Yeah I got ta make sure I put my tattoo in there. You know cuz, I'm dead, set it up now, so balls, your mobile teeth. It is either fabulous trace back with a new video and in today's video, I'm so excited to do this because I was gon na do a sartorial for it anyway, but I posted a picture on Instagram. One of my dirty bathroom mirror pictures that I'm infamous, for you know cuz, I loved them things, but you guys were really feeling the style and asked for tutorials. Some of you guys asked for tutorial, so I said I was gon na. Do it anyway? So, like hey, hey guy, so in today's video we're going to be doing the - I guess we'll call it a genie puff um extended puff, I don't know, I don't know exactly what to call it, but this is the whole thing, so you can see it. I don't know it's cute though, and you know me I'm all about giving it do so if you want to see how I achieve this style but make sure you stay tuned, keep on watching and all that good stuff, but before we even do that, I'm gon Na need you to make sure that you have hit that subscribe button and the Bell next to it, so that you are notified whenever I upload a video, which would be every Thursday approximately at around 4:30 p.m. every Thursday I'll be dropping these videos you're, not insane. So hit the subscribe button, since you are clicking on things, follow me on Instagram so because that's where I'd be, like 90 % of the time you know I'm saying it's lit or whatever so yeah now without further ado, go watch me do my hair, so my Hair is old um and I am going to put it up cuz. You guys have asked to see this style because I put a picture up on Instagram one of my infamous and dirty bathroom mirror. Pics and y'all was like um what up with a tutorial. So we're gon na get this tutorial back in that first thing. First, we have to speak our baby hers and I mean if you don't want to freak your baby knows you don't have to feed your baby hers, but that's the first thing I do so that's what we going. Oh, you know what I mean a mirror hold on hold on. Okay, so we're back with a mirror, and I am going to be using two products to do my edges. I'M going to be using the cream of nature, argan oil, and then I'm going to be used in some eco styler gel that I just put in this little blue container anyway. So first things, first, okay! So now that our edges are where we want them for the most part you're going to take your Clem, is your don't just swap out your 3G is very T's, a dunno, I'm gon na use water today and I'm just gon na spray. It in my hand, just to get the product to distribute where I want it. I can't find my styling cream so we're not using that we're gon na use water and just like every other ponytail every puff you've ever seen me do we're going to gather all the hair up from the back and we're going to move it towards the front And because this is a like Jeannie type situation, you want to make sure that it's like we're like placement is important, and so I'm gon na want mine closer to the front of my head yeah. That makes the most sense for me so now you're going to grab a ponytail holder, and this part is pretty important because it kind of helps shape everything that you have going on now. This one doesn't need to be that tight or anything because you're about to move it, it's not even going to stay where you're putting it and, as you can see. This is why people like me: don't do ponytails like ponytail what what well? Why are we doing that? Alright, so now we're gon na take this we're gon na pull our hair up. Alright, I got two scoops down for this one, for you guys we're gon na take this and we're gon na slide it up to about the height that we want the puff or the the ponytail to be yeah, that that looks high enough yeah. It'S high enough. I actually might want it lower than that we'll see so. The next thing you're gon na do is grab another ponytail thing. If I can find it all right, so you're gon na take another ponytail thing, and this is the actual ponytail that matters. So you want this one to be pretty tight and again remember where you put: it is very important to the style. Hopefully this thing does not break Oh ciao. I can't believe I did it alright, so the next thing we're gon na. Do you see how you got all these Lumpa T lumps and weird things going on you're gon na take the ponytail and you're just gon na start pulling it and getting all the hair to be flat. Cuz, that's pretty important! You want this shape of it to be. You know good, so this side is good. Oh this. That