Welcome back to my channel thanks for joining me today, so today I wanted to do a little review on the Bellamy wrap ponytail. I got this. I'Ve worn it in a few videos. I got this not too long ago and I just didn't feel comfortable on doing a review for you because I to be honest, wasn't really sure how to use it, and so I got the second longest length. I think there's 28 on it with my own money and there's 160 gram. 20 inch. 180 gram 24 inch at 200 gram 28 inch. They are premium synthetic fibers, so I got the 24 inch 180 grams. I just think I showed you guys the packaging in my favorites video, like in April or something if you want to go back and walk so um. Unfortunately, this was a complete fail for me and I hate saying that, but it just it just didn't work. For me - and I have to be honest in my videos to guys, because I think that you deserve it actually, I know that you deserve it and you want to hear honesty so in looking at products, I think one of the most important things if you are Coming out with a product is not so much that your girls can do it that are showcasing the product, that's great and that's what we look for in tutorials on YouTube, but also the average Joe can do it right. You got to find a couple people off the streets and include a few of those people that are experienced in hair extensions and see if they can do it. I am NOT a hair stylist. I am NOT a perfection when it comes to extensions. I have had extensions for years, I've been wearing them since high school, not every single day, but on and off I have them in now. I have the Bella Mia's its Bellamy's in excuse me. I put him in a ponytail myself and did a bun um. So I've been working with extension for quite some time. Let me tell you why this didn't work for me so first pulling out of the package - and I talked about this with you guys when I first got them you'll notice. There is a clip right here: okay and the clip is supposed to go in your hair. Okay, you put your hair in a ponytail first, then you wrap this around like a circle and it velcros there. It is creating your ponytail okay, so this has velcro. Okay. Well, when I got and took it out of the package already, I noticed this now. It said no return, so I wasn't sure if I could even return these to be honest and I thought yeah, I want to go through the hassle, so I thought well. I could just sew it, but if you notice it is coming off okay, which I shouldn't have to do, but the problem is: why is this coming off? These are not that expensive synthetic hair means that you cannot curl it. It is not real hair. This is coming off because, although this is a great concept and a wonderful idea, it is way too heavy. This is extremely heavy holding it. It'S just a lot of weight for a little tiny clip on little tiny fabric here this way down my hair. Incredibly, why did I buy this? I thought it's 50 bucks that doesn't seem too bad at all. I would like to be able to put my hair up really quick, especially when I'm doing YouTube videos it's in the summer. You know you're out and about you always want to cut your hair. You know you just want to kind of throw it up and you want to have a little bit of something extra. My ponytails always fell flat. To be honest, I hate putting my hair in ponytails it just it never looks good to me. My hair is not thick and voluminous ponytails usually tend to hurt by the end of the day. So I thought, wouldn't it be great if I could get added volume and length in my ponytail, because I like the way ponytails look with extensions. What I have found in the past using regular like the weft clip extensions, was it did, weigh my hair down and it was a lot of work. It was very tiring um. I actually feel like it's more comfortable when I put my hair up in a ponytail with extensions and do the bun. Why? Because it's all up sitting on my head and there's no pressure. So it's not pulling on your scalp a lot of the reviews that looked at before doing my own, where people saying you know and her there's a lot of pressure. There'S a lot of weight. Your hair is going to be considerably thinner than 180 or 160 grams of hair. This little clip is just not going to do it. Justice, it's just it's it's just not going to hold. You are supposed to then take this um little piece of hair. Okay. So after you wrap it around the ponytail you're supposed to take this little piece of hair wrap it around and you can go on their website. Take a look for yourself and it's supposed to make it look more natural supposed to make it look stay in theory. It'S a great idea. It just doesn't work as well as it should, and when I went to the Bellamy website and I watch them, do it to one of their Bellamy. Bella'S, I'm sorry, but you just you can't just be a Bellamy Bella. You you've got to be a normal job, be able to wear these because that's the audience that you're catering to it looked terrific, it looked great. It would not stay in my hair. It kept sliding down. Like I said the clip is broke. Could I saw it absolutely when I first got it, it wasn't unraveling just yet, but as soon as they put in my hair, you could tell it was very lightly sewn and it just started to unravel it. Just got too thick. Also, being that it's synthetic hair, it is very tingly. Okay, take a look, it is extremely tangly. I, like felony extensions. I have had two pairs. I am NOT here to bash felony in any way, I'm wearing them today. I think they are great extensions. I'Ve heard nothing well amazing things from their Lily hair. I have not tried it, but I've heard amazing things. I bought this because I wanted to try it. So it is not. You know I'm not here, to throw shade on the company or anything like that at all um, but what I have found I'm working with companies lately is the best ones I have worked with are ones that take what you say to heart and reformulate the product To make it even better and I'm sure at some point they will make, they will do that you just for a ponytail. I know people want as much hair as possible and as natural as can be. You just can't have that. It'S not realistic unless you have real hair. That'S this length, even when you do putting it up ponytail, it's gon na weigh your hair down. It'S gon na pull it's going to be uncomfortable, it's going to hurt so a couple of things I was thinking about where, if this had had weft all the way around West, the clips, you know the clips that just clip your hair extensions. It all the way around would that make it better. Maybe a different system like when I do a ponytail with extensions that clip in what I do is I double up on the Bellamy wefts. So I take two F's. I clip them together and then I clip them up. So I put my hair half up half down and I clip them it upside down and I don't do it in layers anymore. What I do is, I just put my hair half up half down more hair down here than up top, and I clip it in one two usually like three West, remember: they're doubled up. So that's like six put my hair in a ponytail and go from there. Now, no matter what that's a lot of hair and it's gon na be hard for your scalp, but my biggest thing when wearing extensions is comfort, and it's the look in the couple of videos where I wore this. It did look great, it just was uncomfortable. It was not secure enough. I didn't feel confident enough like