How To Do Half Down Sew In Weave Half Up Ponytail

Hey guys welcome back to the channel, it's Caroline, I'm back with another video okay. This is my beautiful Kline. She is going to her prom and she wanted a half up, half down hairstyle. She did come in with a little bit of relaxer. She said she had a little bit of relaxer to her from part of her hair, just to make sure that her ponytail is really nice and slick. Okay, so we're gon na get started. Her hair is already washed, so we started off with the middle part at the crown of her hair, I'm going to section off by using my rat tail comb and part her hair roll from one plane of her left side of her ear, and then I'm going To work my way and section to here off to the other side of her ear, this is my starting base for a half up, half down pointing to hair style all right. So once we have a war front section off now, starting off with the back section, I'm going to separate her leave out from the back section, I'm just taking a thin layer of hair and I'm going to suction it. Just like the way I did. The first party, I'm going to part it off at the crown over here from one side of the ear to the left side of her ear. This is going to be her leave out here that will go over the weave once I install the hair okay. So I'm gon na suction this part off and I'm going to just braid it just to get it out of my way all right. So once I have her leave out on the top section of and out of my way, I'm going to suction up a thin layer of here. This is also going to be a little bit of leave out in the best section. It would just help give a natural look over the weave once the weave is installed, so I'm suctioning a tiny bit of hair in the back just to go around her hairline and I'm going to braid that thin layer of hair also and get it out of. My way, and that would be my back leave out and then I'm going to start doing my braiding for my weave all right now that I have my top section leave out out of my way and my back section leave out out of my way. I'M going to start with my breathing pattern for the half down part of the hairstyle and for each hair grow. I'M just going to part in a circle motion and I'm going so bred in the circle motion. I'M just going to keep partying and keep breathing till. I get to the middle of her back hair and it would just equals to one single tail great okay. So this is my braiding section for each braid and I'm just gon na go gray all around and I'm going to keep hiding and braiding all around. So I get to the middle of her back section now, as you gets to the middle part, if you're doing a half down, I'm weaving, you will notice that a circle gets smaller and smaller and the hair is like join together. So it's a little bit difficult to section off and separate, but you just got to keep trying to suction it off and removing each hair. As you go around in the circle, there just helps give you a nice flat even base, and you want your base in the back to be nice and flat. So the leaf looks really really nice and, as you guys can see how perfect this, I'm braiding pardon look in the back. This is my circle. Braiding partner, okay - and I use this mostly for my half up half down hairstyle or just if I want a really extreme - it's not big okay. So this is the braiding partner for the back. We have it all braided up now. We want to start with the Weaver all right so before starting her weaving in the back section, I wanted to slicked down her ponytail and create hell, ponytail and slick it down. So it's neat laying down nice and slick before I start her weaving process so to do a ponytail. What I use is some maari's beeswax. I did mix it up with a little bit of edge control and I mix it all with a little bit. I'Ve got to be here it spray and I just went ahead and slick her ponytail down. I did saturate the beeswax through her hair through our hair. I just suction off a little bit of section and I applied the bees wax in between. They just helps the whole older hair together in place and gave me a nice sleek ponytail all right. So once I have the Mori speech wax on saturate in the hair, I did take my small edge brush and I'm just looking down her edges just giving her some nice cute little babies here all around her hairline okay. I love using this brush to make my baby here, it's so nice and it works magic. Okay, so I did slick down her baby hair and I did went ahead and created her ponytail in the front all right. So I did give her a little bit of baby hairs in front of her hairline and slicked down edges. Look at how sleek that ponytail looks okay, I'm just taking a rubber band now and holding the ponytail in place just making sure that is nice and secure. Okay, this is my base for my up down: half up half down hairstyle. Okay, now that I have my edges lay my baby hairs laid my ponytail is sleek. I have my back, I'm braiding part on situated. I'M just gon na take this scarf. It'S like a silky scarf. I like to use this when I slicked down ponytail, just making sure that the hair is not gon na, be sticking to the cynics um. So I like to use a silky scarf, but look at how nice that ponytail looks okay. So I just took this nicely to kill scarf and I put it over her edges and I'm going to tie it up in the back. They just helps the hair line. The front of her hair stay down, stay in place and dries nicely. Why I do heart, I'm weaving in the back all right, so my ponytail is done. I'M just braiding the top here, okay, and this will be ready for my extension on bundles when I'm done weaving the back section you, okay, so now for the weaving and the extension. These are the bundles. These are Peruvian, deep waves. She bought them from her local beauty supply store. I think it's three bundles three bundles section into six section in the hair pack - and I just used these on this - a really curly, affordable, bundles - that you can get from your local beauty supply store. She is a teenager. She is going to prom she's trying to save some money, so she wasn't trying to do anything expensive. This is what she could have for and it turned out pretty pretty nice. The hair is actually really good and nice here it was. It was really soft and really curly. The hair length was 222 in a pack 220 in the pack and 218 in a pack like I said there was short bundle, so this I believe this