Today, we're gon na do a fishtail, fauxhawk, braid and ponytail using this hair right here. She brought it to a different brand. So please don't ask me why I used two different brands. She bought it in. She just knows that one of the brands needed to be thicker than the other, and that will be the micro, pearl, yaki and Zuri, so both of them are in 12 inches because you want it to definitely be long enough for you to braid back. So what I'm doing now, I'm just kind of sectioning her hair off into a box at the top of her head. You don't want this box to be too wide because then it'll make for a difficult brain. So you just want to make sure it's directly in the center of her head and it's even now, I'm just gon na go ahead and slick, her hair back into a ponytail okay. So I'm gon na place her ponytail right about around her occipital bone. Don'T want to place it too low for you that don't know what I mean when I say that I mean when you place your fingers at the back of your head, and you feel that knot, that is your occipital bone. Some of y'all nuts may be bigger than the other cuz I mean I got some peanut here right, I got a do, is place your hand back there in your feels. Okay, now that I got her nice and slicked up, I want to start on the top of her head now for you that are trying this. Will you Jill this part bag Jill away from the part? Because if you just decide such as Jill, it's straight back? It'S her hair is gon na overlap over that part. So you want to keep that part as visible as possible. So, as you can see, I'm kind of like swooping it inward everything inward and then I'm slicking it back into a ponytail okay. Once you get that ponytail up, it should look like this and we're gon na. Let her sit under the dryer for about 10-15 minutes before we put the glue protector and the cap on okay. So now I'm going to apply the stocking caps on her hair after she should ride. I'M careful with the sides when putting this stocking cap on, because I don't want to mess up those perfectly cute soups that I made with her ponytail. So I want to apply the Diamonds bun protective shield onto her hair and I'm making sure I don't get all her parts but as close to her parts as possible, and I'm just going to apply that all over the middle section of her hair. All the way. Back into her poncho now we want to cut off that extra cap that I don't need around her hair, so that can begin to apply her tracks so now that I've cut all the cap off, this is what it looks like and now I'm going to grab My Zuri hair, the micro perm Yankee, which is a thicker hair. It'S more coarse! That kind of feels more to our natural texture and I wan na place that first track on the very edge of that protective cap, and I want to place it going downward where the hair is flowing in her face. And I want to do that. For the rest of the tracks - and I want to track it going all the way back and saw her ponytail, okay, I'm placing these tracks very close to each other, because I'm gon na pull this back and when you pull the backyard or on the seat. Again, I shouldn't be able to see straight through your or some y'all or like the track police where y'all looming and i'ma gon na kiss your truck. So I don't need it. So I applied these tracks very close and the reason I use thicker hair on top is because it's easier to do the braid versus using silky hair, because silky hair does not want to be molded. It just wants to lay and flow. So if you do try, this do not use silky, hair or puncture you're gon na run into some problems. So now that I'm done, I'm going it all in and up again, because once I pull all of this hair back, I want her the braid to flow into her ponytail. So if I'm, if I have a glue all the way back, it won't flow right. I'Ll have to break that and pull a little ponytail will just mess it up. So, as you can see when I pulled it back on just flows and kind of gets thinner towards her ponytail region, so now I'm going to part off the burns track. I am a bit heavy-handed, so you'll see how much other than on these tracks pretty hard, but it's whatever. So I took out three pieces, so I can begin the fishtail braid and it's going to end up in two pieces, and so I'm just gon na pull from side to side and crisscross the hair and connected with each side of the two strands that I have In my head, I hope that that sounded simple because coming out of my mouth it sounded so complicated, but that's what I'm going to do to the hair going all the way back. I am going to part thin slices because if you do bigger slices, it's just going to look like a regular inverted, a three strand, braid see. If for me, isn't it cute, I know so. I'M just gon na need me this braid up a little bit. I wan na pull out some of the ridges on it and then I'm going to pin it down, so I can stay in place while I'm pulling the ridges and molding it. And after I pull out the ridges on it, I'm gon na take some hairspray and want to spray it and I'm going to blow-dry it so that I can mold it into the oaxaca's ish. And if you're wondering I'm just going to give a shout out to Florida, hair stylist, because this is what I got this from a long long time ago - I'm as usual learning you guys. So I can see something and I can pick up on it. So my homegirl actually brought this hairstyle to me because she just wears all these funky crazy hairstyles. So she brought it to me and asked me if I could do it. Of course she heard you, I could that's what she asked me. I did it and everybody there is like came to get it for allowed, so she still wears it is it's all, but I just wanted to let it be known that I did get this and I was expired by Florida hairstyle. So I forget her name. It'S been so long, but she actually does it very very, very BOM, like I still have yet to perfect it like she asked, but I think I do pretty good so back to video now, I'm just gon na apply her ponytail with the Milky Way head the Suit the silkier texture, I did braid her real hair down and then I folded it because I don't want her. Ponytail should be too long. So I folded it and put a ponytail on it from up high to rubber band on it. So it can be shorter and then I began wrapping the hair around her ponytail and we're going to do that all the way up her braid to connect with the fall now. I accidentally believe it's a video of me wrapping the band, but you just take a piece of hair and you wrap that band and then you some gossipy glue up some spritz too silly. So now, I'm just going to add some layers to her ponytail. So I'm just pulling it out to me: I'm razoring it straight down and it's going to give her some layers, because I want to curl - and this is what the ponytail looks like once: it's all curled up in the King, Charles, I know so. I'M gon na take my red tail comb and some black hairspray and I'm gon na go in and make those parts crisp because it just makes the hairstyle look better, and this is the end result. Please do not come for me in the comments shop. Let me make it, I do see that little piece right there and it got fixed before she walked out into. I promise you I promise you she did, but this is the end result. This is a cute hairstyle for you guys they like to wear hairstyles. It is easy, it's you, don't really have to maintain it. You can sleep on your side, yeah, so make sure to follow me on Instagram and Facebook subscribe to my channel and hit that notification.
