How To Clip In Hair Extensions For Short Hair

Hey guys, so this is just going to be a really quick tutorial, showing you how i clip in my bellamy extension. So the way you do it will usually work for any type of extensions that you have, but the end result of how it will look will vary depending on what type of brand you have. So i have my extensions right here and i only have six of them right now. I usually don't put the four single clips in unless i'm trying to make my hair look really big. But since this is for a normal day, i'm just gon na be using the six for today and i may throw one or two in later on. So the first thing that you're going to want to do is you're going to get a comb and you're going to pull out your regular hair out of your bun or whatever you have it in and you're just going to comb out your hair. Okay. So now that you have your hair combed out, you're, going to part a very small section in the back, probably like one inch from the bottom of your hair. So i'm going to turn around. So you guys can see what i'm doing. Okay! So i'm just going to part my hair - i usually part it about this much and that is what will be left out at the bottom, so this is going to be left out and the rest i'm going to pull into a bun, i'm just going to secure It at the top of my head okay, so this is going to be out right here now. You can usually straighten this piece before you put the other clip-ins in, but i'm not going to straighten it because they're pretty much straight from how i had them in yesterday. So now i'm going to take the smallest two pieces of hair that i have and they look like this and what i usually will do is i'll comb them both out so i'll comb them out and once they look like they're combed enough, then um. I will take one and i'll actually clip one on top of the other, and the reason why i do that is because i want my hair to look thick all the way through, and i saw a couple of the girls on youtube. Do it, and it looks really great - it doesn't look like it thins out at the bottom i'll, take this piece of hair and i'll actually clip it on top of the other hair. So it's dirty. This is the the back one and it's clipped. On top of the other one and i'll do the same on the other side, so they both it's you. It looks like it's one, but it's thicker, because it's two okay! So now i'm going to clip this bottom piece to my um hair that i had already pulled out. So i don't know if you can see it, but i'm pulling my hair, i'm actually going to be pulling my hair out and clipping this onto the hair. I pulled out i like that technique better. So now that i have the bottom row clipped and i'm just going to do the same technique all the way to the top of my hair and i'm just going to be taking an inch section separating it and then clipping it in now. Remember when i clip it in, i pull my hair out like um. Let me sing i'll pull my hair out like this and then stick the clip in. I don't want to just slide it in. I want to make sure that the clip has a grip in there okay, so this is how your hair is gon na look once you finish clipping in all six of the hair extensions i haven't even clipped in the other four yet either or blended. My hair in and blending your hair is when you'll straighten your natural hair to your hair extension, so that'll blend in better, but i haven't even done that yet and you can already tell it looks great like i wouldn't even need to do that. I straightened them. Yesterday, though, i did straighten my natural hair yesterday so um i don't know, if that's the reason why it's helping and if you'd like, i will make a video showing you how i curl them in different hairstyles, because i plan on doing a lot more hairstyles with This because this hair is so workable, it's amazing.
