Link Natural Hair Side Ponytail Protective Style With Clip Ins

Hi love I wanted to welcome you back to my channel. Is sugar ally of idly and before we even get into this fabulous protective style? Make sure you hit that subscribe button? Go ahead? Oh wait! Yuda! Okay! Let'S just start it! Yes, as you can see, my hair is looking a bit crazy. It'S got like this crest around the front, it's a little stiff, so I need to cleanse it. I am going to use the uncle Funky's daughter, bye, bye buildup, which is a cleansing conditioner. That is infused with clay and I do use an extremely generous amounts, huge interests, I'm literally just going to lather this all over my head and because my hair is dry, it's not going to lather that much, but it's still going to create the exact same cleansing Effect and then I'm going into separate sections and making sure that I break up that product build-up and really cleanse my hair and then it we're just going to rinse it out. I am going to deep condition with the uncle funky, starter, heal and renew, and I'm also going to use a nice amount of this deep treatment mask and I'm primarily just going to work it into the ends of my hair. So I just put like a huge glop over all of it, and then I'm gon na go in break it into sections and make sure that all of the hair is saturated with the conditioner, so that my hair can be infused with the moisture that it needs. For this particular protective style, we rinse that out and I'm using the uncle Frankie's daughter, ultimate curly and kinky girls, travel kits and I'm primarily only going to use two to three products from this kit. I'M going to use thirsty curls as a spray leave-in, and I just went ham with this stuff. I absolutely love the way that it smells and it's a light leave-in, but it does actually leave your hair pretty moisturized, but I don't want my hair to be superheavy, because i am going to blow dry now for all over moisture and to really lock it in. I am using extra butter and, as you can tell, this stuff is thick. Oops almost dropped it and I'm applying it primarily to the ends of my hair once again, and I'm really just working it in all over, because this is going to stand as a base for the blow-dry. So yeah just taking my time and working extra butter into all of my strands now for the fun part, I'm grabbing my bro dryer and I'm going to blow-dry my entire head now huh here we go, it is bouncy and lively and just absolutely beautiful. This could actually be a look if you really wanted to wear it, as you can tell I'm definitely feeling myself, but we're going to style it into a really cute ponytail. So I'm going to grab a rat tail comb and part from ear to ear. You can make this part as straight as possible, but it doesn't have to be super perfect in the front, though, however, you do need to make sure that these parts are pretty exact, so I'm doing triangular parts you could do square parts zigzag parts literally. It is limitless as to what you can do, but I like triangular parts, so I'm creating these medium sized triangular sections in the front of my hair and I'm taking my time on the parting, because I do want it to be exact and then using a bit Of curly magic on this section is going to really define it and give it a bit of hold, and I also went in with a small amount of edge control just to really give these small ponytails a super sleek look so after I brush it in. I took a rubberband and I created the ponytail so really make sure that my hair stays moisturize. I just twisted that ponytail and I'm going to go around the entire front of my head and create about six or seven miniature ponytails. That'S going to be the statement of this style using the exact same products and the exact same method. Now look at this. I know it looks scary right now, but it is going to be so cute at the end. So I'm releasing the back of my hair from that rubber band and I'm going to smooth it up into a high ponytail. At this point, we're not going to touch any of the hair in the front. We'Re only focusing on the back, brushing it and smoothing it into a ponytail and making sure that this ponytail is not super tight, because we definitely do not want to cause any breakage on the hair. That was like a slight bit of a workout. Now I'm going to take the ponytails that are in the front and just kind of organize them where I want them to lay and then create one huge ponytail with the back in the front and then kind of like the smallest bun that you can create. I didn't go that small, obviously, but it still looks good and then I'm using some clip ins that I already had and they were already curled from the last time that I wore them and I am just going to wrap them around the ponytail and really just Ensure that none of my hair is sticking out, so I just really go in and fill in, the clip ends where they need to be, and then I'm gon na take one last clip in pop it in, and this is going to be the base around the Ponytail to make it look super neat, but you don't need this. I just like the way that this looks so I'm smoothing the hair out and then I'm going to wrap it around where my hair meets the clip in so you kind of get a nice seamless transition in between the both of them, pin it down and honey.
