Tdc Hair Tutorial High Straight Ponytail

Hi today we're going to go over how to do a high slick pony, so first you're going to need a spray water and a brush, a good comb that is like a styling comb that it has the finer end to it. Your thicker rubber bands tear times and you'll, need some type of a hair gel or I like to use this coconut milk by OGX. It'S the you can get these at Target. Walmart the drugstore, the coconut milk, not the coconut oil spray. The oil spray is real. Watery, if you like that, then it works for your child, then go ahead and use that or another type of here's serum. But I like this coconut milk. It'S like a really nice, thick serum that you put in your hand and you you're able to work, really work with the hair and then you'll need some bobby pins or some hair pins to secure. When we put the hair around the hair tie and a good hairspray, my favorite is to use it competition so that I can like it doesn't make the hair flaky when I brush through it. It'S just transmits in a very inexpensive hairspray and I use the ultrafine mist that one seems to not be a heavy heavy hold, but it still holds and is nice and slick on the hair, but there's so many hairspray so use what you think is best for Your child as well and let's get started first, I'm going to get the hair up into my hand, get up to where you have it in your hand, all the way around and you're going to. If they don't like the drips from the water, you can use a towel around them. You'Re gon na pull the hair up around with that and then once that's done. You'Re gon na use the coconut milk and just put some some of that in your hand, and that's where I go around and I flick it and I even get a little more. I mean I really get it worked in so that those flyaways it helps with that and keeping the hair, nice and slick to use the finer end of the comb, and it lays if it lays against the head nice. It really can get a the hair. Really. Nice and slick between the water and that coconut milk or a hair gel it really gets really nice and slick. Then you're gon na take your hairspray go past a little bit where the rubber band is gon na be and then you're gon na use that comb to really get it all with between the water and your gel or coconut milk and your hairspray. The fine part of your comb is really gon na get in the hair and these products I use you'll, be able to brush through. If you have a hair change, if you don't, you can use a heavier cold, hairspray and it'll stay all day, get it to where you want it. So for a high slick pony, you want it straight up from their ears. Next, we're gon na take a chunk of a piece of hair, a nice good-sized, piece of hair and kind of on the side underneath and we're gon na wrap it around that rubber band to cover it just wrap it all the way around and then to secure It you're gon na want to use some bobby pins or hair pins. I like to use hair pins. You can really get in and put the hair between it and then push down, and then I'm gon na go on the other side and grab some hair and kind of criss cross through that other side. So with the hair, pins, you're really just making sure that you go around and you secure that hair and they're nice so that when you flip the hair back over from the front, it looks really nice. You are going to go in and straighten the hair. Her hair is actually fairly straight because we just straightened it this morning, but if it was wavy or curly, depending on your thickness of hair, you're gon na need to go in with a hot straightener and go through it and straighten the hair. Take some smaller chunks of hair and depending on the thickness and straighten it, and then that's it for a straight high pony.

Sonny Roy: Very nice.