going out. I just I thought that this would be a quick, easy fix to my hair, but I didn't want to wash it around on third day hair. You know how you usually wear extensions. You know when you just want to throw them in to give you added value, or you know, make it look like you washed, your hair, let's face it, you could do third day here, clip it some ear, extensions, curl, all your hair and it would love Victoria Secret right, it would look amazing. That'S the point of extensions is to add a little something to your hair um and that's kind of what I thought now I guess I should have known this is really long. There'S a lot of hair. It'S a lot thicker up top here, where the little netting is and it kind of tapers off a little bit. You know so it's just the part. That'S supposed to grab on to your ponytail is just really heavy, and normal people's hair is not as thick as this. Of course, that's why we're buying it? So the velcro, just it's gon, na slip right out even with the clip, because what was going on with the clip was the clip was kind of staying up like this. It just wasn't staying put in there and then sing up like it should. I didn't even want to do a demo with this, because there are perfect demos out there with this, you can go on their website. I haven't seen too many other girls having absolute. Fantastic luck with these there's some where they look pretty good, but they kind of say the same things even when they do put them in fabulously. They tangle a lot. They tend to slip out. They have trouble with them. Staying in I've seen the claw clip one. A lot of people said that they could see with a claw clip kind of started and their real hair began and they have colored ones now, which is great. I think, hair extensions are amazing, I think they're a wonderful idea when they when they work. So I just think this is a great idea. We just need to maybe work with it a little bit. That'S my only thing it has a thickness. It has the Bellamy quality. Okay, I thought maybe I could use this as like, even as a low ponytail. I tried it that way. I tried fishtailing with it. I tried. Maybe I could put it in a bun. You know like I'm doing up. Nothing really worked. It just was a social product, the benefits of it, it's cheap, ok, these are, these are cheaper. I think there's even one point where they were giving these away for free. If you bought a pair of hair extensions and they were giving away coupon, so there's 10 % off, so I don't think you'll spend more then, let's just see 40 yeah that the most expensive one is 60. Also, being that it's synthetic there is a tremendous amount here we go of shedding. I don't know if I got a defective piece, but I'm hoping you can see this. I just pulled this out right now, um, that's a lot and that's been coming out like crazy. Every time you take this out and you got to put it back in, you - need to brush them here we go again. Look at that, I'm not even pulling that hard guys. You need to brush them and tons of hair like this will come out. You can tell that that does happen with synthetic hair and, more so than the extensions that are real hair. I mean this was just in a second sorry. Can you hear the ice cream truck so I'm I'm disappointed. I don't know if I get a defective one or I just had a really bad experience. Um. This doesn't dissuade me from buying felony products. I do want to eventually purchase the Lili hair, so I hope to purchase that and I'm sure I'll have a wonderful experience with that. I love their normal extensions, like I said, I'm wearing them now. I'Ve always liked their extensions. I find doubling them up works best for me, because I have a very small head. I can't put them all in single and it just gives them more of the volume that I want and I think they're a great accessory. I i've had the fusion ones. First of clip-ins, for me I prefer the huppin's and yeah so for what I was looking for this. Just it didn't cut it. You can just tell now it just so tingly I keep it stored. Well, I have a box. I know I use my extensions. They last me over a year, so I take really good care of my things. I don't really know what I'm to do with this, I'm not really sure but um. Just too much hair, it was too heavy. It'S just not working. I got ta throw away this glob of hair hold on, so I think that they will come out with ones with real hair. Maybe that'll have more clips or be an easier way. I I don't know, I'm not a you know, they don't create hair extension so, but I'm even thinking just wrapping around your ponytail or having a cloth clip over the ponytail. Maybe that's not even the way to go. Maybe if we had something that was more strips. Like this, with this kind of you know real hair, probably best, but you had two or three Clips all this hair. You broke up in two or three clips with the wefts and you they either had Clips all around. So you could kind of clip them all around your ponytail or you know if that doesn't work. What I do now, which makes a lot of sense, I just wish it was a little bit more comfortable, maybe a little less hair than this, and you know you have three separate clips, but they're doubled up on the hair and you put some hair up some Hair down you clip them up and that's how you do a ponytail, I'm just throwing ideas out there. I don't know. I just know that this portion was a fail. It was cheap, so I don't feel too bad, but I really can't wear it. I have been trying for months. I wanted to love this product and think and all I got it from a video. I just want to throw my hair up. I can just put this in and have this beautiful, glorious, ponytail ya know so yeah. I don't know: Ptolemy's was the first extensions I ever bought, so I'm satisfied with their extension line. They have great variety of colors and I've always been a fan of clip-in extensions. So you know sometimes things just don't work for you. Let me know if you guys have purchased a rat ponytail by them or if you've ever tried something like this and you've liked it. It'S been a success for you, I'm at the point in my life, where, if I don't like something, I'm probably not going to keep it around because just creates clutter, and I have like three sets of extensions as it is so I don't need something. I'M never gon na wear and, like I said I have tried it multiple times all kinds of ways so yeah. Sorry, I really wanted to like the product but um, but anyway um. I appreciate you guys stopping on a channel. I hope this video was somewhat informative and helpful and, like I said, if you guys have any comments about the rat, ponytail or any kind of great hair extensions, you've tried or anything, please. Let me know I'm always interested to hear about new hair extensions and they're. Coming out with all kinds of crazy colors now, which I love like the ombre, which I kind of missed the ombre trend, I feel like it's still kind of out there and kickin and the purple and the teal, and how fun is that you can do in Your hair color in an instant and nothing is permanent. It'S not like you're dyeing your hair and doing permanent damage to your hair. That'S why I just I love them. Belamis got a lot of great Bay Lodge and all different kind. The new hair extensions out so really interesting, yeah. So thanks for watching guys - and I will see you in my next video bye

