Extended Curly Ponytail W| Babyheircollection Hair!

Hey y'all, I'm Taylor welcome back to my channel, so I'm gon na start off by showing you all how I laid the base of the ponytail I'm about to do so right now, I'm going through all of my hair and putting gel, and I sped this up Because y'all know how to start off your ponytails, you put you literally Joe everywhere. My hair is damp and honestly it's soaking wet, but it's not dripping. So you have to make sure your hair is wet and go in and put your Joe also winning when it's a limb brush, because it needs to be combed out. So I really took my time and did that it seems like I'm going like really fast, but I took my time, I'm calm literally every piece of hair out and then I went over with my bristle brush as well. So this has to be you super sleek to like get the look you want so keep going in with a brush and switch brushes. Actually, because I have to give them a little swoop right but make sure your parts fine and more gel as time goes, and you can see like there's so much gel in my hair right now, but it's gon na be a real go for you. That'S what you want to do and have the one with the rats how cool cuz that actually makes it more. You talk about you filming a video like okay, also, I'm still perfecting my swoop. The red-tail really got it right, like the brush wasn't doing it. So I had to go back in with a rat tail to make sure this was on 20 and I've never done this deep of like a swoop. I always would do it the regular side part, but I'm about to put a point out on it. Well I'll come out a little bit and I also kept spraying because I love when my hair is that wet it's so much easier to work with. So here, I'm just literally going in with the comb. Well, the demon brush, because it has to be smooth. I'M get my mama check it, so if I can't see the bag and, I think feel like getting a mirror, so I'm just having her to see if it's everything's like laid down at this point, I'm performing my ponytail, I'm still gon na go in with the Comb and perfect it, but I want to make sure everything was lay down. So I made sure I took my time, which is also why I'm filming in my bathroom, you guys, are probably nervous seeing me film here, but the mirror is a match in my bathroom. So I need to see every little bit and being in my room that setup wasn't gon na cut it. So now what I'm doing? I am perfecting my edges and I have this little brush from the beauty supply store that has the brush on the end and the comb in the back. My mom is continuing to be nosy, so that is that but yeah and I kind of knocked her in the head with the comb. I don't know if y'all saw that, but here I'm again still sleeping it, because I want to make sure it's absolutely perfect. You got ta come you know the 2019 with a bang, so I'm like look sleek everything more gel, more gel that I'm putting on and this Harper's a brush. Definitely like does the trick. So now I'm combing this out and I'm gon na braid it in like two different sections, because it needs to be detangle for sure. So I can make sure the braid that's underneath the ponytail is going to work. Okay, here I'm showing you guys how sleek I got my hair. I want to make sure this was very, very sleek at the top, and I'm gon na use some guys to be ultra cool to make sure that my swoop does not waive up. This is a trick I got from another youtuber on here and they just on their soup and the soup was still super sleek mind you. I don't care if my hair is wavy, because I have curly hair, but for the swoop. If I like the front part of the hair, I want to keep it really really sleep now what I'm going to do going with these little paper thing? I know Barbara's using them, but I don't know what they're called they're actually really sticky. I was not a fan of that like putting it on my hands, putting it on. I like feeling my hands after I was like disgusted, but this is going to keep it extra sleek. What I'm gon na do is put these on and then I'm going to sit under the dryer for about 10 minutes. This is just to dry up the gel the water in my hair and everything that got to be. I want that to be like super super. Dried up before I go to sleep yeah, so I think I made. Then I make two braids on one braid in the back, I'm not sure but braiding my hair up. So I don't have to worry about it being like curly and doing everything I just put it in some braids but going under the dryer. Now, I'm back from under the dryer okay, a big mistake I made. I didn't perfect this before I said under the dryer, and it got like really hard. Cuz that got to be is no joke, so make sure it's perfect before you send to the dryer with your little strips, because that's gon na make a difference, and I had to go back in with water which I didn't want to do. But whatever got some free spray, they got to be free. I'M sorry, I didn't show it to y'all, but I was push for time, so I sprayed it all over. Basically, my edges and stuff, and I'm going to go in and blow-dry it because I want that to dry as well, but the free spray literally hasn't frozen into my egg, which I really liked. So I know it's not gon na go any we're because I'm doing this tonight before New Year's. But I'm gon na drive that as much as I can and then I'm going to sit under the dryer as well with this. But I redid the ponytail and I think I'm gon na make this braid one braid and that's gon na prep me putting on my ponytail in the morning time so sign this down because girl it has to be sleep and then I'm gon na make one braid Right here and again, comb it out, because when you take all of this down, you want your hair to be detangle on your knees, and I put some more leaving in there just to make sure it's moisturize. Under the 27, I'm gon na put on one okay yeah, so I put this in normal time. So you can see I wrapped a rubber band around my braid and since the end of the web and I'm gon na wrap that about three times just to hold it on to the braid. I didn't want to use a bobby pin at the end because it's not secure enough for me, so I got this trick from tiara Walker. She does a lot of ponytails and this is what she did and I thought it was a good idea, but I said up a ponytail holder, I'm using a rubber band, so wrap it around with the end of the weft. Basically, this is a 24 inch bundle, and so I'm gon na do that about three times. That way it's secure and I can start wrapping from here, so it's on there now, I'm back to wrapping it. This part, of course, is boring, but take your time on this. I know it looks like I'm going super fast, but again this is in fast motion, so I'm wrapping it and taking my time making sure that the hair is getting caught with each other and I've dealt with curly bundles before so. I kind of you know know how they operate, but you want to wrap this not too tight, because you want to have enough room, because I only have two bundles and that's all you really need honestly, but I put a bobby pin in it. It'S like. I wrap it every five times and put a bobby pin in it. I didn't want to use so many bobby pins because I just didn't. I think it can be secured without having to do all of that so but make sure you put it every once in a while. You don't put anything at all. You don't want the hair to slip, so I did put bobby pins in it about four bobby pins throughout my whole braid, but not every single time. You wrap, you, don't need a bobby pin because that's just excessive, but that's just my opinion. So I put another one in right here and that's just to make sure. Of course nothing falls out. I am going out so who knows? What'S gon na happen? I don't want to point it out. I literally just slip off, but you do want to add some security to it and I'm also starting a new bundle. And that's when I put another bobby pin in when I started the new bundle, so wrap, wrap and wrap is what you're basically doing right here. At this point, I'm really focused on making sure that I'm gon na have enough room when I'm wrapping it around and yeah. Y'All can just watch me do that, so I'm at the end and I'm on a bobby pin, and I'm also going to take the end of that web and wrap it around. I'M sure you've seen this before you have to wrap something around there, so that the track does not show only in this video. I only showed you wrapping one piece of hair, but I actually wrapped a couple more pieces of hair because I wanted to base a little bit thicker, but it's just so cute. I was obsessed with it at this point. Yes, girl work work, here's a little slow-mo. It literally looks so good like so good. Why don't you take your time? She said it's literally perfect, a perfect curl, I don't know product is in there another cold wash I like did. I may put some product in here - maybe water and maybe like a light like a little cream or leaving something but perfect.
