How To Curl Short Wigs

Hey guys, it's consultant cosplayer here and I know it's been like a really long time, since I mean the last video, but I'm just busy with school and life and general and stuff. But I finally have a lot more time now and I decided that I would make a quick video today on how to curl short wigs. I was actually taught how to do this technique kind of by my hairdresser to do my own hair, which I've done once, and that was quite fun, but I needed to curl a wig for a cosplay that I was doing so I thought that I would try It a wigs and well, it turned out pretty great slinging a more curly wig for Vincent cosplay from the game. Catherine, you haven't played it, you totally. Should it's really awesome, but this is the wig knife. Now it used to be completely straight, and now it's pretty curly it's kind of more mess, because I comb through it, but generally it's just black earlier, so hopefully that this technique will help any of you guys that need to curl wigs instead of having to go Out and buy a whole new one fun. So what you need to do this is a wig, your hands and a flat iron um, this one's kind of big, because the only one I hadn't reach, but you probably have an easier time with a smaller one. So what you're gon na need to do? First, it's section ups on the hair. If you want looser, curls, you're gon na have a bigger section, and if you want smaller, curls you're gon na have to have a smaller section, I'll, just kind of grab a medium one. For now, and once you have your section of hair you're going to want to twist it around, so it kind of folds over on itself - and this is what's gon na - actually make the curl once you Flatiron it. When you finish doing that, I usually take the end that you're holding and hold it against the base of the wig just so it's a lot easier to hold and put in a flatiron. So once you have it all nice and twisted you're gon na take your flat iron and you're gon na put it in, and you want to hold it in there for maybe about 15 to 20 seconds, or I decide you for mine. I kind of a lower heat, so you have your tires: do it for a bit less? If you don't want to actually like burn the hair, she would be bad when you're done. It should be still twisted and kind of flattened in its shape, but you just want to let it cool for a while and then you'll have your magical girls. Now that it's cool you're going to take it and basically just untwist what you've done so it's fun and when you untwist it you'll end up with nice curls.