suction the bundles off into two two pieces each. So it's three bundles. Actually, by instruction into six bundles and the land for 22 inches was not bad at all. Alright. So now our bundles are ready to be put on in the back and just how I braided the hair I'm going to work my way in a u-shape thorn and I'm going to start sewing from one side of her ear and work. My way to the other side of her ear and using my needle and thread, I'm going to sew bundles the tracks down. Okay, I did double my wefts my first track. I did not double my wife because I just like in the back to be as thin, but as I get to my second track, I did that on my way, so I can have enough of the hair in, and I also use only three bundles in the Back and then I use actually, I use four of the bundles in the back and then the other two. I use it for it opponent, okay, so I'm just going to run through this because you guys have seen me do track so in on my channel a million times so we're gon na just run through this part, but I'm just taking my three needle. So in the track down from one end of her ear and working my way to the other side of her ears till I get to the top part and then I'm going to sew the track down straight across and now, as I get to the middle of The back part, instead of sewing down my tracks in a u-shaped form, I'm going to start suing my tracks down, I'm just going straight across from one side to the other side until I get to the top at the crown of her head and now, I'm almost At the top of the bridge - and you can see how neat my soul in looks - okay now, I'm just gon na continue. I only have like three braids on the top that needs to have track stone on it. So I'm just going to continue. I'M using my double tracks until I get to the last track and then I'm going to sew it down to close up this sewing all right. So now we at the top. I only have about two little tracks to go on the top, so I'm just going to sew these two pieces down and then I'm going to add my closing piece. All right, so I have down so in in the back is complete. This is my last track. This is my last weft, I'm just going to show it down on top of the weed in an upside-down. U shaped form, I'm just going to sew it over the entire back section, and this will be my closing piece all right, you guys, so I went ahead and sold down my last track on top, which is my closing piece. This is my half up half down hairstyle. This is the back part. You can see how nicely neat install that's. So in looks this look really nice and it looks really really neat. Okay, so now we're just gon na move on to the styling of this hairstyle. All right so now for styling, the back part: okay, I'm first removing the weave out of the way and then I'm taking out the brace from the leaf out and I'm gon na get my leave out ready for styling, both the top of the leave out and Then the back of the leader so using my flat iron, I'm going to flat iron the leave out just making sure that is nice and sleek, and it's ready for curling. I also flat iron, the back of it just so that it lays really nice in the back. Are you guys so once I have her natural hair, all flat iron is really nice and sleek. You can see how it looks really: nice, okay, I'm taking my one and a half inch curling wine and I'm going to curl little sections of her leaf out this one just helped the her natural hair matches the weave so that her natural hair will be able To blend with the weave seamlessly, all right, you guys so now not her natural hair is all curl, whine, curl. Okay, you can see how nice it's starting to match the weed and this, which is how blending out once I comb it out later. Okay, now we're gon na move on so the ponytail in the front, alright. So moving on till the ponytail part of this hairstyle, okay, I'm not using glue on this ponytail. I just don't like to use glue, also I'm not using hair pins or bobby pins. So I'm an extension to the front part of the hairstyle okay. What I do do is add a breather or leave out ponytail and I'm going to start to apply the extension from the tip of her hair, okay and I'm using my friend and needle and I'm going to wrap the extension around her hair. And I'm going to use my thread and needle and sew the West together, and this will help secure the track in place and it way helps the hair stay in place and do not come out. This is the best way. I know how to do my ponytails. Just to prevent microns from having the extra hair pins all I having to do with flew over their hair. I will continue wrapping the hair around the ponytail and sewing the tracks together in place and keeping it in place, and I will continue wrapping till I get to the bottom of the ponytail and then I will wrap it around the ponytail till I get rid of My last track and secure it in place keep in mind. I am NOT sewing the tracks on her natural hair. I am sewing the tracks together to make them stay in place and beat secure, and that's pretty much how I do my ponytails, without using glue and without using hair pins to secure them in place on my clients, hair this ponytail it's on there, it's not going Anywhere, it's not going to fall apart. I'Ll tell somebody take some scissors and cut off those thread. Okay, but you can see how nice and neat this ponytail looks. Okay, I don't have no hair prints. There is not gon na be uncomfortable on our hair. I didn't use any glue okay, so that is my ponytail all right now that we have the ponytail in tack. Okay, just to make a ponytail looks a little bit similar, I'm just taking a piece of hair. I did rub a little bit. I'Ve got to be sprayed on the piece of hair and I'm going to wrap it around the ponytail. This just make the ponytail look neat. It makes the pony tail look nicer, okay and I'm using a little bit of it, got to be spray and I'm spraying the piece of hair around the ponytail. Just those two kill it and keep it in place, and once after wrapping the piece of hair around the ponytail, I just like to go in with my blow dryer and just blow dry. The piece of hair just making sure that is nice and dry and secure and in place okay, that is pretty much it for this hairstyle. I took my cynics wrap off and you can see how beautiful this point until looks. You can see how natural it looked from the back. This is absolutely gorgeous. This is the finished. Look you guys.
