Welcome to another quick and easy hair tutorial for long hair! In this video I'll show you step by step how to create a spiral braid on a high ponytail. If it's not easy for you to recreate this exact hairstyle, you can try to braid a low side swept ponytail. When you're able to see what you're doing and don't need to keep your elbows up, it's very simple to do. You can wear it every day to complete your casual look, or for formal occasions and special events (wedding, prom, ball, graduation, holidays).

Hi guys today, I'm going to show you how to create this beautiful, elope braided ponytail, which is a great technique to transform your regular ponytail into something. That'S going to turn heads it's actually, one of my favorites everyday looks and you can easily transform it into a big voluminous, bun updo for slightly more formal events. You want to start with a high ponytail. It'S my own hair is unfortunately a bit too thin and too short for this hairstyle. So I'm going to create a high ponytail using my glance and clip in hair extensions as usual, I'm using dark and platinum blonde weft to add steps to my color and create an effect of highlights, and once all the webs of extensions are attached around the base. You want to cover them with your own hair you're, going to smooth out the surface so that there are no bumps and then tie your hair together into a ponytail in one of my previous videos. I have shown you how to create this cute side. Braid see if you want to know how to recreate it. I put the link on the screen and in the description box and once you have your ponytail, you want to pick three thin strands of hair on one side: you're going to start braiding by placing the outer strands over the middle line. So you bring the right strands in the middle, you bring the left strand in the middle. Once again, you bring the right strand in the middle and the left strand in the middle, and that's when you want to grab a thin strand of hair from your ponytail and add it to your middle strand. Then again, you cross the outer strands and add some extra hair to the middle strand, you're going to be adding that extra hair every two braiding steps. Basically, when you bring the top strand in the middle, when you bring the bottom strand in the middle, you don't add any extra hair. So basically, you cross you cross again, and you add some extra hair are those trends that you ad should be really thin, because otherwise you will incorporate all your hair into the braid before you reach the ends, so try keeping those extra strands as thin as you Can I'm going to braid diagonally extended my braid slightly to the left and then I'll bring it under my ponytail to be able to create another loop of the braid? I grab the three strands of the braid and again keep on crossing them over bringing the outer strands in the middle and add an extra hair only from the top. If you find it hard to recreate this hairstyle, because you can't really see what you're doing at the back of your head, you could attempt this look on a side-swept low ponytail. But then you can always see what you're doing, and the final hairstyle is just as cute. The first two levels of this braids are quite a good workout for your arms, because one hand should be kept really high up. The elbow is directed up for it and you can feel that your arms are hurt and when you're braiding, if you experience this issue, you can bring your elbow down for a couple of seconds, make a break and the pain will be immediately gone. You will feel immediate relief. I make sure that my braid is slightly angled. It should be going diagonally across the ponytail and extend it a bit to the left, and then I simply bring it under the ponytail to create another level of my loops braids. And when you reach the third level of the braids, you can actually turn around bring both elbows down and keep on breathing in this position. So it's basically only the first two levels that are quite challenging. Then it gets much easier. It will it's time to create one more level of my braid. I basically grabbed my ponytail and bring it across the braid you're going to keep on breathing like this till you reach your ends and then you can basically decide whether you want to tie all the ends together with a single elastic or tie the ends. Only off your little grate and hide it with the ends of the ponytail. These days, I tend to prefer this version of the hairstyle once you're done. Your hairstyle should look something like this. You it's super easy to transform it into a braided option. Just grab your ponytail twist it like so and then wrap it around the base. Then this hairy spell is complete.
