A little about me:

My name is Kya Odum. I am 25 years old. While in college I discovered a true love for all things beauty and I thought why not record this for YouTube. Believe it or not ►throughout highschool, purchasing anything makeup related (besides mascara) was the last thing on my mind. Until senior year, I tried covergirl powder bam, my life changed. I loved the powdered down matte look. Fast forward to about 2017 I moved to Columbus, Ohio at 22 and realized I didn't have anyone there to do my hair so I started getting into wigs and here we are. Hey guys welcome back to my channel, my name is kaya for any of you that are new in today's video. I am installing this deep wave, a ponytail right here, it's 24 inches long. I got it from lobby hair. So if you guys are interested in seeing how i install and get this little do of, a ponytail then continue to watch before i jump into the video make sure you hit the subscribe button and hit the notification bell as well, so you'll be notified each time. I upload a video okay guys, so i'm just gon na jump in and give you like a little quick bit of details about today's hairdo um. I'M not i'm not going to do too much talking. So i do want to say thank you to lavi hair for sending me this ponytail today. This ponytail is 100 virgin human hair and it's 24 inches long and i got it and i have brazilian hair in its deep wave and it comes with a wrap around piece, which is what i will be showing you guys in today's video um. So, first, i'm just going to show you how i mold down my hair to get it as flat and straight as possible. Today i wanted to have more of a parting space to give it more of a design versus just wearing it all pulled back now. This ponytail can be worn in a high up ponytail. However, i'm gon na wear mines in a low ponytail today, um. That is just what i would prefer and i realized i just said minds y'all. I know mines is not a word, but when you talk fast, sometimes stuff just swings out your mouth, but i know that mines isn't a word um and then i'm gon na add this cute little clip in as well um. It says girls, so yeah just continue to watch the rest of this installation of this ponytail is, i can't run your all the place. You speak mean nothing more to. Let me go. Oh, no me, okay, so i'm just gon na come back in at the end of it. After i've gotten this ponytail installed, it is actually a really good quality ponytail. I appreciate that it's human hair as well. It has more of a softer feel to it, and then it also just feels like it won't give me a lot of issues with tangling and shedding as well. I was going to like pull it apart, but then i realized that i kind of wanted to stay in this form for now, so i just left it. How is the wraparound piece is a really good concept. I took some pictures with my iphone since i didn't have a camera to actually see what it looked like after i wrapped it around and it actually looked good i'll show you guys the photos but yeah. It'S a really quick process. It'S as long as you don't have to take the whole step of you know: wrapping your hair around or down like i was doing. That was taking me quite a bit of time, but after i did that i was like okay actually putting the ponytail in is the easiest part of this hairdo.
