I'M just gon na expose a lot of stuff about the hair industry because, like I've been selling hair since I was 17 or 18, so I kind of know that the ins and out and stuff like that anyways guys just a little disclaimer. I have my own hair business called Fabi, but, as you guys know, I got scammed out of 20K in the UK, which I'm going through some like illegal problems, illegal and stuff. When you receive your wig from me. All you have to do is just apply it on your head and cut the lace. That'S all you have to do mamas to everyone. That'S been ordering that's been supporting my journey. Thank you. So much honestly, I really really do appreciate it. You guys don't understand how much I appreciate every single one of my supporters even down to the ones that in Canada that supports my hair business. I love you guys so much. Yes, I have moved out of the United Kingdom um I've relocated for some time. You know just a fresh start, new beginnings and a lot of my supporters and a lot of people that buy wigs from me. My returning customers, they've, been asking me like right. Are you going to like sew here again? We want to order. I want to order like um. Yes, I am selling hair. I would never stop selling hair, so I've made a new website and basically I am shipping to all around the world. I'M still shipping to the UK, I'm shipping to Canada, I'm shipping to the states and I'm shipping everywhere, like everywhere in the world, so um. The covers that I use is FedEx right now, so I'm using FedEx DHL UPS. So they basically just pick up the parcels and stuff and they will just ship it, and then I have my own account with them so I'll be able to like send everybody their tracking details through the Shopify system um just because I've left the UK would. I still be shipping to the UK. Of course I'm going to be shipping to the UK, so all my Birmingham supporters that always order for me Manchester. You know everywhere around London. You still can order hair for me. You will receive it in like three to five days with DHL. It will be tracked and everything you'll be you'll, receive your own tracking number and everything like that. So it's secure shipping like 100. You know you're going to receive your week, of course, like in the description box below before you do all order. It does say, like it does say, process time is 7 to 14 days, and I just put this out there to my supporters and to my people that might like want to buy a week for me and stuff that just because it says 7 to 14 days Does not mean that the process time does take seven to 14 days. I just put that out there to just like protect myself and to back myself up a bit because, like sometimes there might be delays, sometimes the vendor might delay the the wig being um shipped out. So I just literally just put seven to 14 days there, but to be honest, it's usually like seven days so the week will come to me between three to five days. Once I receive the week between three to five days, I would then start working on it immediately and then after I'll ship that out. So if you're from the UK, you should receive a room between three to five days five days and you perform Canada. It'S like two to three and if you're from the states, it's two to three. So, to be honest with you, you can receive your your wig much quicker, completely rebranding my business, I'm taking this time to just reband focus on my business. This whole 2023 because I feel like, even though I am an entrepreneur, um, I'm not where I want to be at. I still need to work on a lot of things. My communication skills, like you, know, interacting communicating with my clients and my customers and stuff. So that's something that I am trying to be great at I'm not the greatest at it, but I am. I can take ownership and accountability and say, like I do need to improve in that department change my whole entire packaging. So I'm just waiting for like the Chinese New Year to be over the holidays, because I am waiting for my shipment regarding my my packaging and stuff and the pink box and everything and the logo and the tissue paper inside. So I'm super super excited about that. So there's so many good things that are coming and I'm starting to just Rebrand my whole business up against me and my sister has come together to work together. So what will happen? Is my sister does hair? So if you do want, your hair done definitely make sure you go, follow her hair page um, she's, really good at installing wigs and she charged very, very cheap and affordable. So girls, if you don't want to be spending so much money, you want your hair done hit on my sister, sound fabulous, also to mention before I get into like the nitty-gritty, because I just want to put a lot of things out there right now. Um, if you are from the UK - and you want a urgent wig - and you know - you need a wig for an event or something I will have a lot of my stocks with my sisters, which they will have weeks. Some of the wigs won't be bleached and customized. So if you want a wig, that's not bleaching customized! You can be able to pick up a wig from them. You just got ta. Let me know message me contact me on my social media platforms, friends. She says for the weeks I will have um in the UK will be bleacher customized as well, so I will have them here in the U.S or Canada, and then I would just ship them by FedEx or DHL, whatever Curry is quicker and get them over to You guys can have a variety if you do want it to be already done, like everything's done to it or you just want a wig. That'S not done so. Your hairdresser can install it disclaimer. I am going to have wigs that's going to be physically available for you to collect and also next day delivery service in the UK. If not, and if I don't have any available, you have to order the website and then I will ship it down to you guys with our careers that I will be using if you are interested in purchasing your wig. I am right now wearing my closure unit, which is for my brand um five beauty bar for my closure units. Right now are glueless, so you basically can glue it down. If you want with spray or glue see. This is the closure wig um and literally I'm just wearing a wig cap and, as you can see, I'm just going to put it on my scalp and it just Blends right in like it. Just literally, you can't even tell right now if this wig