Hey you got something good that you never now you're not used to my channel. Then you know that one of the first videos I ever did was a sweet bun attempt on my 4c hair. But I didn't really know what I was doing. I was just trying to figure out how to do my hair, and now I have gotten down with style. I just want to show you guys the method that works best for my hair and how I achieved this look. So, let's get into the video. So all I'm going to be using our two to three rubber bands. I'M going to be using a couple bobby pins, because my hair is uneven. It is shorter in the front and it is in the back. I'M gon na be using the edge control that works best for me, which is Murray's edge, wax and I'm going to be using this edge booster, the citrus scent also going to be using a brush, but, most importantly, I'm gon na be using a comb. This is the key to your success. If you don't have one of these get one, because this is what's gon na get your hair slicked, and let me just say this: if I can do it, you can do it too, and that's my way. That'S one period, and now, let's get into this video first thing, I'm gon na do is put a dye on my hair and put it into five different sections. So let me get started okay, so I have blow dried out my hair, and now I have put it into its five different sections and now we're just gon na get started with the style. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to take out over ran from this bottom section, take a generous amount of Murray's edge wax and I'm going to lather it on to the root of the hair. I'M not going all the way down to the bottom. I'M just kind of wagging it where the part is okay, don't see how it's like it kind of stops, so I don't go all the way down. Okay, now, I'm gon na get my comb and I'm just gon na comb, the gel through my hair. This is going to allow the gel to kind of like get in between each layer, so it's not just at the top okay, now that it's combed through I'm going to get my brush and I'm just gon na brush it a couple times and now I'm gon Na go back with my comb and I'm just going to go over it a couple more times. Okay, now I'm going to get one of my rubber bands and I'm going to tie this section off now. You can use up to five rubber bands if you want, but I'll only be using two, I'm going to be using one rubber band for these three sections and one rubber band to secure these two sections, but you can use as many as you want. I just want to use as little as possible because the more rubber bands I use the more tension I have on my hair, and I don't really like that and we're going to repeat the same process I just did, which was lathering on gel combing. It brushing it and then combing it again with these two sections, so I'm just gon na do the exact same thing. Okay, so I have kind of slipped down this side. I'M just going to go ahead and take off my over man on my lower section and I'm going to put these two sections together: okay, now that I've slipped on this side, I'm going to take off the rubber bands from here, and I'm just going to make This now that I am done looking down the back, I'm going to define the middle part, you can do a sidebar if you want, but I'm just gon na be doing the middle part and I'm gon na define it in not too bad. I'M just going to get my edge booster. Now, I'm gon na get just like not a lot. I'M gon na put it down the middle. I'M going to focus on the left side of my hair right now, I'm just going to go ahead and section this side back up, you're gon na do almost the exact same thing. You did back here on the front section, only you're going to divide it into smaller pieces, so you can really slick it down because the front is the most important part. So let me go ahead and do that so I can show you all of the route. So I have done about two sections in the front, but my hair does not reach all the way to the back. So this is where the bobby pins come in handy, I'm gon na get a bobby pin and I'm just going to pull this as far into the back of my hand and as I go, the hair should cover it, so you won't even be able to see It so I'm just gon na continue these steps on both sides of my hair okay, so I have sleep this side down as much as I can. I have not added a rubber band yet so it is still kind of sticking off on the side, but that's okay. We cuz I'm going to do this side right now and then I'm going to attach the rubber band. So I actually done my hair and, as you can see, this part is coming up, but that's okay, because I'm going to tie it down with a rubber band and it should stay in place. And now I'm just going to tie my scarf and I'm gon na leave it on for five to ten minutes, and then I'm gon na get back to y'all, okay guys. So it has been 10 minutes and I'm going to take the scarf off now. I think it slipped down pretty well, but let me get it close, okay guys, so that's really it for the video. I hope you enjoyed the video and you found it helpful and if you did find it helpful, try sending it to someone else who you think might like it and might enjoy this video.
