Ellen Wille Perla Chocolate Mix Wig Review!

This is a new addition to their modix collection and the name of this one is Perla, and this is in chocolate mix more on her in just a minute foreign. Let'S start looking at Perla, so Perla is one that I had to play around with her a little bit she kind of came. She is just a basic cap. She does have a little tiny mono Crown up here, but I it is what it is. I don't really think it does a whole lot. So that's just my thought, but anyway it does have a little monochrome which I'll show you. When I take the cap off but um you know so you can because she's a basic cap. You can do a middle part. You can do a right part. I got her settled into a left part and I, like that, bang you know going across my forehead like that um. I also like the fact that this bang it almost has like some little baby hairs. So you know you can get really good forehead coverage and I feel like it just looks really natural. You know when you kind of whisk those little bangs out there um very, very pretty so. This is just regular synthetic um like I said this is chocolate mix so really really pretty color um on this particular chocolate mix, I'm seeing a darker color uh chocolate mix. I'Ve mentioned in other Ellen Villa videos that um these colors are very suited towards the style from this designer. So you will see variances. You may have a chocolate mix on one wig that looks a little lighter because they put a little more of the Auburn in it or you may have one that looks a little darker like this one, which this one just looks like a true. You know medium darkish, medium brown, so you do see variation in these colors per style so but she's a really really cute. Just little shaggy wavy cut super easy. I feel like throw on and go wig the Cap's really comfortable. These caps are considered to be petite average. So it's fitting me great ear to ear fitting me great around the circumference. There is a little extra room to go, you know average and just above average, but they are intended for smaller, head sizes. I have seen people without with larger circumferences that wear them. So if you have experience with that, you're welcome to share it down the comments so anyway. Okay, I will do a turn, so you can see her all the way around and then we will get into all of our specifications. So here we are from the front. Here'S my left very easy length. You know manageable Style. This is right out of the box. Like I said, all I did was decide which way I wanted to. You know direct my bangs and she was good to go. The back. Am I right and back to the front? Okay. So, as I said she, her only monofilament feature is a mono Crown. It'S just a circle of monofilament up here at the top right here. The idea behind that is that it gives, like you know, almost like a cowlick appearance of the hair growing out of your scalp, and I guess, if someone is behind you there's a little bit of monofilament but honestly, I just don't feel like it does much. So I don't know, I guess I don't really see the point of it, just my personal opinion y'all but anyway, so we don't have a lace front. Um. I'Ve got good coverage. You know on my ear tabs here, I'm always happy with Ellen Villa ear. Tabs. There'S plenty of hair on the inside a little bit placed on, I mean on the outside a little bit placed on the inside, so they look very natural. I love the density of their wigs, I'm feeling a little permatease just at the wefting on the on this style, even the top. Even though it's a basic cap, it's not poofy with permatease, it's not nesty or anything like that, which I really really like. Okay, so measurements for Perla, we have a four inch: bang, which is a really really nice, bang measurement very manageable, a lot of times on a four inch. My forehead is four inches a lot of times. I don't have to trim those or anything. We have 10 inch sides. I have an eight inch measurement from the crown and a six and a half inch nape so gives her just enough extra hair there to do a little styling but, like I said, makes it a very manageable length. Okay I'll pop her off and we can look at her interior Cap Construction. So here's that mono crown do you see it nope you don't I mean that's what I'm saying I just don't really see. There'S my finger right there you can see where the mono Crown is, but it's literally a tiny little circle, maybe the size of a quarter or less so you know I just it doesn't do much. You know as far as saying it has mono features. I think. That'S kind of a loose a loose term on this. Let'S just say that okay, but here's the top. So I like the appearance of the top, it's very soft. It lays nicely it. You really don't see, permatease, which I really really love, looks really nice. So there you can see what I'm talking about it just gives it that little cowlick appearance. You know it's not a bad thing, so, okay, so let's flip her inside out. So here you can see that we basically just have a basic open Cap Construction and there is that monofilament so see what I'm saying. What does that are about like that yeah you know quarter sized or so so. We'Ve got open wefting here. So this cap is going to have a lot of ventilation on your head, which is really really nice, and you know a lot of times in this area right here on these basic caps. I can just feel a like a pillow with permatease, but not on this one, so so