Hi guys welcome back to my channel in today's video. You guys are gon na see how I do my sleek sleek ponytail, as well as how I do my edges and I'm going to be using 30 inches of extensions. What I like about this hairstyle so much is the fact that it's so affordable and with all the products and all it cost less than $ 25. So I'm first going to be starting off by detangling. My hair I'd co, wash it the night before after detangling. My hair, I'm gon na go in and, for my part, you have your part on the middle, on the left or on the right, but today I want mine on the side after I'm done forming my part, I'm then gon na go ahead and begin to start Combing, the hair in the direction I wanted to lay in so as you can see, I'm combing one side of my hair to the side I wanted to lay and then I'm gon na do that to the exact opposite side. Now, while you do want your hair to be super super sleek, you still want to make sure that it has a lot of moisture in it, and I began to notice that my hair was a little bit dry. So I'm going in with this Asya moist conditioner to put some moisture back into my hair. Now here you can see me adding more water and that's because personally, whenever I add more water or gel or moisturizer, the darker, my hair actually gets in color, and I really want my weave and my hair to match each other. So I want to make sure that there's the same color and my weave tends to be a little bit darker than my natural hair, so I'm going to add more product to it. As you can see, I've detained good my hair thoroughly a lot in this video and that's because, whenever you're doing these sleek styles, while you can use a brush and your hair will lead down perfectly, it's still important to still use a comb, because whenever you lay Down your hair, if you don't use a comb, it could be really lumpy and all the tangles will lump in one place you now. This is what my hair looks like once it's thoroughly detangled just with the comb and as you can see, I get a pretty sleek and straight. But after that, I'm gon na go in with this hard brush, just to make sure that all my flyaways are laid down. It'S like I get the perfect ponytail after I formed my ponytail and got it into the place. I want. I take two scrunchies so that it can hold my hair and then I put it into a ponytail once my ponytail is in its crunchy. I then going with the wet line extreme gel some people like to use this hair gel whenever they're just starting the process of making the ponytail, but I like to use it afterwards, just because, if you plan on doing this hairstyle a lot in one week, your Hair could get really flaky, so I just like to use a gel in little amounts once the jealous of my hair, I'm now gon na go in with some water and dance the rest of my ponytail and then detangle it. The next step is to then twist my hair and I'm trying to do my twist as tight and neat as possible, because this is then gon na go into a bun. And I really want my bun to be super tiny, because I'm going to put my weave over that - and I don't want my hair to be super detectable or look fake after my bun is formed. I'M then gon na begin to start doing my edges. For my edges, I like to use the old toothbrush that I only use for my edges and I'm gon na start. Whenever I do these edges, for whenever I have ponytails, I like them to be super natural. I have different edges for different types of hair styles and different looks that I like to go for, but these are pretty natural to me now, I'm very lightly, just pulling on pieces of my hair that naturally come out just so that I can make what's called Sideburns and I'm going to tell them onto my face not completely but having a little bit of a curl at the end. Now, as you can see, this is my third attempt to try to lead on this one edge. However, it's not laying completely the way that I want it and I'm pointing this out, because it's really important to know that all they used to do here at just every day. Not every day. Is it going to be perfect, so just keep trying and after a while you'll get it as perfect as you like it, this is the weave that I'll be using in the tutorial today, but there's also other drawstring ponytails that you can buy from the beauty supply Store or even online, this one goes for about twenty dollars in the store, but you can always buy online for 895 plus shipping. Now, whenever you open up your ponytail, there's going to be two combs and one drawstring, the top comb goes at the top of your head and the bottom goes at the bottom of your head. Once you secured the clips onto your bun, you then want to take the drawstring and pull it as tight as possible and then you're just going to put the drawstring around the ponytail at the base and cover it with the rest of the hair. If you're ever scared that you're putting tell me fall out or something you can always just put bobby pins at the face of your ponytail, so that you know that it will not fall out like I said you could order this online or at your local beauty Supply store, I really like this because they're super cheap and affordable. You don't have to worry about the hassle with bundles and because they're so cheap. You could get multiple ones and be rocking multiple ponytails. Well guys that's into this video, I really hope you guys enjoyed it. Please go down below like this video comment, any videos you would like to see in the future and support me by subscribing
