Throwing Away Her Ponytail! | My Mane Problem #Shorts #Naturalhair

My Mane Problem is streaming now on ALLBLK

And see what's going on here, this is the assistant, that's the assistant, okay assistant. We don't need no assistance right now: okay, oh no! No! No hold on! I got a place that we put this we're just gon na. Put it right here right now, I'll come get you. This is all for the day. Well, this is Coco. Okay, hi Coco. Let'S look at this hair here. Let'S see how much damage has happened to you. Okay, so I see your hair is a little fine. I'M sure when it looked like there's quite a bit of alcohol in it it's creating dryness, because your hair is extremely dry thin. Okay, when's, the last time you trimmed your ends. Oh my God. That long, I don't even have an answer. Have you ever had your ends, trimmed darling, given that I'm an artist and I have a certain image already I like to have lint, so I just want a nice balance in a perfect world. There would be balance

katherine delva: It’s the trash can labeled “WIGS” for me

Zebee: She became even prettier when he removed the ponytail. You could really see her face.

Le From the City: She doesn’t even realize she [is] so pretty she doesn’t need length. A short cut would be amazing on her.

Sabrena Carter: Lol I felt attacked when he asked her when was the last time she trimmed her ends mine haven’t been trimmed since 2020

Edward Day: I think we overlook the fact that this woman is baring it all on tv. (& when I say it I’m referring to her insecurities w/her hair.) I think she was a lil soldier not to mention looked flawless through it all

Lola Mobley: Just because you are an artist doesn't mean you NEED length. This girl is already so beautiful, I bet she would slay a short cut, a pixie cut, any kinda cut. ❤️

kimjan67: You’re so pretty girl. Let it stay in the trash you can wear your hair any kind of way and look great you’re blessed ❤

Charlexia Rey: When he started talking to her “ends” I cried

THIS IS YOUR CONSCIENCE: We need more hair stylist like this. Help the hair and throw away the trash lol. Time to wear your crown Queen.

Daniela Violante: His personality is my favorite

MACMinaj: Girl was too cute for the raggedy pony tail‍

All Things Tarot: Oh I feel this I hate my thin fuzzy curls I wanna cry everyday I get so many compliments when I have fake hair !

Bella Taylor: You have to cut your hair for it to grow I’ve started my mom and sister off at half an inch every 3 months bc their hair never grew bc they thought , as did I when I was a child , if you cut your hair it won’t grow , well now I cut off alsmot 2 inches of their hair every 3 months and 3 inches grow back everytime so they are aging a whole inch every thing months

Susan Bailey: I’m white. I’ve been lightening my hair for decades. (See my thumbnail pic. My real hair is drab brown and grey. Don’t tell anyone.) I figured out the products made for black women’s hair is also great for blondes. The shampoos, conditioners, treatments are all effective. Use a very light hand with leave-in products. You know how black women have a problem with people touching their hair? (Rude!) I have the same issue. I think maybe people just need to touch something when they can’t imagine how it feels. Also, avoid heat like poison. Comb through long hair in the shower while conditioner is in. Never NEVER use a 40 developer. God bless everyone!

Denise Fuqua: She’s way too pretty for a ratty wig. She could rock a really great close to the head cut with the sides having a design trimmed into them

cheapskatepanic: She looks gorgeous with the hair she has!

Daniela Violante: if she went for short hair she would rock that shit so well. You could tell her hair has been through a lot of damage It's begging for her to rock the short look and her cute facial features would be so good for it. Short would complement her and give that powerful and sexy but also show a fun and free type of life into her hair style

Siren TheRocker: Actually didn't need the ponytail. Pretty with her own hair pulled back in that bun.

Tabitha Spencer: I wish more black women would see the beauty in their natural hair. It’s not ugly just takes a few more steps to to get it that way.

Chadwick Allen: She's beautiful and puts all her faith in the fake wig man the world we live in smh.

💫GOLDENGODDESS💫: She seems to the type of help everyone else and forget about her self... she is gorgeous

Jana Hendrix: So how exactly do I get to the place to watch the rest of this video? I need to see the results!

Supernova: This actually breaks my heart. I love my long hair. You can see the emotion in her face when he took her ponytail off. I get that everyone has struggles with something but it just seems so hard for black women to have long, healthy hair. Not impossible but hard. I say if she wants to do her wigs or fake ponytails or whatever then let her do it. She deserves to feel beautiful because she is.

Terez Obert: I love his type ❤️❤️❤️ I bet he can do some hair

Jacqueline Jones: Society makes girls/women think that they have to have long hair. Short cuts are beautiful and she can defiantly rock a short cut.

Ms Green: She's obviously facing her fears on camera, she's very brave and she's quite beautiful.❤️

mouse253: I need a part 2! I really want to see how it turns out.

Tay Original: She's freaking gorgeous no matter what

T W: Lol she still calls it coco?! Badass lol!