you've got the soft felt ear tabs. You do have a nice felt strip right here by the way that lays on your forehead, very comfortable, So Soft felt ear. Tabs nice piece of metal in there open wefting all through the cap, velcro Adjusters, extended nape soft, felt lots of stretch in these caps and some stretch in the circumference as well, but do note that these are petite average size. We'Re going to start looking at the color and I'm going to put the wig back on in a minute, but I just thought I would show it to you, because I felt like those auburns were really popping when I was showing you that mono crayon really pretty. Okay, I'll pop her on plus, I think it's good for you to see sometimes how she pops, on and kind of how you I have to arranger you know and that kind of thing. Okay, as you can see, she's not you know, she's, not bad. Once you make your decision about where you want your bangs to lay, she is not bad so and she's not bad before that, I'm not saying she's bad. Okay, let's talk about this color. This is chocolate mix, so they're chocolate, colors, the chocolate rooted in the chocolate mix are probably some of my favorite brunettes by them. Although I do love the hot mocha rooted, I do love the regular just mocha rooted as well so um, but this is a very, very pretty brunette and I know it's really really popular. So, as I said, you'll see some variances in this color per wig um. They really like to style their colors uh towards their style, so you know they like to do some designing on these. They design the color to go with the style with the waves or with the straight fibers. However, it is that it's styled, so you will see some variances, so you might have a chocolate mix. Wig, that's a little more Auburn. You might have one that's a little more brunette. So just you know something to note about these colors. Don'T freak out. If you see that that is just something we see with this brand okay, so chocolate makes this described as medium to dark brown base blended with medium Auburn and light Auburn highlights, so you can see that very pretty light Auburn highlight. I think this is a warm color when you add Reds your auburns to your brunettes, you get warmth and I don't feel like the brunette itself is a cool color or anything either. So I would definitely describe this as a warm medium brown. Now the brunette is. Does lend itself to um, you know being kind of neutral, but it just gets when they blend that Auburn in there it just pops the warmth more. So you know, I just see warmth overall so, but I think if you wear, if you know, if you prefer neutral colors, it's not super red. So you know if you just want a very subtle amount of Auburn. I think this is a good color, not rooted, of course, the room light. So you can see the Auburn disappears a little bit and we just see the brunette more, but those auburns, I think, are really going to pop outside okay. That color is really really pretty. I definitely saw those auburns popping out there. You know in the sunlight, so a very, very pretty color okay, so we can look at glasses and styling, so she's really easy to tuck behind the ears, and I think she kind of looks cute tucked behind the ears. As well so your glasses are going to go on very easily no problem. You can tuck the hair behind the ears and put the glasses up. If you want to your sunglasses, whatever that looks really cute or of course you could just stick them. You know in the wig all right so headband. She looks cute with a headband and, of course, you're always going to have these bangs. This is a four inch bang like I said so. You'Re gon na have these bangs. You know around your face and around your forehead. This looks really really cute with a headband. I think this is a pretty style. It'S just very you know easy and natural looking, and I really like that about it, so you can fluff her up back there. If you want to, she does have the length with her sides to go half up half down, but of course remember. Excuse me that those bangs, of course, are all of that. Bang is going to be. You know around your face, but I like the way that looks so I would just stick a little claw clip or a little Barrette back there. That would work great. She does have enough length. However, let me say this, so she has enough length to go in a really in a cute low ponytail, but I think you would need to clip this first and then you know tie up your ponytail so, like you know, because I just don't know if these Sides would stay in the ponytail, I don't feel like they would. I think, they're going to come out, so I think you're going to need a clip and then a little ponytail or um you might. If you're going to wear it up, you might have to like secure that with bobby pins back there and then do you know a little twist to put it in an updo. You know so it's definitely doable. She has some styling. You know options um really really cute, but I really like I'm not real huge on bangs. I'Ve shared that with y'all before, but I really like the bang on this one. I like the way it's cut. I think it just looks really really nice and, like I said I love those little wispy hairs that you can get you know from this bang. This is what's nice about a bang at this length. You know you don't have to worry so much about all the hair going in your eyes. You know so really really cute style really pleased with it.
