Synthetic Hair Scrunchies

A quick glimpse of some synthetic hair pieces we offer at Brenda's Mirrored Images! These are our favorite everyday piece, we call them scrunchies! It is as easy as 1, 2, 3.... Just see for yourself :)

Hi everyone I'm Hanna - I am a stylist and wig specialist at Brenda's merit images. Today I want to talk about some of our synthetic pieces that we offer besides wigs these pieces just add a little bit of hair, but not adding more time to your daily routine. Hopefully, knock in a couple minutes off, but first a little bit about me. I'Ve been a licensed cosmetologist since 2012. I also work at a hospital as an aide, and I just finished my RN degree and I'm excited to start that career as well. I have a huge passion for helping people feel and look their best in both environments, and I just want people to be able. You know to look in the mirror and love the hair that they're in whether it be synthetic or their own or mix of both, because I know I feel my best when I'm wearing my synthetic pieces so we'll just dive right in we're. Gon na talk about Reggie's today, so I'm actually wearing one right now. This is my everyday piece. I'Ve been wearing synthetic hair everyday for about four years. There are days when I forget, but most of the time I will throw this on before I leave the house. I have turned my one older sister into a fanatic as well. We both wear the same pieces and we interchange and we just absolutely love them, but um. So I'm gon na go over some facts about our pieces, so they're synthetic they're, not human, hair, they're unable to be curled, so the style that they are is how they're gon na stay, but that doesn't makes them nice. When you go to an event and it's humid or it's hot or it's raining, the piece will dry and stay exactly the same way. It makes it really nice, so you don't have to use gobs of hairspray and you don't have to worry about the curls falling out, but this is a scrunchie and shade aside here and I will show you what it looks like. So this is my little bun. It'S pretty small um, pretty floppy, just not big enough for my taste. I like big, hair and I'll, show you what my Nan's over here looks like sorry. Oh that's, the salon out there um. So this is my normal hair. Everyone thinks I have a lot of hair and he said it's super long because I wear my synthetic pieces, but I am a super low maintenance person. It takes me 20 minutes from the time I wake up to the time. I walk out the door in the morning, so I am just looking to get a couple extra minutes of sleep so my morning routine for my hair is very simple, very quick. So in the morning I put my hair into a messy bun. I don't do anything. Fancy I like a lot of texture um, so I just throw it on up into a little messy bun kind of fluff it out, and I pull out some hair to give me some volume in the front. Like I said, I love big hair. You don't have to do this; this is just what I do. I just wanted to give you guys like a little example of how easy it is. I have short layers. We have to pin up the back okay. Next, we have the stick when you come in, we will show you how to do all this, but this goes underneath of your elastic and it'll be completely concealed by the time that we're finished. So then this goes underneath of that. Pin that we put in our hair and that's what's gon na give you the security. I'Ve never had a hairpiece fall out on me when I'm wearing my pin. So I am never honestly concerned and I wear these to work out in I let him on my runs. I want him to CrossFit and I wear them at the hospital, so I mean I'm always I'm just the person, that's always on the go and then I just fluff it up to get all that volume and good texture going on. So that's the final product. That'S how long it takes me to do my hair in the morning once in a while I'll, add a CO or if my hair is very fuzzy, then I'll touch it up, but other than this is pretty much my basic look for every day and then to Elevate, the look: what I'll do is, I will throw in some sparkles or I'll, throw in some flowers for formal events, which I do wear piece for formal events. It just makes my life so much easier. The next piece we have is a little skinnier. If this is too much and you're just looking to add a little bit of hair to what you have to keep it natural, we offer this. So this one it's the same thing: it's gon na slip on the same way and you're gon na put the pin in, but it's a little less and this one you can actually comb to be a little smoother. If you don't want it to be so wild and there that'd be so many tendrils, so this is a really good piece of here starting out, and you just want to kind of get your feet wet with hair pieces. The next who's I have is really fun. It has some curly ends, so this is definitely something I've worn to weddings and to special events or to every date at the salon. It just makes it a little fancier and it gives you some options. So the same thing is on a scrunchie, so I just put it around and then I just fix the curls a little fluffed me out so honestly, because I love hair a lot of times with pieces like this, I will wear two and I will really make It quite large, but the nice thing is we have so many different types of scrunchies and so many different colors. So the way to come in is you call it and you can make an appointment with me and we will get you set up with some synthetic hair. Don'T be nervous or anything like that, we will make you feel beautiful. We will explain everything to you and I'm sure we will find something that you absolutely love. So if you have any questions you can leave them in the comments and have a great day.
