Best Diy: High Extended Ponytail

Foreign foreign do do going in with my babyliss flat iron, i'm just going to go through and flat out of my hair. Now this is not like a silk. This is on the side of my ears or where i want my ponytail to be so. This is what you see me here doing trying to decide how far up i want it. I don't want it in the center. I kind of want it off center a little bit and that's what i'm just trying to decide here. Okay, so i'm pretty happy with where my ponytail is all i did was put my hair into a bun, because now we're just going to mold our hair with the gossipy glue spray and we just um going to spray we're going to brush it and then we're Going to follow behind with the blow dryer to set into place and repeat the same process all the way around now, of course, guys. If you have thicker hair, you want to make sure you work in sections. I would prefer you work um, starting in your crown. Then work your way to the outer perimeter area. Um, that's only if you have thicker hair, but me i know because i fell in my hair. It'S a little thin so me putting in a full ponytail and then doing this process without doing it in sections. Will i will achieve the same look, but if you have thicker hair, i would suggest you do it in sections. Also um, you don't have to use gus to be spray. You can use a promate or anything. That'S um! That'S not like a liquid base to it. Uh a pomade such as like edge control or um. I forgot the other one, the other name, mermaids, beeswax stuff, like that. You can use that as well, but i like the um guys to be because this um, it's less messy. I don't have to worry about the cleanup afterwards and it gives me a shine and i just move quicker this way, but you're welcome to use any promage. You want long as it's not a water base. You'Ll be good, all right so right here we yeah. So we're gon na get that out of there. It'S very easy, just bring some more spray and we're going to brush it out and then we're going to take a rubber band because it's smaller than the um, the regular, i don't know scrunchies. I guess that's what you call hauling, but i'm taking a rubber band, i'm just going to um put my hair in a ponytail, and here i'm just want to show you guys how sleek and flat my hair is just using guys to be hairspray. The shine is there it's slick, it is super hard. So if i go to bed without a scarf, i would be okay, you guys, because this hair is hard now, i'm going in with some hair oil for my ends, because i know my hair is going to be up for about a week or two. I just want to make sure that my ends are nice and moisturized, while my hair is up next, i'm just braiding my hair, all right. So now that i got my ponytail where i wanted to be i'm going to spray some more guys to be glued, because once i start wrapping around the hair, i don't want my natural hair to be disturbed okay. So now i'm just going to take a wave cap and wrap it around my ponytail and i'm going to secure it with the rubber band. This is the same wave cap that was on the uh yupo wig that we was coloring at the beginning of the video, and this is it right here yeah and i'm just showing you guys what my new part wig look like. I will leave a link to the video to the right in the description bar below, if you guys want to check that out too now that longest bundle i was telling you guys, is 26 inch, and this is it right here now. This is the tricky part, because i was trying to record and look in the mirror while doing this, so i was kind of struggling with it at first, but all you want to do is take some glue and um to your bundles. The whiff of the bundles, of course, and you just want to wrap around the um, your ponytail until you get to the bottom, take your time on this part. There is no rush. Also, if you want your hair thicker, if you want your ponytail thicker, you would add um two bundles, instead of one at the same time, just wrap around making sure that you are gluing the tracks close together as possible. If you can um what else. Oh yeah, you can sew this part on here. You don't have to um glue it down, but the sewing part is a very tedious process, especially when you're doing it by yourself. You can't see um behind you, you can it's just it's just a lot. So i just prefer to glue it because it's just easier and it's faster this way. So this is what it's looking like so far, um i think it's a little high, but hey it's okay, we're just going to work with it. Now i'm just going to comb out my hair. This is um, make sure all my hair is combed out. I took a piece from the back that you can see right here because that's what we're going to use to wrap it around now. This part right here. Ladies, i know i said it before, but you want to be extremely extremely careful and neat right here, because so, if that makes sense and then go behind it with the gossipy spray, and then you want to follow with the blow dryer to make sure that it Is hard everything is, is in place and that's it okay, honey. Yes, we are coming along okay. So what we want to do now is just comb out the ponytail and then i'm just going to start flat out in the hair. So i can get that nice. Sleek ponytail look. I was looking for yeah, i'm really digging this look. It is super super cute all right, so i didn't have any edge control for my edges, so i'm just going to improvise and i'm just going to continue to use the guys to be glue spray and i'm just going to mold my edges into place. As you see right here, all right so now, i'm just going to go in and add that same hair serum that i used before to my hair um in the um bundle of hair. Just to add the last finish to touch that shine to it that i want, and then you guys this is pretty much the finished look. I hope you liked this tutorial. If you did don't forget to like.