Emma soso: Ok so BELLAMI Clip-in Hair Extensions are produced with 100% Remy human hair But All Bellami ponytail extensions are made from premium synthetic fibers. As they are not human hair and processed differently, the shades may vary. It's writte in Bellamihair.com In "care"

SUE-TANYA PARKS: I was curious to know if you would be able to measure the length and width of the base (lace backing) for me. I have a wrap ponytail but for some odd reason the base seems to be too long in length so when I put it in and go to touch it, it feels odd. I think they should have different sizes for these ponytails because not everyone has the same thickness hair, and what will fit someone who typically has a small ponytail, may not work for someone who has lots of hair. Also rather than using synthetic hair, they should have used human hair (just my opinion), maybe customers wouldn't mind paying the extra money for something that wont tangle.

Bernadette Williams: I just received mine today. I got the wrap ponytail 28in 200g. Unfortunately I'm not happy with it at all, same my clip is broken:( and it won't stay, it's way to heavy, I can not wear it:( 66$ down the drain the hair looks like doll hair I would not recommend this. I do love love my lily hair extensions but not happy with the ponytail at all! Wish I could return it.

o l i v i a 🌼: You could always use it for a halloweens costume! Lol that's what I'm using mine for!

Lissy Angel: Se puede teñir?

Amalie Rudolfsen: I just got it in my mail, and the color looked way to yellowish blonde for me. Trying to tone it with purple shampoo, but I don´t think the plastic hair will get cooler in the color? Or am I wrong?

makeupbysheaa: Ok I had to subscribe I just did a video on this I have it in my hair I told them not to get the wrap it's so hard I thought it was me

Alondra Najera: By any chance do you know what color the ponytail is?
