How To Clip In Extensions For Short Hair - Luxury For Princess

Hi guys today, I'm going to show you how I clip in hair extensions, especially for short hair. As you can see, my hair is a bit longer now, but when I first started wearing hair extensions, it was about this length, and Here I am IMing how short it kind of was. I don't know if you can tell you get what I'm trying to say. So, moving on today, I'm going to be using my 260 gram set. If you have short hair, I definitely recommend this set or the 220 grams set. It'S going to help camouflage so much better. So I'm starting off with my first row: barely any hair. The very bottom row I'm going to grab on to it: tease it a little bit spray it you don't need to over tease I'll, show you what we're doing in a second just a little hair spray and we're going to twist this piece to the side. Almost like, I guess, like a cornrow twist, I would maybe call it without the braid. You can braid it if you want, if you want it to last a really long time, but it's not really necessary for everyday. So I'm just gon na speed it up a little bit for you. I twist it over to the side twist it back on itself fold the rest of the hair over. As you can see. My hair is a bit too long for this, but this step worked wonders when my hair was short so gather it all up and you're going to criss cross bobby pins to hold it in place. Now don't be too concerned if it looks a bit messy, especially if your hair extensions are thick, it will cover that up so easily and now I'm going to clip in my first piece of extensions. This is the two clip left this, for me anyway fits the best on my bottom row better already, and now I'm letting down a second row for this one. I like to go about to the top of my ears, as you will see here and as you can see, I don't worry too much about making it a perfectly straight line, but I am going to tease the roots a bit: tease them and spray them. As I did before - and this is just going to really lock in those clips and if your hair is very short you're going to want to repeat the step again of the twisting to the side and back on itself as I'm showing you here once again, I Don'T necessarily need to do this to the length of hair that I have now, but this is going to help camouflage those pesky little hairs that show underneath and around your chin when you're wearing super long hair extensions and your hair is super short. So speeding through this twisting it back on itself and Criss crossing some bobby pins to hold the twists down and you might need to secure it in two places for this row for this row and clipping in a three clip left and I'm moving on to my Next row this one - I have separated about two fingers above the last row and as I did before, I'm just teasing the roots and spraying them, and this is a four clip left. This one is the widest web that you get in your set and it is perfect for when you have short hair, it really covers all of those shorter layers that you may have and, as you can see, there are no pesky little short pieces peeking through we're Good to go for the next row, we're going in at about eyebrow Heights and we are going to be clipping in two three clip weft to this area and I've already teased and sprayed. This is one of the three clip laughs, and this is the other. I like to do it this way because you're getting those wax really close to your hairline in the front, helping your shorter layers blend in and now we're going in at about your temple area. I guess you might say, and we are going to be clipping in a four clip left and this should fit really nicely along the top of your head, and this is what the back looks like so far and since I part my hair on the side, I'm Going to allow two inches from my part and making sort of like a diagonal line clipping in my last two clip weft, fairly close to the front of my hairline and laying over that two inches of hair to camouflage the weft, and we are done.