is not good! You think how this side is nice and good.this that ain't good and then all right. So it's still not good enough for me. So what you do when it's not good enough for you, is you grab you some bobby pins. You know I'm Sam, so I'm gon na grab me these bobby pins and you're gon na put them a wrinkled side down. So you gon na put them in your hair wrinkled side down smooth up whatever it is that ain't ain't ain't functioning properly, okay, you're gon na pin that down and you can use the large bobby pins if you want, but I feel that the smaller ones work Better because when your hair is thick like this they're easier to mask, you know, I'm saying yeah, they're, they're less less detectable and we're not trying to have our pins to be detected. You don't we're not trying to have. Oh, my god, guys, I'm so mad. I went on this whole rant about freaking um. I went on this whole rant about tendrils or sideburns, and I didn't have space on my freakin card, so I didn't know so. I have no idea what you guys have heard or what you, what you missed or did not miss or whatever the case so onward. So the next thing we're gon na. Do I'm going to grab a you know. The tie that I use to make my buns and stuff, so I'm gon na grab that and you can use braiding hair for this. You can use like you can use that pretty gold string for this, whatever I'm not using that, because I don't feel like it and you're just going to wrap that around your. This is, I guess, we'll call this the base, so you're gon na wrap that around this part, and that makes it like like stiff and one shape and that's what we want and now I'm just gon na pull like some more of my hair, like out of It because I want, I want my puffs to be a bit bigger, so I'm just gon na pull some of that out of there and now I'm just gon na fluff my puff, and if you want it higher, you can just keep tying and make it higher. But I don't want it higher and so yeah and, of course, you're going to take your moisturizer, your water and just miss Pitt. Because again, I think I've told you guys this before misting is what gives it that final shape and lets everything settle in that way. It'S not you see how it's kind of like see-through up here once you missed it, and everything like settles in then you won't have that see-through problem, because everything will have curled up and like gotten into its place. If I've told you guys this once I've told you a million times bluff and shake and shape and mold plop and shake and shake and mold alright. So, if, if like you see how my my sides are kind of like fuzzy or whatever, if that means something to you, then all you're gon na do is take a little bit edge control, look at Jill! Bravo! Bravo! I'M gon na use my combination of edge control and gel, and I just like to use edge, control and gel because it gives more whole to the edge control and it allows the gel to not be crusty you're, just gon na slick that up flick, that on Up, I mean little: you do a little slicking in the front. Okay, so now you're going to take a scarf and um. I actually should not be using this kind of scarf, but whatever cuz, I don't really tie my hair down like that. So just gon na take a scarf and you're gon na wrap it around your edges in your head and all that good stuff. You tie everything you know the funny thing is this hat? Knowing me, this would be my hairstyle, but it's not today we're not doing that today. So, while I'm gon na wait for my hair to get its life together, I'm just gon na. Do my quick little like 5 minute makeup thing. Alright, let me put on my earrings and get dressed and I'll be right back alright. So now I'm dressed and I'm going to take my scarf off, even though I really want to keep it on, because that's just me and when I soul, alright cool still a little fuzzy but whatever ok. So for the last and final touch. I'M going to take these hair Julie things and I am going to just put a few along the front of sorry. I'M gon na take these hair Julie things you just put a few on the front of the of the. I don't know what you want to call this the stem. This is a stem you, okay guys. So that brings us to the end of another tutorial with truth and as always, if you enjoyed the video, please make sure you give me a big ol thumbs up. I would greatly appreciate it. Ro Hawkins: I think "fake natural hair" is a wonderful thing. I personally think more women of color should rock that instead of straight textured hair. Not knocking straight hair at all but that's what I prefer.