Randi Plays 🎮: I love when african Americans speak. "Lenth" for length. Lol.

StyledbyAnnemarie: We have the same texture and color hair ❤

Eva Luna: Do these people (with super curly hair) wash their hair regularly? Like twice a week? Or is it like once in couple of weeks?

KC Gray: She’s so pretty. ❤ I can tell this is something she is extremely insecure about because she started tearing up the moment he touched her real hair. I understand the pain because it also took me years to embrace my natural hair. Now I’m obsessed with it and it’s almost waist length. I hope she learns to love her natural hair too

⛧Breezy⛧: Aw it broke my heart seeing her tear up when he started combing out her natural hair. She's such a beautiful woman and she doesn't deserve to feel bad about her looks. Once he trims the ends and gives her some curl definition back, I bet she'll be rockin her natural locs asap.

TribeeQueen: My hair grows way more when I trim my ends. Once every 2-3 months, after a wash and deep conditioning - I’m trimming, moisturizing and adding a split end prevention sealant. If I didn’t trim I might have more length overall but with damage at the ends. It’s normal, hair ends can be fragile and split up the shaft then you’ve got even more damage to cut thus not retaining length long term.

Odd P: That’s the wrong comb for her hair. You do not comb out a black woman’s hair with an itty bitty tooth comb

Madeline Melton: Y’all can’t leave me hanging like that I need the final look!

Adrienne: People, you're natural hair will always be more beautiful, this coming from a woman healing her alopecia. Ive cried many a night over patches and patches of medium length straight hair falling out. I envy all of the texture and volume that you with textured and curly hair have .

Tasha Riggins: Hell the assistant was pass due for a vacay that bih look tied

Drewy Flynn: I struggled with my hair identity for a long time. I was so nervous to trim or cut my long straight hair. It was such a mental debate I eventually decided to chop it short and then finally shaved it all the way down. My natural hair is now past my shoulders and I don’t think it’s ever been that long

Leenett Lumpkin: I would love to have seen the results

Pau Oldham: Nice assistant here and I just wanna say hi Coco and your name I just love the fact that you know how to you know get your hair in a really good balance and I will just wanted to say that you have nice hair better than mine but I want to say we both have nice hair

FryingPanVan: My hair was extremely damaged before I shaved it all off. Your hair knows what it needs, and it will look its best when given some TLC. I hope her hair is much healthier now.

Honei B: Naturally gorgeous

olive: Wow she's stunning. Incredible skin,no imperfections, and I love the 2 little dimples next to her mouth when she moves it a certain way. Literally perfect

gildedpeahen: There were tears in her eyes. For all the people who say “it’s just hair” It’s so much more than that.

Barely Nakid Beauty: Her skin look so soft ❤

Vanessa Ellis: Her hair is dead, all of that needs to go. Luckily she can pull off a halle berry/Jada pinkett hair cut.

WtFil: She’s quite literally STUNNING… the second he pulled that pony tail away it pulled SO much light towards her face that she looks ethereal! It’s fitting she’s an artist cause…that face is art.

Amy MH Chan: Just remember lovelies there is a hair "style" out there for everyone and it has nothing to do with length. It can be any length from very short to medium to very long. Keep the word "style" in mind and be creative

sarah: does anyone know where you can find the full video?…. like i wanna know what she look like after

Rose: She’s so beautiful and I really hope the hair transformation helped! It seems like she’s in good hands

Angel Hamilton: if you do your own hair and don't know when the last time you trimmed your ends, here's a tip. Almost Every time I braid my hair with individuals I trim my ends. I'll trim my ends, braids my hair, leave it in for however long I do, take them out and wear my natural hair in twists until I feel like braiding it up again. If you like me and take pictures with every style you do, that can be an easy way to remember when you trimmed your ends/when you need to trim them again

Ms Reen: So often I “hear” wigs and ponytails are used to protect the hair. So often I “see” that it does NOT. Too much of anything is often not a good thing. Natural and consistent hair care is the best.

kimnnnkim: She’s beautiful

sirv: Ok not just me noticing how flawless her skin is????? Like literally the smoothest skin I’ve ever seen

Rebecca Brooks: I’m right there with you sis I too have not treated my hair with a trim and not kept it moisturized like it should be.

CALEB MOLINE: What show is this?! I need to see the whole episode now.

USMC DEVIL DOG: I like his calm but assertive demeanor with her. She wanted something a certain way but, he let her know he's in charge.

Rose Chisolm: Black women start loving you're REAL HAIR. PLEASE, LOVE YOU AND YOUR HAIR. ALREADY. I say this because we had been put down for our hair for so long that I get tired of seeing it. I don't knock you for wearing a wig but just make sure that when u do wear it, let it be our own texture and by it being human; it would look more like our own hair plus more flexible. Even if you don't wear a wig, you are so beautiful. A wig shouldn't define who you are. It won't kill u not to where it just manage your own beautiful hair in a nice style. You get the right balance through keeping up your own. Nothing is wrong with your own. U asy you're an artist so just know that even with our weave, the world doesn't accept us anyway as beautiful Black natural sisters. Your face makes the wig look good.

