A Painful Ponytail!

Ponytails may look stylish, but they can really make your head hurt! Real fam, do you avoid the pony or suffer through the headache?
Reiss orders ariana grande and Camila Cabello bonded over their ponytail problems when Camila tried to rock Ariana's signature high ponytail at the MTV Awards Show Camila tweeted at Ariana. Saying quote: I just did a high ponytail for the first time and it is literally pulling on my breath. It'S so painful. How do you do it to which I really responded? Well, you actually have to you have to have hair, so that probably makes it a little more painful. No I'm just kidding I'm in constant pain, always and don't care it off. That'S when Ella, ultimately cave to the pain tweeting saying I had to take it off. Hashtag, thank you next title of her of her single. So, ladies, can your hair ever be just too much to bear. God knows how much I can bear, and sometimes the bobby pin is not one of the things right. Okay, you guys know. I always wear. Manos. Are like on buns that's in smash. I have no, no, that's ammonia on the top of your head yeah. So normally I'd wear those all the time, but sometimes it's that one bobby pin that is sticking you. It really feels like it's tapping on your brain and you think you're gon na die and we actually did a live show one day and I look at I couldn't stop we're live. I couldn't I couldn't guys. I was ready to take that whole ponytail right off of my head. I couldn't stop like sure we're on a live show and I was like when they went to commercial. I called my hair stylist ran like please get out of my head, like I thought my brain was gon na explode I can relate yeah struggle is real and that's the same time in Hollywood. It'S so sickening but yo. That'S the quickest, instant facelift. You will ever have in your life true. Well, that's even like you know, I'm I'm an avid wit wig, where everybody knows this. This is the thing about wigs. I wear human hair wigs. So it's a it's light, but when you have a lot of hair yeah, you start drinking like y'all may notice on Fridays, cuz I drink a little bit on Friday, a little bit something about the hair and the alcohol and the lights and stars me sweating and I'D be like whoo, whoo whoo, it's like a hat and then slight, it's too much! So when y'all see me ever going like this y'all know Lonnie having a sweat attack and the lights and all that kind of say when you're cold, you should always cover your head, because the majority of your heat escapes from the top of your head well you'll, Be in here with a hat on in the summertime. What I do that's why I wear braids in the summertime yeah that first of all gives my hair a break yeah and then it's like it's just lighter, but the wigs can really be like well Lonnie. Do you have that little clip in the back of your your wigs yeah? Oh one time, I did it too tight. Actually remember when I was Tyra Banks, you guys my wig was so tight. Yes, yes, but they gave me. I thought it was gon na die. It gave me this really bad headache for an entire week. Go, it's really swear. I thought, like I thought something was going on here. I wanted to get anymore. I yeah, or I was like biting down on my jaw at you, know TMJ, but it was my wig. It was you do for beauty right, no trip, but again it looks good. I love it. I know it does. Look good gives you that little facelift

abla abla: I was doing makeup at a fashion show once and and the models had to wear these very high pony tails. One of the girls almost passed out from the pain because I think it was ceasing her blood circulation. She turned soo pale in my makeup chair.
Belinda Joy: I recently made the decision to stop wearing lacefronts, so I am now natural hair 24-7 and it feels so good! LOL! I LOVE my long, hair and hope wearing it natural (flat ironed) won't destroy it. That is why I chose to wear wigs to begin with. However, more and more I have been looking at what I do all in the name of beauty...and I am questioning why I put up with the pain or inconvenience.

I'm Mexican and my mom used to put my hair up in ponytails, buns or a braid across my head like a headband. she used to wonder why every day after school my hair would be all messed up and asked what I was doing at school. I used to say I would just play at the playground and it would get messed up but the truth was I was pulling it out and trying to loosen it. Kids used to think I looked Asian or Filipino but nope my mom just pulled the s*** out of my hair because she thought the tighter it was it wouldn't become messy. I should have never lied lol

Ms. Beautiful: Tamera’s hairstylist did NOT need to put that Tyra wig on super tight. There’s no reason why Tamera had to have a headache for a week, because of that wig. You can have a wig on and be comfortable, it won’t fall off.

Mette Thomsen: Uh yeah the struggles of a ponytail is real! My hair is to heavy for a high ponytail. Unless it is only just below shoulder length. I cannot even do a ponytail unless it is a low ponytail because it hurts to much. I have a sensitive scalp to so that does not help.

J L O'Bryan: Honestly, I don’t like anything on my head. No wigs, tracks, braids, buns, hats, shades (sunglasses), nothing! I can’t take it. The ends of eyewear feel like they are pressing into a spot behind my ears into my brain or into my nose straight to my sinuses that I can’t deal with. MANY times I’ve had the one Bobby pin syndrome and I don’t like braids because I feel like they are rearranging my face and pulling my brain through my hair follicles. And my head doesn’t itch until I have something in it. I just can’t do it.

My first time wearing fake hair was getting the big dookie braids and people I tell you after about two days, I had to take that mess out. People wear high ponies every day and you don’t immediately think Ariana in the way that you see a sparkly glove and a hat and think Michael. A ponytail is too basic to ever truly be iconic so I don’t see the purpose. And It’s not like it’s a creative style or something that she made up, like the shaving half of your head trend or something. She said it was because her hair was damaged from coloring but I don’t know how she ever expects it to be healthy with that tight ponytail. And that was like 6 years ago. I’ve seen people big chop and regrow their hair to waist length in half that time.
T J: When I got my first quick weave done my hairstylist did it so tight I was rushed to the doctors and had to get it cut because my head swole and my lymph nodes swole so big they though I had a blunts force head injury I do my own hair now but I have never had a ponytail that hurt though
