Hey guys welcome back to my channel, so today we are looking at hot mess right now, because i wanted to do a get ready with me. We'Re gon na do this hair get all cute, and today i am so happy to be working with the insert name here. Once again, i love working with them. They'Re such a great time and honestly, i love their ponies. This is now the fourth pony i own. With them - and it's just bomb - i love it so good quality, so we're gon na take this hair from hot mess. It needs to be washed to slick, cute, long pony, looking snatched type of look, but before we jump into it make sure you guys hit the subscribe button and notification bell. The like button hit the share button hit all the buttons except for the dislike, we're not hitting that button, but let's get started on this hair so, like i said this is the second time that i get to work with insert name here. I was so excited when i reached out for another collab, so my last collab with them. I did have two ponies and then i had gotten one for christmas. I had asked for a pony for christmas um from my boyfriend and i got the really cute alola. So currently i have the maya, the shayla and the lola and then now with this collab i got the sharon. So this one is just like a long, beachy wave. It says it's 28 inches, so she's gon na have inches today and let's open her up and i'm going to show you guys how long it is so i came with this really cute little insert this is no bad hair days and it shows you all of Their ponies that they have, and just some like, live real life pictures of girls wearing their stuff. They have hair tools if you want like a little crimper a brush, all of that they have so much more than just ponytails, but looking at this here, this actually might be the longest pony that i own now. So i have the maya and she's 26 inches. The shade is 26 inches and the lola is 17 inches. So now, with the sharing, this is 28 inches and with it being that long, that just helps me decide how, when i wear my hair today, so let's take her out look at this. Oh, she is so soft, oh my gosh, so i get the color jet black for their ponies and it matches perfectly to my hair. They have a wide shade range of colors and from all the different girls that i've seen wear these. They have a lot of different color hair and to see it all match everybody i'm like that's amazing, that is just amazing, so the jet black works perfectly for my natural hair color. Here, it's just so soft. I can't stop touching it. It'S really so soft and long, oh, my gosh, so originally what i wanted to do before looking to see that it was 28 inches. I was going to do like a low pony um. This might be a little too long for that, so we're gon na go with more like a mid high pony snatched type of situation with, like a middle part, we're gon na get very model off duty, look but with a long pony. So let's get started. Okay, so, first off, i need to take out my hair, i'm currently on like day six or seven curls, and i was planning on washing it today anyway. So it was a perfect opportunity to tie it up and try out this new pony. So what i'm gon na start out by doing is just wetting. All of this, i'm just gon na focus on wetting, the top. I don't need to wet the whole bottom of it, because this is what's going to get slicked down and i have a little trick on getting a high pony, but still having that middle part. Because i know it could be very difficult and take a long time to try to figure it out. So what you're going to do is we're going to split this here. I'M gon na make like a little round, uh part here, so just like that. So it's just gon na be like a little round part and i'm gon na section this off, and this is what's going to be brushed up and made into that middle part. And then i like to take a boar bristle brush just because this works the best on my hair, but also, if you just want that super sleek look, i would go with one of these brushes so for my curly hair it just it brushes it up so Nicely and it gets it, super sleek and perfect like instantly instantly perfect, but i've seen other girls just do it like with a regular comb, and it's just not my vibe. I just i can't so. If you want that super sleek. Look honestly, a boar brushlevlar, a bora bristle brush is honestly the best to do just got ta get some of these lumps and bumps down, and i'm just gon na take my hair tie here. I'M gon na tie it up. I'M gon na try to get it as high as possible. That looks good on me. So usually it's like right here. Basically, the crown of my head where's, your crown, the crown of your head is like right. There right, i think so always up here. It'S like back here. I don't know this like top back part right. There is where i'm going to secure. It also don't forget to brush the underside, because if we want that nice sleek look, we got ta, make sure we brush everything. Sometimes i do go in and reapply the water, because my hair dries out fast and then brush it. Okay, so i secured it with two hair ties because i personally just like it tight so now we're gon na take this down and we're gon na make that middle part. So from here what i like to do, you're just gon na go straight down the middle. I just use my nail, but that is not a straight line, but if i don't use my nail i'll go in with this tool right here, it's just like a little brush, but it also has a pointed side at the bottom and much better, and here is Where you start brushing, but instead of brushing it just straight back, you're gon na kind of go at an angle to brush it so that that middle part is still visible and then same thing on the other side, and then from here, i'm just gon na take Another tie to secure it so now in order to get the pony on depending on your hair type, you can either just make a little braid, but with my hair, the braid is going to be way too thick and it's going to poke out of the ponytail. So what i like to do is make it into a bun. So i'm going to twist this and make it as tight of a bun as possible as a little of a bun. Then i can make it or then take another hair tie. So, if we're keeping track, this is now the fourth hair tie that i'm putting in my hair. So then secure this at this point with the fourth hairstyle, my hair should not be moving so now you should have something like this and then before i go in with the pony. I do like to make sure all of this is under control, so i'll go in again with the water and brush it make sure everything is brushed and looking how i want it to look and then to really keep it slick down. You got to go in with the gel, so this is my favorite gel to use. This is just the got to be glued gel, because this stuff, your hair, will not move. So i'm just going to take it and put it on and then going to brush over it again and at this point it's also when i take care of my little baby hairs here. So i'm gon na brush these and now we're slick, we're good. You shouldn't have any fly aways if you do hit it with some hairspray and then you should be fine at this point now the fun part - and we can go in with the pony, i'm just gon na undo her hair. It is a velcro which makes life so much easier and they always come with two little bobby pins here, which also makes life easier. So you don't have to search for bobby pins or buy new ones, because just like hair ties bobby pins, just love to go missing. So, as you guys can see, it comes with a little clip here, and this is where you're going to attach it into the bun or your braid. Whatever you have you're going to take that and put it right at the top of it and make sure it's secure in there and then this long piece that's to the side. This is what you wrap your hair around we'll wrap the pony around. So the velcro can also stick to your hair or if your pony is tight enough - and you don't have a thick hair like i do so, it makes a thick bun. Then it'll be an easier time for you to get the velcro on and then once it's wrapped around bobby, pin and secure it in sometimes one bobby pin just works for me, but if you want it super secure put in both and then that's it. It'S like a whole new identity, a whole new person, so here is the full pony super long. I absolutely love it if you want that really pretty beachy type of pony, i would definitely go with the sharon here, unlike the shayla that i have. The shayla is also like a beachy kind of wave, but a little more waves to it, and it's also thicker. So if you want more of a thin wave here, i would go with the sharon, because this is it's giving me what i needed to give we'll be feeling very ariana grande vibes whenever you wear any of these ponies and that's what i absolutely love it's just.