The Rice Effect with Stephanie Rice: There is nothing wrong with her hair. Natural hair is beautiful and it doesn’t have to be considered as damaged when it’s in its natural state. Smh

Lena Boland: YES QUEEN TAKE IT OFF & LEAVE IT OFF!! LOVE THE " YOU" OUR CREATOR CREATED "YOU" TO BE!! AIN'T "NOTHING" MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN A BLACK QUEEN!!

Lainey Crawford: Shes so stunning ❤ Also, she can pull off the short hair so well! Shes got such a gorgeous face & length doesn’t matter when youve got such a gorgeous face (in my opinion)

Kimberly Merket: Please show us her finished look! ❤

Debbie Soldaini: Honestly it needs shaving off..

Ely Garcia: Come on!! I want to see the transformation. I'm invested now. Link please!!! December 2022

Kai Grier: She's beautiful ❤️‍♀️

Diana Ram.C.: I love that content like this is being made

makeuploveculture: Gees I watched this 7 times trying to figure out where the end was where he was gonna show what magic he did to her Coco! Then I realized I’m just looping it over and over! damnit Larry

MJ Z: I learned to do black hair 40 years ago. I’m not black but has a black teacher. I used to do sew in extensions and all sorts of other things but I always told myself that if I ever did black hair again, I would want to do natural styles only. Don’t know if I ever will but this is an inspiration nonetheless.

Brooklyn Queen: I can tell he’s a great stylist and cares about the health of one’s hair.

Elesse: She’s beautiful

Mita: I’m surprised she allowed you to take over…. Please, I’d LOVE to see PART 2. The results of your creativity…

Mesha Amor: She is freaking gorgeous she will be pretty in any hairstyle. Especially no hair! ❤❤ she’s beautiful.

Slicc Chick: I was dying when he said this is the assistance & threw her ponytail away

Shiya Range: Made my whole day when he threw that ponytail in the Trash

Gothic: She doesn't need someone else's hair to be beautiful. i hope she eventually can feel that and know it's true.

MoNatural Tingz: Not she almost cried over that crusty pony, you was not going to be able to rewear that again.

Honest000w: Once I was out of my 20s I felt less pressure to keep up. I was a slave child ball and chain to my weave. I didn’t feel pretty without it. I said that is no healthy. I started nurturing my natural beauty hair, skin , and nails. Now I feel truly beautiful ❤ was a long road

LaShon McGee: I want to see the finished look yawl!! She was so pretty!

Cristy Luv: Imagine reacting like this to fake hair being removed from your head. Her REAL hair is the real loss here

Mika Latrice: That Ponytail was over with lol I'm happy he tossed that I think a short look and a fresh dye will def do her good she would look stunna like a tamra hall look

dinadehnad: Its so sad that many people with this hair texture arent educated about their hair :( i wish people would share more tutorials

The Spoiler Chic: The fact that he started combing through the gel without wetting her hair FIRST doesn’t sit right with me! How’re you assessing the damage while causing even more

Ivory C: She’s pretty with or without, and she has no makeup on, ❤

NishISAlott: The attachment to hair while not taking care of your own hair, blows my mind.

Miss.BeautifullyFlawed: They never show the hold thing

Cheri RW82: This is generally a tough experience, saying goodbye to the comfort hair and the damaged dead ends.

Lizzibella: She could completely slay a Halle short sleek look. Then she can still put wigs on when needed or wanted

Delrae Staten: She was actually in tears when he threw her hair piece away……too funny!

Mimi Rose: She's gorgeous, her skin is flawless.

SHANELL MCINNIS: Where is the full video

Mimi: Lol I know I ain't the only one that touched my hair when he said "soooo.. when did we have a triiiiim?!?" when I go back they gonna end up shaving all mine off cause it's been about 3 yrs...

Krystle: Hair extensions are so expensive so I understand why she was so hurt when her extensions was in the trash. I understand that. Stay beautiful doll inside and out.

Ifeoluwa Shulammite: who else is feeling the same energy from this and Key in just go with it....... 'your hair is dead, that's why he left you'

Flyy Kay: Took my wig off almost 3 years ago. Never I EVER go back. I’m baddddd AF with my natural hair.

loveyuhsummo_: She could def rock a short cut! It’d look so cute!

b Skye: I feel you girl. Your hair looked nice in the ponytail. The color is gorgeous but I know they dye strips and dries the hair. You have soft nice hair. You’re lucky. I saw your sadness. So I just want you too know you looked great before but maybe you can find healthier products or stylings. I feel you.

Tia Joy 1111: "I'll come get you"

HeyItsAshleyK: I know damn well she wasn’t hurt by that $2.99 party store ponytail being thrown out…..
