Best & Easiest Box Braids Method For Short & Straight Hair
This is the best and easiest method to use when box braiding on short, soft and straight hair such as my client's hair in this video.
These braids were done last year December and my client checked in today to let me know that not one of her braids slipped out or became loose, after several partying over the Christmas and new years.
My client is very happy that her hair has kept well for a month now as she attempted doing these herself prior to this, using the rubber band method and they slipped out after a day, so please remember that its important to secure the rubber bands as they can slip out very easily. I find that securing the bands with a thin layer of braid is the best method, do not attempt to crochet large amount of hair through your rubber bands especially if the hair is short.

Hey guys, it's your girl tash to all my subscribers pick up on yourself. You don't know what up up i'm here with my girl, mel and she recently cut her hair off like two months ago. So the ends are very straight and spiky. My aim is to make sure that her ends doesn't stick out through the box braids and also to make sure that the box braids themselves don't slip off. So i am using the rubber band method, but her hair texture is very soft, so the rubber bands can easily slip off anyways and if the rubber band slips off, then the braids will fall off as well right. So this method that i am about to show you is the best method. I know that will secure the rubber bands first and once the bands are secure and invisible, then i can add as much hair as i need to make my box braids as large and chunky as i want so guys.
