A step-by-step how to style pixie haircut from wet to dry. Meant for natural wavy hair 2a to 2b.

HI FRIENDS! :D This is my first video, and what better way to introduce myself then sharing a "get ready with me" video.

I have natural wavy hair, it varies between 2a and 2b hair, and it works great for the textured look for the pixie cut.

Hello friends: this is Miranda and I'm here to show you how to get this look. So I recently got a pixie cut and some hair goes down to my shoulders before I love it. It'S so fun so different so short, and it's really not that hard to get there. So I wanted to show you how I got it. So I'm first thing I do is I just wash my hair right now, I'm using this nexus, color Asher champagne. It'S actually not that bad. The first ingredient is water and it has quinoa sweet almond, oil and coconut oil, all good stuff. What I don't like about it is that it's fragrances listed in the middle of the ingredients, so it's pretty high up there on the list, not great, but it does the job. The next step is conditioning. Now I used way too much, I'm I'm usually using way more for my hair, so I just grabbed a chunk and I started using it, but anyway I love this stuff. It is Shea moistures, manuka, honey and yogurt hydrate and repair protein power treatment. I probably pronounced that wrong and it's a super long title but love this stuff. I use it because I feel like my hair has been lacking in protein. My stylist is great, but she did use a lot of heat when she was drying. My hair so yeah. My hair and he needed some love - and I always go to this product when I feel like it's damaged last step, is to put in leave-in conditioner. This is, of course, after I've, rinsed out v-power treatment and just a little little amount. I lost the footage that does imagine me scrunching it in so this is what I call a plop and I just took a t-shirt, a stretchy one and I just tied it over my head. I do this because it keeps the curls and it's curled shape, while it soaks up most of the moisture, I let it sit for 10 to 15, even 20 minutes, sometimes they're just kind of pens. This is the perfect amount of time for me to do my makeup, so this is my really quick makeup routine. I don't like putting on a bunch of makeup. It just takes time and why not just embrace what you have already so yeah this last little bit is pretty simple, so I just look for pieces that are pumping together. I separate them and make sure that they dry on their own. In my experience, shorter wavy hair dries better in strands versus clumps. Some ways to help it dry and not be in your face is just to put a clip in you just kind of pancake it on your head, and then you put that clip in. But I decided that it probably wasn't the best decision I'm so I just use these little clips instead and they work perfect. You just stick them in there and you don't wan na leave them in for too long, because with my kind of Harrisons, it's naturally wavy. Is it a curly? It'S gon na kink really easily so take it out before it gets too dry. If it is too dry - and there are some kinks - you can just read - wet it's just Rea it a little bit. I just decided to go forward with three and little clips and let it dry so it's been so I washed my hair around five me was almost six actually and now it is nine, no action to it. So it's just a p10 p.m. so I was just working on editing, a video and it's my glasses. I don't actually have to use glasses. I just need to use it for the blue light and yeah. So this is what it turned out to be. It'S a huge crazy mess, but what I did is I actually ended up, I'm using my diva coral diffuser, and so I use this and I just kind of like that. Just so you can see how fluffy and whatnot and cuz it was just being all wonky. I'M still getting used to how my curls happen with it being so short, but I would just dry it like that and even after I was done, it wasn't completely finished, and so I just got a little bobby pins and I put them in my hair and I just kind of clutch them in areas where I wanted it to stay, so I'm just like right here, I'll just clip it in and then went over here just so I can maintain that my oh, my nice, having short hair volume, is like so much easier. All I have to do after that. It'S just do a little fluffing and usually I do this upside down, but this is more or less the idea. What I do I am like in the crazy. Oh, my gosh, I like knit. I might be better to just check it out tomorrow, because I know it does like a little crazy, but again I am all for it. I love the crazy, I think it's fun and I think it's different and I don't think, there's one definition of beauty, and so I like it, I think I'm pretty and that's all that matters. This is for people with 2a hairs. I mean all the products I use are meant for wavy, slash, curly, hair, naturally, B, slash curly, hair, so well. I actually haven't used heat tools, oven and like a hair dryer who are like it's been over a year. I hate seeing dead ends that just drives me up the wall. You know I actually haven't look as bad as I thought I did. I mean it's a little crazy, but I think it's really fun. I love it. I think it's great. I think it's popping. So if you liked it, let me know I own us, I think the glasses make it for me makes me look like some sort of sassy hipster librarian whatup Bros anyway have a great night, it's late for me, so I will see y'all later.
