THANK YOU FOR WATCHING!-JESS

Hey y'all, so welcome back so today, I'm starting off with my hair straight. If you watched my previous video, you will see how I straighten my hair. So at this point my hair is about a week, but we all may be a little bit over a week. So yeah I wanted to try this sleek ponytail. I don't wear ponytails often y'all know. I'Ve stated that your girl head is shaped funny and I'm aware of it. So ponytails are my go-to, but I wanted to give this method a try because I've never tried it on my straight hair. So I wanted to see how they look will come out, so I'm gon na start with sectioning my hair off. I put it in two sections which I later have in four sections in total, so yeah for the back, as you can see right now, I'm sectioning off again and then clipping that little clipping the hair out of the way. Okay. So I can work with the small section and now I'm gon na add the beads waist. So I've tried the beeswax before in another video, and this is only my second time using beats once because the last time it was very hard to wash out, but I think the reason for that was because I didn't use a clarifying shampoo. So I wanted to give this another try to see how things would go, so I applied the beeswax onto each section. I mainly focus on my roots and then after that I just comb everything through just to make sure my hair is laying in the direction that I want it too late and everything is dispersed evenly throughout my entire head. So now that I've applied the beeswax to each section, I'm just combing everything into place. This isn't the final ponytail. I'M just doing this to get an idea of where or how high I want the ponytail to be so now, I'm going in with the got to be free spray, and this is pretty much it's going to hold my hair in place. So after this I can't really do anything else. So that's why I put my hair in the ponytail to see you know where I wanted to be it before. I did this step so yeah I lose apply the free spray and then go in with the blow dryer so that it can sit and apply it to the back, and I apply the free way to the front um. I didn't apply. The free spray like in sections like you saw me, use the beeswax, because I didn't want my hair to be overly crunchy and super hard cuz. I wasn't sure how long I would keep this style up um. I really was just testing this look out to see if I like it or not so yeah, I just applied the free spray. You know to the bag into the front, oh yeah and excuse my facial expressions y'all. I was legit burning, my hands with that blow-dried because I had it on high and that freeze frame was strong, like I've used, it freeze spray before, but I've never used that much of it. So none of my hair is molded into place. I'M just securing it with two scrunchies. I was only using one because I thought that this would be really tight, but I'm using the free spray and molding everything into place beforehand, alleviating some of that tension then, should we usually get when you put your hair in a high ponytail. So I think of using two scrunchies, just something it feels secure. Now, I'm just tying my hair up with this scarf. I just wanted to make sure I didn't mess up anything, so this step is really optional. I'M pretty sure you wouldn't have to tie your hair up if you don't want to but yeah I tied it up and I braided my ponytail secured it with another scrunchie. So now you see me using a Walmart bag, it's the only plastic bag. I had in my house, you can use a shower cap or the black rap strips for this part, but the main reason this is needed is because the extensions that I'm using there are the extension that i use for my quickly so they're already cutting everything. So if you have a full bundle, then you can just bobby pin your extensions to the braid, if you like, so to attach the extinctions, I'm just using the Salon Pro 30-second glue, and I mainly focus this on the ends of the track. I didn't use a lot because these extensions already have like leftover glue so yeah. I just blow dried the extensions I blow dry it so that the glue to dry a little bit and then applied it to the ponytail. So it was hard to actually get a good angle of this, but I'm sure y'all know how to wrap a track around a braid so yeah. That'S all I'm doing for that. Just wrapping those pieces are the extensions around that braid and the bag is there so that the glue doesn't get on my hair, of course. So now I'm down to the last Shrek I mean one thing I will say: if you do, plan on using like a Walmart bag or any bag in general, make sure you place the tracks relatively close to each other so that it isn't pizza the bag. Doesn'T keep through, I think in some clips, let all you might be able to see it slightly, but I didn't have major plans today, so I didn't really care about that showing through and so have the trikes from showing just taking a piece of hair from the Back and applying some free spray to hold it in place. So now I'm just laying my edges with the gut to be jel um. I really should have did this before using a free spray because it was kind of hard to brush. My edges, like into my hair or into my hair, but you know, slicking edges back into the ponytail. It was kind of hard to do that because it was already you know, molded and hard and everything, but it worked out. So this is pretty much. The final look, I think you came out pretty good. The beeswax mixed with the free spray definitely will have your ponytail snatch. If that's what you're trying to do, if you wanted to really look sleek just use smaller sections and apply the free spray, but yeah. This is the final look I like how it came out. I may do this look again with wavy extensions, so let me know if y'all want to see that video - and you know coming down below if you liked this or if you'll be trying this look out and thank y'all for watching
