Extended 'Genie' Ponytail On Natural Hair For Beginners | $10 Natural Hairstyle

Hey babes, I know you guys are ready to get this ponytail laid, so I'm going to keep talking to a minimum. If I need to chime in, I will but pretty much everything is self-explanatory. I use that and even 24-hour make sure y'all straight in y'all's kitchen, okay, because that ponytail can look real nice in the front and then, when you turn around, because I didn't do it at first - and I was like oh like. Was it going on with the back a yo head, because it's looking ridiculous and yeah so just make sure you straighten that kitchen, because that happened to me before and I was out looking like, I was homeless, so yeah, oh and also use the free spray. Whenever you use your free spray with this style, you want to use your blow dryer too, so just make sure. By the time you use your free sperry and your blow dryer. It should look like your ponytail is already formed without you even putting your rubber band on yet you just want to make sure you get a decent braid, nothing too perfect. Obviously I can barely braid my hair because I got it cut so short, but yes get a decent braid in that hair and then you want to do your edges and then we are going to wrap the braid. So the glue does not touch your hair. When I tell you guys, this is my first time using glue in my hair and that ponytail like if you try to like try your best, you can just pull it right off like it's not like. The ponytail will just come off. Now I'm just kidding so once you get your ponytail nice and you know braid it and wrapped up tight. You want to get your track and get your glue and you know put about five inches or so of glue on it. Then I just zoomed in so. You can see like where I started and started to put the hair on. I could have probably started a little bit lower, but I kind of wanted to start where the braid was still thick, so I have something to hold on to so then you just want to start wrapping that glue and the track right around the ponytail, and I Kept putting the glue on the track, but I noticed that was taking a long time. So I just started to put the glue on to like the hair, wrap, put some glue on the hair wrap and then keep wrapping the track around it and then put more glue and keep wrapping the track around it. It gets a little Messier, but it takes so much less time and you'll see that a little bit later in the video okay yeah, just showing you guys, this stuff does get messy, but the glue, ear, rubs right off, and at this point like when you get Really close to the top of the ponytail where the ponytail holder is and where it is not wrapped. I started putting glue on my fingertip, so I wouldn't get any glue on my hair because, if you're doing this by yourself, you can't really see in the back. So I just started putting the glue on my fingertip and then continuing to wrap it around and at when. I thought that I was done, which I should have looked first, because I should have wrapped like. I should have wrapped it like three more times and you're about to see that you just cut the end of the track and make sure you put a little bit more glue and you see like obviously I'm about to fill it. And I'm like you, don't up girl. So then I grab my mirror and I'm like. Let me see if I really did mess up and it's like. Yes, you did and I'm like, I'm not sure. Yes, I'm sure it's messed up Casey. So just keep going. Stop touching it and keep going, I'm like! Oh, my god, I got to do this some more yes, so I just got some more glue. Oh no first, I tried to see if I could make you know the little wraparound thing cover it, and that is about to be a fool and look crazy. Just look at this y'all. Just look at this. What was I trying to do? I knew this wasn't going to work. I just knew it that looks ridiculous and crazy, because you can see the top of the ponytail holder so make sure y'all go all the way to the top. Don'T be like me, learn from my mistakes, because that's what I'm here for so I'm like. Oh, I got to do it again, so I do it again and I add a few more tracks and I almost just put glue in my hair - and I just take some more on my fingertip and coat that top of it with it right below the ponytail Holder and then I continue to wrap the tracks around and get it right, and I know I said I wasn't going to be talking a lot, but it really feels like I've been talking a lot. So I'm sorry uh, but this is a part where you're going to do like the little wraparound thing where it makes the ponytail look super cute super flawless. So you want to part out some of that hair and the hair that I got I'll link it below. If I can find it, but it's literally 999 here - and I really liked it actually for a like. I only did this hairstyle over the weekend, but whatever you're going to try to look in the mirror and see which way the hair is supposed to go to. Where it won't look weird, so if I were to put it that way, it would have just offset the whole wraparound, so I put it under first and set up over and you want to keep wrapping it around wrap it a couple times spray it with God To be and blow-dry it wrap it spray it dry, it wrap it spray, it dry say it with me: girls, but yeah, just wrap it spray it and blow-dry it a little bit and it holds flawlessly it'll.
