Sleek Weave Ponytail On Natural Hair

I don't even know what I want to call you guys yet, but I wanted to come back and give you all just a sleek ponytail video, since I did flat iron my hair recently, I decided you know that I could just put my hair in a ponytail. It'S cooler outside now, so I don't have to worry about my hair curling up as much, but I just separated my hair into two sections. I used two hot combs and kind of get the roots straight again, because the roots were starting to curl up. I use some wax for controls, as well as edge control and yeah, I'm just putting my hair into a ponytail. Now that I have the back section out of the way I'm gon na move on to the top. So I'm just going to part off my hair for my middle braid, I'm starting off with a very small Middlebury and I'm using a hot comb coming. It is straight, but if you didn't watch my Flatiron video, I told you guys you need to have clean hair in order for your hair to get straight. So when I use the hot comb as you can see, it did not really get my hair, that's straight! So I'm just going to continue braiding my first braid and then my braids on the side will be a little bit bigger. So I'm just perfecting my part and just getting it as straight as possible. Then I'm gon na move the hair out of the way. What a hot comb, the outsides of my section for my braid, I'm not really focused on the inside, just mainly the outside, I'm just going to go ahead and braid that one and then I'm gon na do the exact same thing. On the other side, just section of my braid hot comb, the perimeter of each section I used wax for control. I told you that before and yeah just breaking that one back as well, I did it part the section and going the inside and just kind of work on. Even those ends a little, not the ends just work on getting the roots a little bit straighter. So I'm gon na slick, my hair back and give my edge control so that I can get my edges right and I'm going to put a rover on it and then I'll focus on actually styling my baby here once I have the rubber band on and I'm Also using spritz just because I'm not using a gel or anything, and I do want a slight hold, so I'm gon na use this spritz. That'S gon na keep my hair from curling up now that I have my hair in the ponytail, I'm just going to perfect my edges, I'm not really a edge kind of swore. I need some practice, but I'm gon na do as best as I can, and yes, so now that I have my edges. The way that I want them, I'm just going to spray my hair down with some sprigs just for hold, and I'm going to get my bundles. These are from my hair company. These are the loose wave bundles. I don't know why my camera wasn't focusing I'm sorry but yeah. I have a 22 inch and a 24 inch loose wave bundle. So now I'm just going to braid my hair so that I can bobby pin my ponytail well bobby, pin the tracks into the ponytail. I decided not to do glue only because I didn't plan on wearing this staff alone, but if I was planning on wearing this for about two weeks, I guess I probably would have glued it, but just for this video I decided to pin it instead. So I'm just going to wrap the bundles around my hair, just like a traditional ponytail like we used to do back in the day, nothing new and I'm going to use a bobby pin to secure the track in place. And then, once I have my bobby pin secured I'm just going to continue wrapping the second bundle as well. So you did not see in this video that I added like gold clips or whatever to my braids, but I did do that. I just had to go pick up my son and I don't have time to film that part, but I'm taking a piece of the hair from out of the ponytail and I'm just wrapping it around just to hide that trick. And it seemed as if the hair that I was wrapping around it just kept sliding, but yes, so this is the final look. You guys, I haven't, wear a low ponytail and I don't know how long so this was something this is like a new look for me because I have indeed this, and I really don't know, but this was super super cute, give me a thumbs up y'all.
