Hey everybody. It'S me miss Evan, evey, welcome back to my channel, so today's video is gon na, be a quick tutorial on this very cute and easy sleek low ponytail protective hairstyle before we get into the video. If you are new to my channel, welcome, please make sure you hit that subscribe button and make sure your notifications are going to turn on so that you don't miss another video. So if you'd like to get into this tutorials be sure to stick around so I'm starting this style on freshly washed and stretched hair. So for this style I decided to go with a deep side part, and now I'm just sectioning, my hair off, so that I can begin creating this sleek ponytail working in sections, I feel like working in sections, creates the better sleek. Look that I'm going for now. I know it may seem like a lot, but I actually use these three products to get my hair slicked down. Ecostyler gel it got to be glued in the yellow bottle and then the Gorillaz not Jill, for some reason. These three products together, it looks like slime and a mess, but it gives me the best sleek look every time after I apply all of those products, I'd like to go through with a cone to try to get it as straight as possible, and I'm trying to Do this to avoid you know those waves you normally get with natural hair when you're trying to do a sleek look. So that's the reason I use those three products and then go through with a comb before brushing. So this is the first section I'm going to go ahead and put into a ponytail before moving on to the next section and I'm pretty much going to do the exact same thing for each section, so just keep watching No roba. Now you're getting back to you. No, but now you don't wan na, come around talking about your cause, so now that I've got it all in a ponytail, I'm just gon na add some ors olive oil foam - and this is just a you know, get some more sleek egde. You know I just wanted. This leak is puffy. So now I'm going to add these tissue wraps to mold it in place overnight and now I'm just gon na braid up the back into one braid and then bun it up into a very small teeny-weeny Bund. So the hair I'm using for the actual ponytail is free, tres, equal water, wave crochet. Here in the color titi 27. I actually only use one pack and then I still had some hair left and I had like a half a pack left. I'M just gon na tie this ponytail around it, so that I can tie this around my ponytail. I didn't want the curls to remain so defined, so I just kind of went through and separated each strand, like basically in half, just to kind of you know, get rid of all the definition. I want it to to be a little more frizzy so that you know it has more of a natural look, and now I am tired and done and about to go sleep. So I will catch you in the morning when I wake up all right rise. It shine it is now the next morning and I am getting ready to go to work. It is really like 5:00 a.m. I am an early riser, so yeah I kind of get up quite early to get the work by 6:00. So now I'm just gon na finish. This ponytail out, you know, drop my edges and add the ponytail and just watch this one tip to add when applying the ponytail is to do it upside down, so that the hair falls over the baby bun in the back and covers it. But because I have very rebellious edges, I am gon na tie these babies down for about five minutes, otherwise, they'd be frizz balls at the end of the day, if you have rebellious edges like me, your life, well, that's pretty much it for this protective hairstyle. I hope you enjoyed this video.
