Outre Timeless Pineapple Ponytail (Quick Protective Style!)

Hey this is Lachelle. Welcome to my channel. I am so excited about today's video, so let's get right into it. I'M doing something a little bit different today. If you follow Sam's Beauty, Instagram page online, they posted about out trees. Timeless ponytail out, dress, timeless ponytail line is just like the ponytail pieces you can put on your head, and so they have a new addition to the family, which is this a pineapple ponytail, guys guys yeah. This is protective style prayers answered, so I wanted to get on and try them on with you guys. My first time trying this out, I do have shorts 4c hair and I have never been able to accomplish a pineapple on my own, so I thought that I would want to check these out and yeah. Let'S get into opening these packages so I've already. The reason why I have this scarf on is because I've already washed and conditioned my hair and then I moisturize it and then your gels it up with eco styler gel. So I have a little small bun on the top of my head, but let's get into this is the first one I up opened, which is soft deep and I got her in a 1b. So this is how it looks it even kind of gives you the instructions about how to wear it. If you've never done a drawstring ponytail, this one's a little bit different because it does have. If you can see that extra piece right there that you'll need to clip so because the curls aren't supposed to hang down like a ponytail like a pineapple, I'm sorry! So, let's get into it. It does come in this like hair knit stuff, but that's any standard. Earpiece or wig have the drawstring portion here and you have a little clip Colbert and it just came with this Amir I'll, take that out and if you see me guys, if you see me looking over to my right, it's because that's where my mirror is so Yeah, I need to see what I'm doing to remove my hair scarf. As you can see, I have that little puffball securing it just on my bun that I already made with that drawstring part, and I am pulling that this string is a little long in the back. So probably will need like a bobby pin to make sure that that stays out of the way, and then the part that is here you see that calm there just gon na put that right into my hair, I'm usually with wigs. I don't put that comb in my hair, but this is just a piece, so I do feel like it needs to be secured a little bit better. What we're working with um this this style is it's a little bit of poofy like it's not hanging as much as I would like it to. I don't know if it's like you know when wigs are tightly curled and then you first get them and they're really like super curls. I don't know if that's what you'll need to do with this one yeah um, if I could be 100 % honest, it's kind of looking like it's just plopped on to my head, the stock card looks the stock card, looks cuter like I don't know what I Need to do to get that style this one. These are like curls and this one is more like a coil ringlets type of texture. So let's try her on and I'm just putting this onto my bun this piece here and then it does look big, but you can adjust it. So I'm putting that onto my button, pull in that drawstring, then I'm looking for the comb piece of the curls that are hanging down so initial reaction to this one is that I, like it a lot more than the other style. It still feels like it's one of those pieces that you'll have to wear it in order for the girls to relax. If you can understand what that means, I'm gon na show you some other views of this style so that way, you're able to see the whole thing. Obviously this is the front, and this let me do some adjustments. I think I'm gon na grab a couple of bobby pins and see what I can do about the front, and then I will be back. Ok, I'm back. I did put a few bobby pins in the front to kind of make. It hang down a little bit more. It looks different on the stock card. Usually I feel like this is a stock card switch up. Usually, when I order wigs, I pay no attention to the stock card, because the wigs look absolutely crazy on stock cards and then you get them and they're cute. But in this case this looked really cute on the stock card, but it kind of just looks like I don't know something I plopped on top of my head, which I literally did. I dig it in a color 1b. It is available in other colors, but I wanted kind of a natural look. You can get in a lot of color mixes and other colors. I got it for $ 9.99 on Sam's beauty.com. As of yesterday, when I checked they were all sold out, so you might try it other whip cells about this. It'S quick! It'S easy! It'S a protective style. You can kind of put your hair up and go, but the cons are that to me, the curls need to fall a little bit they're looking a little too tight, and it just looks like a hair piece that I plopped on my head. So you might be like the hair guru out there, and you know how to make this hang longer or you know how to like finesse this into a little bit better, go ahead and try it out.
