In this video I am demonstrating a short pixie haircut on natural curly hair. I am using a scissor over comb technique and over directing the hair to leave a fringe along the nape of the head. I used point cutting and thinning shers to help the hair lay flat in specific areas on this particular haircut.

I usually keep that fringe long. I do not follow the curvature of her head. I over direct, i'm just doing some slide cutting in the front. So now i'm going to be using the texturizing shears. Just really peace out those wispy areas and texturize the sides in the back i like to texturize the ends, make them real wispy throughout the hair cut on the sides and the back of the nape when you thin it out, curly hair, it straightens it more. So i go in there with thinning chairs clean it out and texturize it at the same time or colic right right. There is always a challenge, but once we style it that usually goes away. I really like the scissor overcome with shorter hair as well, and here i'm just point counting the bangs leaving the top longer. I already put frogs in her hair back in the sides with round brush and then i'll get wet it a little bit more. Just let curl pops back in just do some finishing touches with the haircut so here i'm using also the paul mitchell lavender mint taming cream for her hair. Show me the eyebrows of course, so you
