Sleek High Ponytail On Short 4C Hair! Drawstring? - Ft Betterlength

Hi guys welcome back to my channel so today I'll be doing this really sleek curly ponytail for y'all. So if you want to see how I went from that to that gorgeous ponytail keep on watching so guys, I'm starting out with my hair. It was previously like braid it back, so it's kind of like stretched almost so I'm literally just starting out, and today I literally I'm working on dry hair. I usually done my hair. I'M not doing that. To get this ponytail. I was trying a different method than my usual way of you know damping my entire head, so I'm trying it on sort of stretched hair, I won't say, stretch cuz. I don't think it's fully stretched, so I parted my hair in half and then at the top section. I parted that in two before the back, while I was doing it, I was thinking how you know how I'll get this to look even neater. So what I did, I split the back in two sections: split: the lower half and put that in a like a rubber band, because that's the section, that's you know going to be out. That section will be like we'll need to be as sunny as possible. So I parted out that really tiny section section did off and then I'm focusing on the main part. So I brushed the hair up, I'm doing my hair in a regular ponytail, but I'm doing it in sections but bigger sections that my usual. So I'm using the soft like that edge booster, the styling cream, and I was using this throughout the entire head just to like moisturize, my hair cuz, my hair fell. It'S really dry and I do not want to wet my hair because then it would like. You know curl it up again and I was trying to enjoy the kind of stretch stage that he was in. So I'm just using lads - and I am just creating my first mini ponytail and where I create that first ponytail. That is where everything else will meet. So that is where my ponytail will be so I'm using the bat and then I'm going over top with this a factor edge booster, my favorite - and this was a new flavor and it smells really good. So don't mind me, so I'm going over top the hair and I'm just really smoothing that and guys with 4-h type 4 hair or four see here you have to work here here in sections. If you don't, you will never get us the ponytail. I don't think you can just pull your hair up and it'll. Look good guys. That'S why I always work in sections. I take my time. Don'T do your hair if you're rushing like take your time and do the hair and you can get it as sleek as mine, and for that lower section I mooster eyes did with the cream and then I'm parting it in between. You know my usual in between in between and I'm getting the edge to, stir and, and I'm just combing that up as much as possible, brushing it smoothing it. So the back of my hair will be really sleek, as I want the ponytail really really flat and as you saw in the beginning that little clip, I definitely achieved that. So I'm just brushing and combing it all together and then I'm pulling out that first section and then I'm pulling everything together just to make sure there's. No, you know no little kinks or anything, and I brushing it until I'm satisfied and then I'll just put that back in a ponytail and with that being said, the back of my hair is complete and I'm satisfied with how it's looking. I usually that my hair and it's easier to do my hair when it's done but, as I said, I was trying something new and I think this method works. It wasn't bad at all. It probably just made me a little bit more tender headed, but it wasn't bad at all and now for the top section guys, I'm parting out my edges. Well, my adult edges, I'm parting, that all out, because I wanted a lot of swoops for this. You know. Look I wanted to have a like baby hears and all the cute stiff. You look crazy, but you know we all fix that and I'm just like going in with the stop act, as you stir only at the top, because I wanted the top to be really really flat and when you use the edge booster like on its own and You go in between in between, I do need thin sections and just like laying it there, I feel as if it straightens my hair. I don't know what it is. That'S in this product that does that, but it sort of straightens your here and your your stays like that, and it goes in the ponytail almost as if you like gave me here, a purse or something I don't know. Maybe it's just my hair, but this product is my LG favorite, like I don't think any other edge control comes close. I can deal with the white cast out less. You know like in a little bit what I do if this is your first time watching. One of my videos, you should definitely check out a few of my ponytail videos like when my was really really short, like it'll, definitely help you and guys. You see how my hair has grown like the ponytail. Now has a tail at the top like, like the hair, is growing like. Let'S talk about it so now that the hair is, you know, saturated and it's even in terms of the distribution of the product, I'm going to just focus on that side and I'm going to smooth it together and get it up in the section and then I'll Do my edges, distaff actor also has this edge booster, that um comes in like colors, like they have it in dark brown they have in black, and it's good for, like you had edges edges, it's good for your edges. It'S called um hideout and I use that a lot, especially at the right side of my head. It'S a little like. I have this kind of gloss: that's not really impossible, but that's how my hair has always been so that really helps, and it fills everything in you know. Sometimes you do your hair. The size are not as well as you'd want them to. So imagine this this ash booster add a tint, so everything just looks really good, so I should definitely check that out for you as well to filled in like any little spot or any little thing. You know that needs filling in and I'm literally just doing my edges or my little scoop and it's all like coming together. Do you see how like sleep, you all know? It'S like. I love the process of doing my hair and I ponies yeah because it amazes me every time that I can literally get my hair like this without putting heat on it. That'S the amazing part, but, as I said guys, the main thing you need to get a sleek ponytail without shoes or anything got specification. So you have to be patient. You have to take your time. It can be brushed as you won't. You won't get a sleep on it so like for real. You have to take your time and give it your best. So I give it some tender loving care. Okay and I was having some merkel cuz. I was tired guys. I did this video like late and the night boost up their ponytails. I, like 1 2 o'clock to me, but I'm just finishing up my edges and, as I said, you can use a stopwatch, a hideout to pull in any area that you have like ice bars or you know you need a little bit of help. You can do that and then everything looks really full and nice and everything is so sleek looking. I guess see that and I'm going in with my favorite, you know G gel the camera clear ice gel and I put that over top guys. This is what I do to come at the white past that you get from the original star factor. Edge mooster and you can also add Xin Xin - helps a lot like I use oil sheen over top and it clears it up like guys, you see how sweep my hair is, like believe me alike, gon na comment right now, because this hair is to sleep like Clump on and I'm just trying that up, I don't have any of the arms, that's not in strips that I usually use so guys. I have to like really time I headed up like really tie it up and yeah. That'S it for the pony tail, and now I'm going in with the extensions I'm going in with this rather better length. Ponytail - and this is a 16 inch ponytail, and this is their three seats for a texture. I believe it's their kinky curly texture, which I think looks really beautiful and blends really well with my hair and yes, I do i applied for here, but it looks really nice just for the same, and this ponytail has a clip at the top it clip at The bottom, as well as a drawstring and guys, I know that you drop much rather by like a synthetic ponytail, but for me this ponytail is an investment like it's money. Well spent it can be colored, it can be washed. You can wear this like forever. This is a lifetime investment and it doesn't look hella fake, like you can't just like look at it, that is a plastic ponytail. Look at how beautiful that is. You shouldn't wash the ponytail before installing it guys would I kind of did my own thing. I used conditioner with water and then I went in with my cam to define and shine custard and that's what I did for the ponytail. But yeah see my hair is so sleek and so so cute, as I said, guys use the oil sheen I'll take away. Whatever crusty look of that, you know the edge control might have given you or the gel, and then I'm just attaching the ponytail at first. I wasn't sure of the style that I wanted to do. Well, while doing it, it kind of just like fell into the style like it literally fell into the style. So I am securing the ponytail with the drawstring and then I took a bit of hair and I wrapped it around the base of the ponytail. Just you know conceal any little thing and to make everything look more seamless and more natural, like I wrapped it around the base on this texture on this pony say that is so beautiful, like this investment that you should really make like you can have this forever. I'M going to wear wear this ponytail like a lot. I love how beautiful and natural it looks like. This is amazing. It reacts well to all my hair products. I love this and guys, as I said, the hair kind of fell into the style, and I liked it like that on the side, so I wore it on the side, which I think looks really really really amazing.
