How To Restore A Dry Stiff Ponytail On Natural Hair.

Hey guys now, let me just rant for a bit look at this mess on my head. If you think that I'm gon na go outside with this, you have the wrong one. So for this video I am gon na be reviving this trash on my head. So right now I'm gon na use water, eco styler and some brushes and you guys sidenote. I I can't deal with the whole natural hair thing, so I'm just wearing my hair and buns from now on, because if I don't have my wigs on my hair is too much to deal with. So the first thing I'm gon na do guys - and this is a must - you have to detangle your hair now, because my hair is very dry right now and I had a lot of gel in it. It'S it's. It'S important, it's necessary to detangle your hair. If you have to use water, if you have to use a substance whatever it is, you've got to detangle, okay, so now we're right before I detangle some more I'm just gon na find my part. You already know the drill. You know middle part back part, whatever you want to do doesn't matter. I like a side part with a nice swoop to it. It gives me a little bit of drama. So that's what I'm doing right now and then I'm gon na spray, my hair, because lo and behold I couldn't get it to be fully detangled and soft without water. So that's what I'm gon na do and then I'm gon na brush my hair. Some more guys! You couldn't see on camera, but in real life. I kid you not. I was crying like it was. It was a mess, but we had to deal with it. You know we can't keep hiding her so right here, I'm just putting some water on the front. Part of my hair to loosen it up cuz it was. It was just too hard, so we got to loosen it up. So I could brush that gel out and if you guys can see from my facial expressions it was not the best experience but oh well, too bad. So as I'm detangling my hair, I thought it was done, but I wasn't so. I got ta get the front part out. You got ta comb it out. I couldn't use a brush because it was just a little bit too harsh on my edges and then now I'm gon na go in with the gel. The part, of course, I'm taking the ecostyler, the yellow one, which has argan oil in it, and I'm just gon na put that on the top part of my hair first, just to lay it down and on the back, then, I'm gon na take this really dense Brush and just brush my hair down, this is the first step in smoothing your hair down guys, if you don't do this, what are you doing just click off of this video and go to bed, because what is the point right so just brush your hair down, Make sure that everything is neat going in one direction and smoothly now. Another key is, you know, of course, we're using gel for this video, but water and gel. I didn't use water in my last video, but I don't always use water, but this time I realize it really made a difference. So now you're gon na, like slick your hair down, and if it's not working, try it again because see sometimes it doesn't work in the first go. You know. Sometimes you got ta like get yourself ready for this is the hardest part. I can't even lie, but my nails are so long guys. It was so hard to get my hair in a ponytail. Like my nails were about to break. I kid you not. I it was a mess, so I finally got my hair to be in a ponytail. After it got caught on the hair time, and when you got it, there guys make sure you hold on tight because after this you don't want to be fighting with this, like we don't go to the gym for a reason. Why would I want to be working out on my head after it's been in the ponytail, I take the eco styler and I start making those swoops around my hairline to give my face a like a better shape, because why not? Why would I go on the road looking like how I was lucky? That'S not cute, so I'm gon na make some swoops in my hair just to give myself a little bit of oomph. You know - and I didn't know ecostyler would work like this, but oh it's working well, I normally take got sleek blue, the yellow one, but this time I'm using eco styler and it's working pretty well with this edge brush that I got from the beauty supply store. That'S a really good brush for your edges by the way guys get into it. So after you do this, I'm gon na do the other side, because I know this part is the less dramatic side, but you still want it to look attractive. This is the seductive part of the step. This is where you got to fall in love with the edges. That'S what makes it look. Have you ever seen like some bomb hair with no edges, it just doesn't look complete. So that's what you guys got to do. Slick it down, and then you have to tie it down. Oh my god guys. This is key key. You have to tie your hair down and not loose. Oh come on. What are we doing? You have to tie it snug, so your hair could just lay flat and form in that position so guys now I'm moving on to the ponytail part. I normally put my hair in a bun, but I don't want to be boring this time. So I'm gon na try something new and now I'm gon na use the eco styler gel and just put it all over my hair and brush it out and see what happens. You know I don't know, what's gon na happen, but you know I know my curl pattern is not that bomb like you know I have more 4, 4c hair or whatever. So I'm trying to see what's gon na happen with this gel, so first we got to detangle, though guys know, don't put the gel in your hair without it being detangled. What are we doing so you got to detangle. The hair then put the gel in the hair and then detangle with the gel so that some of the curls can pop okay. So that's what we're just gon na do in this part. Y'All can see what I'm doing. I don't really need to talk about it anymore, because you guys clearly clicked on this video cuz. You can see. Oh, my god, I don't know what's wrong with me: I'm not that good at voiceovers, but anyways just comb through the hair and you guys can clearly see what I'm doing so right now guys. I'M gon na do some finger curls, and this is just to give my hair a little bit more definition in some parts, even though I didn't get to all of them. The few that are popping up will say if I did something there we go. I have a few little curls popping out. You know it says something. So that's what I'm doing right now and then you're giving it some drama. I try to shake it, but it was stiff anyways. Let'S, let's move on and just keep curling it up. If you guys have time to actually put them in little twist and gel do that because it makes it more defined, but that's what I did and I feel like it worked a little so now you got to take this scarf off guys and I'm gon na. Take the scarf off look at my hair and see if it needs anything else, but oh she's, killing it she's fairest. Look at my hair guys! You cannot tell me that that was the same hair from the beginning of the video she's new, so guys I'm gon na Tim. I got to be crew now and I'm just gon na put it on my hair, because if you guys can look closely, you will see some curls popping up and we don't want that. We want slick, okay, so just put some, it doesn't have to be got to be glue guys. It could be any gel. That'S like it like holds better because ecostyler, it's like it, doesn't hold as well as gorilla, snot or got to be cool. So that's why I used up that one and then I'm gon na tie my hair again because that's what you got to do and that's it for the video you're slaying. Look at my hair guys.
