2022 Best Kinky Curly Pony Tail - Ruka Hair Review (Detailed)

Usually I do styling tips and inspiration on my channel, but today is a little bit of a different thing. We are going to actually be reviewing this ponytail uh that I have on from Ruka hair. This video is not sponsored. I just wanted to do a video on this ponytail I've been wanting one of these ponytails from Rooker hair for a long time. I finally pulled a trigger and I wanted to do a review on it, because I really love that natural style, so this fits the bill. I think so, if you're interested I'm just going to be giving my thoughts and uh putting it on for you. Sorry, the ponytail that I have right here is the think Kink and it's in 22 inches a lot of hair, but, as you can see, the texture is spot on with a typical, I don't even say typical, but what you would think of when you hear 4C And those tighter textures, they do have other textures. They have a kinky, coily, curly, wavy and straight so lots of different options. If this isn't the texture for you or you're, looking for something to better match your hair. So what I'm doing right here is just spraying. It with some water which they recommend you do is spray it with water, shake it out and lay it flat to dry before you install it. So I'm spraying it with some water. Just to loosen up the texture, I would not recommend brushing it with a Denman. Like I'm doing right here, but I don't know what compelled me to do this, but you don't need to necessarily brush it out like this, so just spray it with some water and you can probably add some leave-in conditioner or your favorite conditioner. Just to add a little bit more moisture and manipulate it with your fingers, and that should be good to go. But of course I wanted to be extra and try to brush it out and Define the coils a little bit not necessary, but just showing you what I did here and here I added some kinky curly knot today, just to see how it would react and the Slip was really great when I added that yes extra, so I did help Define the coils wow check that out not all over, but a few popped out, and I was pretty happy about that again. This step is not necessary. I would honestly, probably just add that to my water bottle, spread and shake it out and go in the future. So that's about how much shedding I got not a lot and now we're going to move on to the install so stay tuned. Okay. So I'm back in front of my mirror here is the hair really pretty? Let'S see the texture, it's a nice natural Brown! Now we're going to put it on all right. So here's my hair got my little bunny tail going and we're going to attempt to put this on. So there is a comb right here and there is a comb at the bottom and also a drawstring at the bottom, for you to cinch it onto your buns. So, let's give it a shot, see that let's put the top part in right here and then I'm going to put the bottom part in the bottom comb in now, I'm going to cinch it whoa. Okay, tighten that up! Well: okay, now that it's tight, I'm going to take the extra string, I'm just gon na wrap it around my head, wrap it around the pony, I guess and bobby pin and it to my head to my ponytail. Look, how natural that looks! Okay, I had to fix it. Wow baby girl is a lot of hair. Like I love this, do you see that very pretty? Let me turn off my light, so maybe you can see a little bit better. Okay, um. I really think that is it look? How nice that is now you could Define it a little bit more if you want it, but yeah, nice and natural see turn up my brightness, oh no she's, stunning foreign than my hair, but that's okay! Okay with that with that and um. That is it before. I mean give myself a little bit of a back Outlet. Movement edges completely optional. Really the sun went away, but if you want to know what edge control I'm wearing is this one from Amazon and yeah? That'S it! You could also take if you wanted to a little piece of hair from the back and wrap it around the base of the ponytail, like that. If you wanted to and secure that with a bobby pin, she's big, it's pretty, though I'm just kind of playing around with her shaping her out a little bit more weird, that's it! Hopefully the back looks good, because I can't see it's really pretty to me yeah. I think um, that is it. I probably could have moved it a little bit higher to my head on my head, but ever alright, so there you have it. The Ruka think Kink ponytail again this is 22 inches and it shrank. Since I started the video and I'm really obsessed, actually, I think I like it more that it shrank a little bit and it still has body it's so natural. I am really feeling this. I'M curious what a bun would look like or a low Pony.
