Hey guys welcome back to my channel. Thank you so much for tuning in thank you for clicking on my video. If you're not already subscribed, please do hit the subscribe button. If it's your first time here, my name is esther. It'S so lovely to have you here and yeah, as you can tell from the title of the video i'm going to be doing a quick little ponytail hairstyle. I'M going to show you how to attach the ponytail using just regular synthetic hair bought from the beauty supply store, how to attach it without using glue without using pins. Well a million pins. So i'm just going to slick my hair up using some edge control. I'M using the cream of nature pure honey, edge control, and i just want to get my hair into a nice slick bun so that i can attach the ponytail. So i'm just layering in the edge control and to get some of the product mixed in between my hair so that it can all lay down really well, so i'm just applying it and make sure when you're doing this style, you don't do your ponytail too tight As well, because you will end up with a headache and make sure you use some really good hair bands as well, the ones that don't have the metal in between that will rip out your hair. And you want some bands that have a good amount of stretch. So that you can still get it tight enough, so i'm just going to continue to slick my hair down and then, when it comes to the ponytail part i'll come back and just make sure i explain it properly. So once you've got your hair into a bun, you want to kind of braid your hair depending on how long it is. If it's long enough to braid, then braid it or if it's not too thick, and you can put it in a neat little bun. Then you can do that, but i prefer to braid it and just make it extra secure with some elastic bands. Then i take a stocking cap and i put it over the whole thing. So originally i done this because i was going to glue my hair, but then i decided that i really didn't have time to glue it and i really didn't want to have to deal with the glue, because i was in a rush when i was making this Video, so i just attached the stocking cap to my hair, so this is the hair that i've used. I will also include the name of it in the description. I'Ll include the cost and everything as well. It comes in three lengths, 18 inches, 20 and 22. So what i'm doing is i'm just lining up all of the tracks just to kind of get them together, because the tracks are very thin. It'S quite difficult to do it. One one strike not one strand but like one row at a time, so i've bunched up about three rows all together to wrap it like that taken a section of it and i'm securing it to my hair with an elastic band. So that's just going to get the beginning section in make sure that's not going anywhere because it's fully secured with the elastic band. What i do next is, i continue wrapping the hair around and i like to flip it forwards so that the weight of the ponytail doesn't go backwards because i, like my ponytails to have some height to have some extra volume. So when you flip it forwards, it gives it height when you then flip it backwards. Hopefully you understand that, and hopefully that makes sense so continue wrapping and then, as you go around maybe two times, you can secure that section again with an elastic band and then continue wrapping. So the idea is just to wrap and then secure it with an elastic band, wrap a little bit more and then secure it again and continue doing that as you go up towards the base of your head once i get to the end of that bundle. I take a very small section of it again wrap down towards the base of my head and wrap it underneath my hairband. So that's just to make sure that that first bundle is very secure. And i do that as well with the second bundle. And then i also do it with the last bundle. So in between i like to slick my hair before i put on the last bundle, i like to make sure everything is in place, everything's slick i put in all of my holding spray so that i know the last bundle can secure everything, and i start with A small section of that wrap it around the hair band at the base of my hair and secure it with one pin so after i've done that, i just continue to wrap the last bundle around itself, because at this point, there's not that much space left on. My ponytail, so i'm wrapping it not fully on top of each other, but some bits of it will be on top. So hopefully that all makes sense. Um just continue wrapping until you get to the end of your bundle and then, with the last little section. You just do what you've been doing the whole time and continue to wrap that small bit all the way around, and then you can also secure it with a pin. This is the kind of hair that you really do want to play with. You want to fluff it out. You want to open out the curls just to give it that more natural look just to help it to blend better with your natural hair, spend some time and just fluff it out and open out the curls, because it will be worth it in the end. Hello: hey: what are you saying you ready yeah, i'm ready. Can you bring my belt? Please let you just down my hair. Looks like i'll be doing my makeup on the tree. Oh wow, that's fine! What have you been doing so yeah continue to fluff continue to pull out the curls, make sure that your hair underneath is covered securely. So if you need to move hair from the sides and put it up over the top, you can, if it's a bit too full, you can take a section of it and wrap it around the base as well just to get rid of some of the fullness. I didn't add any product to this hair. I just left it as it was, and i've had this ponytail in for about three days, the hair's still nice. The hair doesn't really tangle that much. It'S actually really nice for synthetic hair. It'S really good quality. It doesn't feel too dry and it doesn't feel too silky and it doesn't look too silky as well, because sometimes when you get curly synthetic hair, it just looks super silky. It just looks like dolly hair, so yeah this point i just had to hurry up get ready because i was running late. I was running late, so yeah. This was my little outfit that i put together nothing too special when i was wearing some heeled black boots. I didn't really manage to get videos of the final look, but these were videos of when i went out so yeah. I hope you enjoyed the video make sure you subscribe and i will see you in the next one.