Evette S.: First like and view. It looks beautiful. I cut all my relaxed ends off Tuesday night was so tired of the textures not working together anymore.

Crystal Clear: I see nothing wrong with fake natural hair. If you want some more volume they are a great addition to your hairstyle.

Requintis: I've never used fake natural hair before but I love how it's used to give length and volume to a hairstyle.

S Mac: Loving the energy, your extended puff and overall look❤️

byoung4eva1: I'm not sure what you meant exactly by "fake natural hair", but I'm gonna just assume you are talking about wigs and weaves. I find nothing wrong with fake natural hair. I wish more black women would slowly shift from straight and loosely curled wigs and weaves, to more afro textured, curly, and/or coily wigs and weaves. You don't see nonblack women walking around with afro textured wigs and weaves, so why are we walking around with straight wigs and weaves.

Markayla Harp: Omg this is so freaking cute, I literally can’t deal.

Black Girl In Iran !: Girl, I’m about to figure out how to do this with some added braiding hair! Love it!

Cyn Au: This is so cute girl... I have found a new hairstyle for school ❤️❤️ and I don’t have a problem with fake natural hair but if someone ask I would like for them to tell the truth but then again if you bought it , it yours ‍♀️. ALSO @zeniahcynise 30k

Plush Furr: Beautiful skin wait ....them side burns killing me softly I luv how u have them swirled.

K Richardson: I can't! This is so pretty! Like, for real Trice! I don't have an Instagram page, but my opinion on fake natural hair is that it doesn't make sense to me. I get why people wear it and I think it's more acceptable than the other weaves, but I personally don't like fake hair in general. I think women should try their best to love themselves the way they actually are. Changing your style is not the same as changing your hair texture. But I know it's kind of hypocritical because I press my natural hair. I'm rambling now, but ultimately, even tho I don't agree with natural hair or fake hair at all, I know people are going to do what they want. So if it looks good on you, more power to you, sis! LOL! Sorry that was a whole book.

Idorenyin Hope: Beautiful. Definitely going to try it

Nakia: Soo cute :) Glad to see you soo happy and doing well. Had been praying for you after your accident!

Shavonia Jackson: You are too cute with your puff!!! Thanks for the video. I feel fake natural hair can add volume to natural hair and extend the life of a hairstyle. I try not to use it unless I am doing a protective style.

Kimberly Dooley: That style is to cute

Jacqulin Simmons: I love you and your energy ❤❤

Misti Fire: “Fake natural hair”? Sounds like an oxymoron lol. But really though, for me, I love faux locs. I can’t commit to locking my own hair right now so it works for me

Trina: Just go ahead do the red and do a video don’t care if it’s the same routine just go ahead we approve lmao..

Naturalle Drea: This is super cute!

chery0071: hair always on fleek

zheahra: Your hair is giving me life!

Plush Furr: About time u did the genie. Thank u for fulfilling my request OMG SIS THIS IS HELLA BOMBsis u is getn my life rite. I can feel my hair growing jus lukn 8 ur luscious .

Leslie Jay: Heeeeyyyy best friend! Ok, so... "Fake Natural Hair". As with most things related to personal care, to each his (or in this case, her) own. Do what works for you! There are several reasons that women opt for wigs, weaves or extensions. Some do it for protective styling, some just aren't quite comfy with certain aspects of their hair in this journey -- and as someone who switches it up between braids, wigs AND [natural textured] ponies, it's MY prerogative! I'm not at all ashamed of my natural hair; I'm actually quite proud of how far I've come! But I'm also big on the style variety that I can achieve with the use of the aforementioned. I also contribute a lot of my current hair health/ grow to utilizing these, along with a proper and thorough hair care regimen. Literally the ONLY context in which I oppose fake natural hair, is when it's used as appropriation of any sort. Don't be out here posin'. Lol (I'm serious, though). Love & light! xo

Ti Cheri: Fake natural hair.. Ok so first off I think that fake natural hair is a great accent to your look once in a while(maybe on special occasions or if you just feel like it). I do want to let black woman know that fake hair doesn't grow your hair(in so many cases its done the opposite). And if your wearing this "fake natural hair" everyday that you get used to it being part of your look then many start neglecting thier hair. Maybe your to lazy to mosturize or oil or something so you can just throw your wig or poof extension on and go. Bur if your natural hair is out everyday then you're more motivated to mosturize and seal and actually take care of your own beautiful God-given hair and focus on YOUR hair looking good and growing instead of a weave looking good. (Most black girls care more about fake hair being on fleek than real hair health) Also most black girls at my school who wear "fake natural hair" opt for a 3c texture thats not thiers so that to me is the same as wearing 1a hair. Idc idc idc peace and love

Winnie Good: @moi_winnie 30k

Requintis: @requintis 30k

Evette S.: @beautyisnaturaltome 3ok

Jas Momo: That’s ugly af. People wouldn’t get caught wearing their hair like that
