Hey guys welcome back to my channel sunnybeauty here and i'm back with another video, so i'm going to be doing a sleek ponytail for you guys, and i am starting on hair that has been pre-straightened it's about a week old. Now i just kind of blow dried and ran the flat iron through it and weren't like that. For the week um i only like doing ponytails when my hair is about to wash and i'm pretty much gon na wash it right after i take this out. I don't like putting product and gel and all that stuff on freshly washed hair i'd much rather do it when my hair is about to wash. So that's what i'm doing right now i just parted my hair. It was a little bit dry in that area and i added some castor oil, because my scalp was a little bit dry. You can definitely do a heatless method, but for me i like, when my hair is sleek and straight so i do always always whenever i do a ponytail um. I will straighten it ahead of time, but yeah, that's just my preference. If you don't want to do heat, you don't have. If you can get your hair straight and sleek without a flat iron or any heat, then by all means go right ahead, i'm just going in with some edge control, just to slick everything down and i'm using edge control, because gel will just revert my hair back To curly, and that will defeat the purpose blue up so do come on. Oh i'm, going in with two packs of premium now: hair um, i'm just using this hair because it's cheap hair store hair and this ponytail is not staying in my hair for long. It'S very temporary, i just doubled up the tracks and i added a hair pin to the end of the weft, and i am just sticking that hair paint into my braid now guys this method. I'Ve been doing this for about a year and a half. Now trust me, the ponytail does not go anywhere until you're ready to take it out. This is such an easy, easy, easy, easy method. I don't have to sew it in. I don't have to glue it. No fuss, no fight literally just stick the pin into the braid, and that is it and i just keep wrapping the hair upwards on the braid um. I have a pack and a half so you're gon na see what i do to add in the second pack. Oh and i'm just going to use another hairpin, and i'm just going straight down into the braid with that. You don't feel anything because it's going right into the braid downwards, not sticking out to the sides or anything you want to aim it down into the braid. And now i'm just attaching the second pack, which is a half pack and i'm going to just continue doing the same thing until i get to the base of the ponytail, you don't have to use a pack and a half like i did. I just wanted the ponytail to be really really full. You can definitely go in with one pack, but if you want it as full as i have it, then you will need more hair. I'M just gon na i'm just taking a little bit more hair out of the ponytail to wrap it around the base. I'M just running a flat iron through the hair, just to make sure everything is blended and seamless, and then i'm taking off my head tie and tada. These are the finished results guys. Obviously i was feeling it and yeah honestly. This is such a quick and easy way to do a ponytail, no glue no sewing in the ponytail. No none of that so yeah, it's really nice and long like i said i think it was like 18 inch or 16 inch. I love doing these ponytails they're like such a quick and easy style to do and yeah. I hope you guys enjoyed this video. Don'T forget to subscribe. Give this video a thumbs up and leave me a comment down below on what you think of this hairstyle bye.
