Today’s tutorial we’ll be demonstrating how to do what we call the “Weave Through Ponytail”. This braid may seem hard to some, but we break it down so that anyone can do it! So don’t be intimidated, PRACTICE, and let us know how it turns out!
This takes about 10 minutes to do depending on the length of hair
Items Needed:
Elastic Bands
Hair Bands
Rattail Comb
Water Spray Bottle
Optional:
Hairspray
Gel
Hair accessories

Welcome to learning teach hairstyle, I'm Carrie, and this is my daughter, Gracie this channels all about learning new and different hairstyles. So if this is your first time here, we would love for you to subscribe now today, we're going to show you how to do a deep through point helper. So let's get started okay, so the first thing you need to do is put her hair in a high ponytail. This is optional by covering her hair tied with her own hair. So with this ponytail, you want to section off a pretty good chunk on the right set it aside now, on the left side, you want to take a smaller chunk and separate it and bring it on over and set it aside here. Okay, now you have the main ponytail right here in the middle you want to have her hair wet. I wet her hair really good, and I also put some gel. So if you want to know what kind of gel like what I'll leave a link in the description box below so we're gon na start on the right side, kind of smooth it out and you're going to put it in three equal parts. So now you're just going to do a stitch and the stitch is just having the right strand over the middle and then the left strand over in the middle, and that's that's a complete stitch. Okay. So now, with the left strand, you're going to take a small piece not from here, though from back here, bring it over on the side and you're going to take a small piece from the main ponytail, the middle one, from behind her prima, almost behind her ponytail. Not not quite behind it, but just enough you're going to take a small section equivalent to this, since this is over here, you're going to bring this funder and and add it into this strand here: okay, okay, so again you got a do a stitch and you're Going to take a small piece right behind this section right here, bring it over now. If you want, you can take your thumb and hold these slices as you're getting that other piece from the middle ponytail and bring it and bring it right here and add it to the strand here, and you can go ahead and bring these back over to get It out of your way, okay, so again, we'll do another stitch and take a piece from the back, but that strand, okay and bring these strands back onto my letting it rest on my thumb grabbing a little small section here and bring it bring it over here. This is all we pitted until you get today pretty much to the end. Do it one more time, small section from behind this slice, those strands, let it rest on your thumb now the section right here and add it to that strand and bringing the rest of that, bring that back over there and get out of your way and, let's Switch and that's all there is to it so now I'm just going to go ahead and finish it off with a braid okay. So now I'm going to work on this side here, smooth this out split this in three equal parts and do another stitch of a braid just this. So now that I've just did a stitch of a braid, you want to add these little strands to the outer side to the right side of each of these strands. You can just add it and then continue a stitch of a braid and stitch all the way down until you have no more to add okay. So now that I have I'm all done, I don't have any more to add. I'M just going to go ahead and merge them together. Then I'm gon na go ahead and spread it out a little bit. See that we've look, it gives you then I'm gon na go and add the whole entire middle strand right to this elastic band right here. I'M gon na go and just hide her elastic band with her hair. You got ta put a little hairspray and there you have it. It looks so cool. I love it. Thank you so much for watching. We hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
