What'S up team DMS is the master stylist and I'm back with another video. Today'S video is gon na, be sponsored by diva tres com. They provided me with three packs of 10-inch Empire hair in the color 613 and I'm going to color the hair today using the water color technique, the color that I'm using, I forgot the color. I think it's lime, it's by kiss color. I will put the link in the description box below to all of the colors that I am using today. One of the colors that I'm using today I started off by I've just put a entire bottle of the color into the water until the color. Pretty much just mix in all the way it is. I did use an entire bottle of the color and then I'm going to you know let that sit and then I'm going to put in a little bit of Pravana in the neon yellow, because I just want the hair to have like a neon tint to it. Not so much just like lime, but as you can see the difference in the colors, the professional color versus kiss color, which is a over-the-counter product, it is thicker, so it did not mix well with the water, but it will mix you'll see later that it did Eventually mix in I mean I'll just put both packs in and let it sit, but I did not actually like the color. It came out a little too light because you have to remember that when you're doing water colors, if you want it to be vibrant, then you all have to use more than one bottle of color, because the water is going to dilute the color a little bit. So after I let that sit for a few hours, I did go back in and I added a another bottle of color and it came out exactly the way that I wanted it. So this is exactly what I wanted and I did let that sit for about 30 minutes and then we combed out and everything. So I put her cap and everything on already paper that the white stuff is paper underneath to protect her hair from the glue and I'm just going to bond her hair in this is I call this a pretty simple or basic bonding technique. If you need further details, I have several several several videos on short, quick ways. You can refer back to those. I didn't feel the need to just do that. So I did speed this part up. I did split the tracks. The tracks, because I split the tracks to hair did shed a lot and that's just because of the you know. We cut the thread, so the hair did shed a lot lot lot, but I use Empire hair quite often in it. It doesn't, I don't have that problem normally, but anytime I split the tracks for short hair. Then it does. I do have that issue with the hair with its shedding, but that's to be expected. So it's not a and I am using salon Pro white glue. The white glue is just four, so you won't be able to see it. You know, wants to cut the hair down and everything because it pretty much dries clear, TDM actors. I am using a tinkle razor tinkle razor. It'S probably one of my favourites to use you can get it at your local beauty, supply store, or I will have a link in the description box below and my amazon store and you can find it there. They'Re very affordable, and all you do is just you can just buy replacement blades once you know once it goes, though, so I am cutting her hair. I know it looks like I'm, probably you know being heavy handed, but I'm actually you doing it very lightly, because I don't want to go in too short because the hair, the web's, even though I did put the wealth in close enough, but the wefts did not Color, normally the West, don't so you can see it. So if I go into short you'll be able to see that, so we don't want to do that. So just make sure that when you're doing the sides you're not cutting the hair too short and we're gon na curl, her hair all over anyway. So I won't. I don't want it short anyway, because I want it to be able to be long enough to be curled, and once I finished razoring the hair, then you want to just go in and take the weight out and cut some nice layers. I was undecided if I wanted to curly or not or leave it. You know straight, but I have so many. You know I have a several videos where the hair is just left straight, so I thought I'd give you guys a little pizzazz today um and I did Nick my knuckle. That'S because I went past the knuckle and if you're a professional, you know we're not supposed to do that, but who goes by the rules in the salon right, so yeah, I'm just going in and I'm not cutting, and it actually just looks good, as is I Probably could have just you know, molded her hair down and she could have went like that, but we're not gon na do that for her sides, I'm going to mold it with Maine mint foam. It is available at Maine, live studio, comm and you can purchase that in a 7 ounce or a 32 ounce for your convenience and I'm not being too too heavy-handed with the foam wrap. But I do want to put enough where it lays the hair down and then we're gon na go ahead and just comb the top in. But I'm not gon na put any foam wrap in the top of her hair because it's not needed and I don't want to weigh it down. So we just kind of molding the sides. So now I'm just gon na put two sanding strips around her hair in place her under the dryer for about 30 minutes. She is back from under the dryer and right now, I'm just taking the shears and I'm gon na go ahead and touch up her cuts. I'M going to put a little bit of Kenna rose, soaking in gloss on her hair and just get that massage doing her hair really well, and then you know get ahead, go ahead with the rest of the styling while cutting then styling. So now I'm going to go ahead and start with the curling, I'm using main life collections flat iron, and you can get that, of course, at main, like studio calm and I'm just going pretty much just doing kind of like a wave technique, not really but kind Of like pincurls, I don't know, I don't know what they called, but just alternating directions, while I'm curling and I'm just doing that all the way down and around her entire head. So I did not speed this part up on the purpose, so I want you guys to get what I'm doing so. You see, I am kind of curling and then doing like a little slide to the left slide to the right, and then you just got to do that all the way down. It'S pretty simple. Once you get the technique down, you will do it like a pro, but just keep in mind that it's not the flat iron. That'S gon na make you do it, although it helps it's the technique, so just make sure that you're using your wrist when doing this, and you should be fine, tane DMX, mmm team DMX. So now, I'm just gon na take a little bit of canvas holding spray. I don't remember which one it was. They have several ones, but I do believe that it's the firm hold this is the finished.
