How To: Top Knot Ponytail With Weave | Natural Hair | Victoria Victoria

Hey hey, ladies, it is Victoria Victoria and, as you can already tell by the title today, I will be showing you guys how I achieved this nubian princess hairstyle. I think that's what I'm gon na call it or a princess pony a high princess pony. I'M not sure I just think it is so cute. You guys I posted a picture on Instagram and you guys seem to really really like this look and ask me for a tutorial. So, of course, I'm gon na give you guys what you want, and I went ahead and recorded the tutorial of this simple, simple, simple hairstyle. It is so easy to do. I hope you guys enjoy the video to count and it's coming up next, all right guys. Let'S get started so the only tools that we need for this hairstyle is a hairbrush, a few bobby pins, some hair cuffs, a hair tie and, of course, we've now. I am only going to be using one product for this style and that's hair, gel and mine is by salon pro 2 an olive maximum pull gel. Alright, let's get started so my hair is semi damp here and I'm just gon na use a wet brush and brush my hair up into a ponytail and I'm just gon na make sure that it's nice and slicked down, because once I get it up, I'm gon Na be doing a lot of manipulation with the weave, so I'd want to make sure that it is nice and secured, so it won't get frizzy or get lumps or bumps in it. So I'm just gon na go in and make sure this is nice and tight and smooth down to the maximum, and now here with the hair tie, I'm just going to tie up my hair and I'm gon na. Do this as tight as possible, because I want to make sure that my hair is nice and secured and that it stays neatly in place, because I will be putting weave in my hair and again, it does involve a lot of manipulation. And I do not want my hair to budge for this style now. What I'm gon na do here is kind of twist my hair and kind of a twisting motion just to flatten my hair out and smooth it out, so I can tie it and pin it up and once I get down here to the end, I'm just gon Na wrap it around the hair tie and create a little fun. I'M also gon na make sure I do this nice and tight as well, so I can secure it well with a bobby pin, so it should look something like so and now, with the bobby pin. I'M just gon na go and take the ends of my hair and secure it in and tuck it right into the bun now for the weave. This is a lot of weave. This is three bundles of the model model, braid hair and it comes with a hair tie already attached. So I just put that over my bun and then what I'm gon na do with this king-size ponytail is just take it and pull it up and kind of push it to war to my forehead, so I'm gon na pick it up like this put it towards My forehead and push it back, and now what I'm gon na do is I'm just gon na cover the bun that we just created and get it nice and secure. Now I'm just gon na use a hair tie to hold this into place like so I'm just gon na hold it with my hand and pull it right over my hand to keep it in place simple, and it should look something like so so I wear this Hairstyle yesterday, so I still have a win braids in already, and it looks like this, and so what I'm going to do here is just show you guys exactly how I braided it and it's such long hair so make sure you push all of the hair to The back and detangle it well before getting started and try not to go too fast when you, when you braid it because it gets tangled really easily because it's just so so long, but I'm just gon na speed it up here, for you guys but make sure When you go to do it to take your time, that's a loan breed, but I'm just gon na go in here with the hair cup and I'm gon na use this to secure the end. So it won't unravel I'm just gon na clamp it on and squeeze it right down. I picked up my hair cuffs from ruby-red in case you're interested, but you can also get them online. They look just like this, and now I'm just gon na take another cup, and I'm just gon na place it and you can use more cups or less cuffs, just to which ever you desire, whichever style you desire and a select playing with it, having fun with It I thought they were so super cute when I saw them, so I'm just placing them strategically, and so this is what the cuff looks like if you've never seen one, and it has a little opening right here and you just open it and you just slide It right on to your braid or your twist if you're gon na do a twist and clamp it down and it stays in place, and that's it. Ladies I'm all done with this, it looks so cute. I love this. Let me know what you guys think in the comments section, but I feel like a princess now for the final step with all ponytails is to go in and select down your edges. I'M gon na use the Salon Pro twin, all of maximum hold gel. You can pick it up at Dollar General and I'm just gon na go in at my edges and starts looking down and before I forget. I would like to thank salon Pro so much for helping me with this video and now with my favorite baby. Bang brush. Okay, I love this brush. Is super super narrow, so it allows me to go in and I'm just going in swooping motions here and you can do it so, whichever your preference is, but I like to have little swoops on the sides of my hair. I feel like it looks super neat, so I'm just gon na go ahead and do it on this side as well as the other side, and I'm all done so here is the finished product. It was super easy and I feel like a princess. I love this. Look and here's another shot of me standing up. I just wanted to give you guys a look of it from both angles and there you have it. Ladies.