is glued on or not literally just apply it off on off, as you can see, I'm holding it off at least she's just putting the position I want and that's it yeah. Your wigs will be bleach plugged and customized, and I just love to make other people feel good. I like, when people feel good about themselves, starting my own hair business. I always had a passion for beauty. I just wanted to be in the beauty industry. So that's just basically made me want to start my own business. I just want to be an entrepreneur. So doing reads is something that I love and I have a passion for doing my one-to-one lessons in America right now, because I want to learn how to like. Install wigs, I want to learn how to apply wigs onto people's hair and just be the be great at that. So that's something that I'm really really doing out here right now, please, okay! So I'm going to get into the video of how I started my own hair business and basically just exposing the hair industry, because I feel like a lot of girls nowadays, don't really want to put other girls on. I feel like a lot of girls. Don'T really want to tell girls how they can build, how they can start their hair business like a lot of girls nowadays in the beauty, industry and the hair. The hair industry are very, very selfish and that's just how it was because when I was starting, I never really had anybody that could help me. I didn't really have any support. I didn't have anybody that could go to an Arts information about, because a lot of girls in the time where I started was just a bit mean like they was just like. Oh like no, I can't really say this. I can't tell you my vendor. The first topic I'm going to speak about how to find a vendor and how I found my vendor. To be honest with you guys, you know. A lot of girls do use AliExpress vendors, but a lot of girls lie about it because it's like. Why would they tell you that they use AliExpress vendors when they can just like when you can just order your own hair AliExpress? So when I was 17 and starting my own hair Business, Like I said to you guys before I didn't really have help, I didn't really have the knowledge. I just knew. I wanted to make money because, like my mom, never had it like that, you know what I'm saying and I we used to go to school, always with a hungry stomach like I used to be hungry like two pounds every morning could not do for me like It could even buy me chicken and chips bro like it's done out here, so how to find a vendor. I I found my vendor of AliExpress. I was 17 years old. I just knew of AliExpress, and I just I used to always order stuff from AliExpress. I used to just always order hair off AliExpress and then I'll talk to myself. You know what it like. I always ordered this company's hair, so I'm just gon na stick with them and then put my profit on top of their profit. So I started selling hair of AliExpress, so I would all our hair a lot of hair from AliExpress and then after I will take off the labels, take off the identity of that company and then I'll start selling it to um my clients, my people or whatever, Like my little client space, so that's how I started selling hair and that's that's how I started and that's how I found my vendor. So you can find healthy. You can find your vendor of AliExpress, don't get twisted, but just make sure it's a good quality, because a lot of girls right now that are sitting here for my cheap. They get their vendors from AliExpress and sometimes they're not going to tell you that, because it's like they're cop blocking themselves from even getting money um, I wouldn't say all the hair of AliExpress um. If you want good quality hair because at the end of the day like you, do get bad hair as well for AliExpress, nowadays, you have the vendors on AliExpress that are literally paying people to put fake reviews and giving people a little small change for them to Write a review about the company, so they're, basically bribing you so um, I wouldn't, if you want to you, can use AliExpress companies. That'S how I started. I am going to do a YouTube video of naming a few good AliExpress companies that I've used and their hair is really good, good quality um. So with AliExpress, I feel like some AliExpress companies are hit and miss because there's times where I've ordered like a company's help, AliExpress and the hair wasn't good. But when they reach out to me for collaboration, they give me better hair than what I've ordered on their website on AliExpress, so sometimes they're on AliExpress. They send you hair, but sometimes when the companies wants to send influences here and stuff, they give you good quality. Hair, so it's like right what the like it's crazy, big inferences, there's that hair inferences as well like Cliff from America um like big hairstylist. They also send vandalous so how I found my current vendor um, the vendor that I was using before I literally did. My Rebrand was from one of the vendor lists that I purchased so like you have celebrities, you have hair celebrities that sell vandalous, and sometimes it's really really worth it. Do your research. You know make sure that hair stylist knows what he knows. What they're doing and stuff, because they really be putting you on to good quality hair that I was using before the one that I'm using now which this vendors new, like their hair, is very expensive. Very, very nice, like very beautiful, like and I'm so thankful, because a girl in America gave me this vendor, because I saw her hair and her hair was literally like wow, like I couldn't believe. Hair is just like that, so her vendor that she gave me was very expensive and I met this. I met the Chinese people out here, but they have a massive factory in China, so I changed my vendor. There was nothing wrong with my render before I just wanted to improve, because it's a new year I want to give more to my supporters. I want to give more to my clients that purchase for me, so I literally just like um, I just upgraded my quality. The hair is very expensive, so I don't really earn a lot on my wigs because the hair that the hair that I buy is very expensive and everyone's going through a crisis. So I sell it for a reasonable price, but the quality is really good. So it will last you like a good three to four years, like it's great quality on my website. I do have like a top