After watching the top 5 elimination on X Factor last week, I was inspired to recreate this hairstyle that Nicole Scherzinger sported on the show. Honestly, I was shocked at the results because I really thought Rachel was going to win. I think Nicole thought that too.. oh snap! Anyways, I think this ponytail is fun and edgy and definitely gives you that rocker chick look. Hope you enjoy this video. ^_^

Hey guys, I was inspired to do this hairstyle after seeing it on a closed Scherzinger on last week's episode of X Factor. When I watched the elimination it was so epic. I do feel bad if Rachel, but I totally don't blame the coal for what happened anyways. If you guys want to learn how to do this, hairstyle keep on watching first off brush your hair to detangle any knots using a rat tail comb part your hair horizontally on the side and use the arch of your eyebrows as a guide make sure you get A nice straight part then do the same thing on the other side, use a butterfly clip and clip the top out of the way, then take a hair tie and tie the rest of your hair back unclick your hair and brush it out. I'M going to grab the front of my bangs and divide it into three sections and I'm going to start French braiding to start the braid cross. The right strand over the middle then cross the left one over, and this part is tricky. You want to grab some hair from the side of your head, incorporate it with the right strand and then place it over the middle then incorporate hair from the left side place it over the middle as well, and you continue to do this until you get all Your hair and for those of you who follow me for a long time, you probably already know how to French braid, because I've shown it many times. But if you still don't know how then feel free to click. This video of mine, where I show you how to French braid when you finish French braiding, the top of your head, continue to braid your hair regularly and tie it off with an elastic band. Then comb the side of your head and make sure it's really slant and tight for this look. You want the French braid to be poofier than the side of your head so that it gives it a pompadour, look, grab a hair tie and tie the ponytail where the french braid ends to eliminate flyaways use, hairspray and comb down your hair. This will also make your hairstyle look more sleek now remove your hairband and unravel your braid pick up a strand from underneath a ponytail and wrap it around the hair tag to conceal it then use a bobby pin to secure it in place. So here's the finished. Look, I personally think hairstyles like this tend to suit people with a smaller forehead and longer face. So if you're, one of those people definitely give this hairstyle a try, because it's really fun and edgy anyways thanks so much for watching and don't forget to like this video.
