovered. I see basically a lot so from now on we're going to try and not say basically as much as we do so over here. What I'm doing is I'm trying to hide the trucks, so, of course after is put in the last clip and it's going to be visible. So I'm just pulling out some hair from the front side to try and cover up my trucks a bit, and I do clean up that line a bit later on, but at first I just wanted to try and see if it works. As you can see, it blends really well like with my natural hair, so I'm just pulling off a small section to cover up the truck and then what I do is I go ahead and look for where I want my patch to be, and I partition that And, as you can see in the next clip, I actually did go ahead and clean up that line a bit. So what I'm doing is at the front side of my head, I'm putting the clippings in sort of a sea ship, and this is because I want to do the little lay over method, I'm going to correct that, if I'm wrong, but or flip over yes, flip Over methods, as you can see, I put in the clip and then I will flip it over that it can fall on my face, and this helps it also conceal the trucks. So it's a really nice method, cheese, especially if you're a beginner like I was when I was doing this so it it becomes a bit simpler. You know in the end, so you can see when I let my hair down and fluff it out. You can't really be able to see where the track starts and ends, which is why I prefer to use the flip over method and on the other side, I'm just going ahead and adding a few pieces that I can fill it up just a bit on the Side and also to add some length to that area, and I liked it like it really did blend well so to fix up my edges, I'm using my ciri gel and I'd actually don't recommend this for your edges, because it does cause your hair to shrink up. It'S our culling gel, so it's meant to curl your hair and not really for holding. So I just tried my best to use my toothbrush and, as you can see, the hair did blend quite well. You can't tell the difference and over here i am telling you girl. I was feeling my self.