like virgin wigs that I've upgraded and I have like top quality wigs, that their hair is like ridiculously amazing, so guys literally, it's so easy to find a vendor. Like I said you can find a vendor of AliExpress. You can also find a vendor by buying you know vendor list, which I will also be selling this year. I will be selling a few vendors, so if you are interested literally, like I said, follow my Instagram because I will post things on there, don't miss it out, also how to invest. When I started my hair business, I never really had money so like what I did was. I would go on AliExpress find a company um like I said. I trusted that company because I used to always buy hair from that company back in the day when I was going College when I was going to like you know all these little events like I used to just buy hair from this one vendor and her hair Was really good really cheap, really affordable? So I used to just add 80 pounds onto my on her price list. Like someone pays me like, for example, they'll pay me like 180, sell it for 180, so I'd just make a little drink on top. It wasn't a lot, but I was making quite a lot of money because imagine 10 people paying you that so yeah, that's 80 times 10 you're making money. Do you understand what I'm saying the thing to look out for? Is that you don't really need to have a lot of money while starting a hair business? You can just buy samples and then, when you have the samples and you're happy with the samples, you can just take professional pictures of the samples. You know slap that up on your website start promoting that start doing promo, content and stuff and then start putting your out there and the money to like invest in your business. You know, there's ways that you can do without investing like you just got to think. Smart, you just got ta have perhaps true. You'Ve got to be Street Smart at the end of the day. Marketing is very, very important when it comes to businesses like every business that you do needs to have good marketing structure. Like end of the day, I always say get a notebook and pen and think of like ways that you can do marketing like a good environment. A good scenery like good background, good light lighting, like everything just has to be a one, has to be on point. Like when you're recording the weeks, that's already customized in here just make sure that you're doing it in such a good way like make sure like there's nothing in the way. It'S on a plain background, like everything just looks amazing, because at the end of the day like if people are seeing things that are in it, it's not really going to look cute. It just feels tacky and dumb. Do you just look out for, like inferences that have a good engagement like has a good like stats and stuff like reach out to them like do a photo shoot push your brand out there? Do it be different, be unique, like don't do photo shoots that everybody does nowadays like be the person that wants to stand out like you know, you want your brand to be different. You want to be bold. You want to be creative with it like do stuff that you've not not seeing people do bro, because that's the best. It'S like website, making, try and find somebody that's very, very good at doing website, because they will put time and effort and love into your work. That'S why I say whenever you do like content and stuff for your weeks like make sure you have good content, make sure you have pictures of your wigs make sure make sure that you know your photo shoot pictures are bumming, editing and stuff and then send that To the person that's going to do your website, because, when your website's attractive, when they can see the quality of their hair, when they can see your model looking good with the week online people are going to buy it. People are going to want to buy it. Like you've got to put love and dedication into your because, if you don't put love and a dedication into it, no one else is going to rate your thing, um, the pros and the cons. One thing that I'll say: um about pros and cons. There'S things in the pair in business, that's very, very, like stressful, like there's a lot a lot of times. Customers will just receive their wigs and act like they didn't receive it because they want their money back, but they still want to have the week so they'll. Just go to the bank and open up a chargeback, but is that why you open the charge back because you've got your wig? I put time and effort sleepless nights just to make sure that your unit is really really good. So there's a lot of things in the hair industry and and owning a business I'm running ahead. Business, that's very frustrated, like customers will complain about the smallest things. Customers will like also like complain about like not receiving the week on time, and sometimes that do be. Our fault - sometimes we might not even communicate really good, also like for me, it would be like customers opening a chargeback all the time which kind of up you and your store, because at the end of the day, if their bank is charging you back for the. What they paid for - and you know in the back of your head, like on the tracking number it says, sign and delivered so who sang for that week says because it's definitely not me so yeah there's a lot of pros and cons and the good. The good thing about running a business is that you can make other people feel good about themselves. People that, like you, know, want to feel beautiful. You know you can really really make another girl's frown, turn upside down. Like one thing about me, I just love making another girl smile. Like you guys know, my slogan is pretty upon any sad and pretty Narita. If I can make another girlfriend pretty and beautiful about herself, then I'm doing a great effing job. Okay. So when I do my wigs there's times where I put so much effort so much times, I don't sleep. I do like 20 30 weeks a day because I just want every single person to feel beautiful, feel unique, feel happy within themselves. Like the moment they put. Our fabric on they just know they feel prick from any side like when somebody says, rent, I'm wearing your unit I'll bring. You notice your wig. You know this. Is this I'm just like you go girl. You look pretty like that's it like do your thing, so I just love the way it makes me feel like knowing that somebody's