Hi guys welcome back to another video of mine, so let's jump straight in I'm going to be moisturizing, my hair prior to style in it. I did shampoo and condition the day before and I believe I stretched my hair just using some large plats or some large cane rows. The oil there is my DIY hair oil and I'll leave a link for that down below or up above. So I'm just gon na go ahead and pop my hair from ear to air so that I can have the top section and the back section separate and I'm gon na try to be as neat as possible, even though the parting will be hidden. I still like to try and be neat: I'm just gon na go ahead and continue to further detangle so that my hairstyle can just be stretched and detangled and neat. These are the tools and the products that I'll be using, and I did see this hairstyle on YouTube and I'm just recreating what I saw I'm not going to apply the elastic bands super tight on my own head, because I am cautious about losing my edges. I already have fine edges and I don't want to lose the rest of them. I'M just gon na twist each piece and connect it to the next piece behind it and I suppose, if you wanted a even more sleek look, you could go ahead and blow-dry and straighten the hair prior to styling it at the front or just use a stronger Holdin gel and I find that this is just a creative way of wearing my natural hair when I am not wearing wigs or braids or twist. My hair is on the finer side. It'S not that dense. So I use hair extensions to just give me added volume and a bit of length as well or a lot of length, but also I do want to get more creative with my natural hair. Despite my hair problems, despite the shortness of my hair, I don't want those to be barriers to me enjoy in my natural hair, and I am using a soft baby's brush for my front hairline again, because my front hairline is fragile. I don't want to put too much pressure on it by using a hard or coarse bristle brush, and I believe I just wrapped the elastic band around three or four times only and I'm going in with my ecostyler argan oil gel. It is a really good gel for sticking up for C hair, and if you want extra strength, you can add a different harder gel on top like they got to be glued or you can use mousse. On top in this video I used mousse. On top of my ponytail after I put the eco styler and yes shaaka, the back of my hair has broken off and I've shaved it down again. I guess I'm showing it so that for those out there with similar hair problems to me, you can see how to camouflage those hair problems and still rock your natural hair with style and with confidence. I'M gon na head to all my scalp. Now I'm gon na tie my hair down with my silk scarf and then put an old tights on top it's an old tights. I just tied a knot in the top and cut off the legs. The next day I unravel my scarf, and just I'm going to make it look - neat - add some oil sheen and some hair jewelry, and this is the ponytail that I'll be using. I bought it for $ 9.99 at PAX Cosmetics. It'S brand new, it's a drawstring ponytail 1b by the brand called Karli and I'm just gon na add some oil sheen and some baby powder to the hair so that it doesn't look too dry, but also not too shiny and I'm just gon na fluff it up With my hands as well so that it can look lived in and more natural, it's got two combs one at the top one at the back. So that's what I'm using to help secure it down on my ponytail, I hide the drawstrings and then I'm gon na go and secure it with two extra hair pins. I probably did that off-camera. This is the finished result. This is how I hide my broken nape. I hope you guys liked the video please don't forget to Like share comment and subscribe. Bye.

Beautiful Dreamer: I'm Backkkk .... Hey guys; I took a little break. In this video I show you how I camouflage my broken nape area/ back hairline :-(. Whilst rocking a neat ponytail hairstyle with style and confidence. ;-)

Progress2Success: I have the same issue with the nape of my hair. Great styling idea! Thanks