wearing my unit, that I literally like customize myself and put all my effort in how it's like starting a hair business, so young and Being 27 right now and still doing it, I love it like. I wouldn't change it for the world. I would just change how I deal with certain situations. Certain things I feel like you know, I'm still young, I'm still growing as an entrepreneur, there's so many things that I need to learn as well, and obviously I take accountability for a lot of things, like I said 10 in where I need to grow in is The biggest thing for me there's Advantage, there's good advantages, there's bad Advantage it just it is what it is um so yeah like um, I upgraded my vendor. Like I said I just wanted to give people better quality. There was nothing wrong with my wigs before, because I was getting so much orders so much support, but I just really wanted to upgrade my quantity because I felt like you know your hair should be your investment. A hair is an investment to you to your beauty. To your life, because nowadays like with what's going on in the world, nobody has money to waste. So if you're buying a wig, the wig needs to last you for a good year or two like you, can't be buying wigs every other month like every month, because the wig's shedding the words literally losing hair alopecia's growing. My bold patching, the the lace like there's hair falling out like that's, not good, hair like you need to invest your money in hair because at the end of the day like you want to buy a wig, that's going to last you for one whole year and If you buy each texture, you know you got four weeks like body wave, deep frame, water, wave and straight hair like you're good, you don't even have to buy no wig for two years because you know like the wig is really good. It'S holding up. I want to be better in every single Department. I want to be better being a sister, an auntie like a niece like a daughter like I want to be better in every department at the end of the day, if you are watching this video video and you want to start your own hair business, let me Tell you guys something you can do it Bob's your uncle. Just I'm saying whatever Bob say you can do you can do it if you want to start that hair business and you don't have the confidence and you don't even have like the the confidence to go out there and do your thing you might not have the Confidence to start your hair business today, but you're gon na have the confidence to start that business someday thinking, you're sitting there you're thinking about. Oh, I don't have the the followers. I don't have the engagement. I don't have this. We all had to start somewhere Mama. We all had to start somewhere mama, so let me tell you like something: don't give up, keep pushing believe in yourself and don't let no one tell you can't do something yourself. Keep pushing like the world is yours. You know so I'm saying at the end of the day like, even if you get three followers, six followers. 10 100 followers, it doesn't matter. Just I'm saying like get up every day, promote that business. Do what you have to do like Market. Your properly make sure your stuff looks professional, like your hair. The way you do, everybody's wigs, make sure that you take your time and your effort put the love in it because a lot a lot of people nowadays just want to sell wig. Just for the money me, but I don't sell weak just for the money. I get a good ass feeling, knowing that I'm about to make another girl feel like a badass like. I want people to wear my wigs and say they feel pretty from any side. The left the right any sudden pretty in our real life. So that's why I do what I do, love what you do and if, even if it's not in her business that you want to start. If you want to start a lip gloss business, you know skincare business, anything that you want to do. Put your put your mind to it, because you can do it. Just I'm saying like don't give up and even if nobody believes in you just believe in yourself. Okay and that's my advice for you guys today, because nobody believes in me and I had to keep proving everybody wrong so when people doubt you out of me, that's fine, because I won't prove you wrong. If you're sitting there and you've had a plan for two years and you want to start something, what are you waiting for? Get up, get up, rude girl and start that business? Because Rome wasn't boot in a day and if you don't believe in yourself nobody's going to believe in yourself, you got to take risks, you got ta, take chances and you got ta rate your thing as long as you know, you're rating, your team, you don't care About what Bob and Jessica and Sally is doing you don't care about what the rest of the girls are doing. Just focus on you stay focused, have that drive and be hungry for Success, because when you have your goals written in that notebook ain't, nobody gon na, stop you mama! So, yes, I've launched my hair business. I'M live right now, so I just want to say. Wigs and stuff, so I enjoy what I do. Another thing, ladies, be careful who you buy wigs from because not every person's wig is really good quality people that you see selling wig for 160. You need to ask yourself how much Prof like how much did you buy that from from the vendor, because some people that sell wigs they just sell it, because they want the money they don't care. If they have a, they don't care if the quality is bad or anything like they just don't care, your lace can be green and they're still so that way, so you have to be careful because people that sell weeks for like one six 160 pounds 150, like 180 and stuff, you have to ask yourself: how much did they buy that wig from from their vendor, because if the vendor's selling that wig for 80 pounds, that's not good hair, there's no hair in this world - that's you're! Gon na buy it for my cheap from somebody and you're gon na think it's Gon na Last, you a lifetime. It'S Gon na Last you a year. No, the hair will literally shed or it was just rotten out. So you need to be careful. I see girls that be selling wigs for, like mad prices like from starting from like four 500 600 and the hair that start from there. They'Ve been really really good to him and if you are like, I said watching this video, you want to start your own business, go for it, don't wait and don't let nobody bring you down.
