Regrowth journey Suffered with sever hair fall 2 years back due to autoimmune disorder. I faced this issue.. You can see my hair at this time... I felt very embarrassing.. I went through this bad phase.. I completely removed all chemical shampoos, Always used home remedies or sulfate free and paraben free shampoos, Its very necessary to keep yourself away from chemical treatments., Its difficult to say, bye, bye to chemicals, but its not impossible. Try best for you and keep motivating yourself. As you grow. We face many issues with hair. I will share my growth journey Also. I am starting 6 days hair growth challenge, In which you will see home remedies to follow to overcome this problem. I did it for myself and you also can do, will share in detail in 6 days challenge. My hair were very thin due to severe hair fall. If you are facing severe hair fall, then it can be health issue. Premature greying, thinning of hair can be the result. Stress, lifestyle junk food all are main causes for this. Whatever you follow in your lifestyle, it directly impact your skin, hair and health Hair play an important role in your personality. Everyone wants to have healthy, skin and hair. So that you look younger than your age and stay healthy, Whatever I will be sharing are tested remedies which I have used on myself.. You can check my old video to see hair transformation. All thes hair, you can see is new growth. Whole hair on my scalp. Are new? I also trimmed my hair time to time Grown. My hair to 20-25 inches at home Did at home without any medicine or dieting Worked. As per my personal experience and research Spended a lot of time in searching all remedies, I have applied them on my self and then only I share with you. I really feel happy to share my remedies, Feel very happy to see your results as well. You can share your problem with me.. I will try to help you out. I try to reply all my comments. If you have So that I can share with to audience So that I can motivate you with good home remedies. To stay healthy, we have to take care. We will have to take care of ourselves. I can give you suggestions and tips. You will have to do it yourself. Nothing is impossible. Do this consistently to get results, follow it positively. Motivational power is very necessary Wasted a lot of your time, Sharing home remedies for 6 different days, So I am sharing first home remedy for the same.. You can grow your hair 10 times. Growth is important from scalp to tip Start with one day.. I took Saturday as first day First day is oiling day Use homemade oil, Otherwise you can use coconut oil and castor oil. Castor oil is must Use essential oil if needed. Combination of castor oil with hair oil works, best Use, double boiler, method and message using fingers. Don'T scratch your scalp After message? ( 5-10 minutes ) leave hair as it is, Don't comb your hair just after oiling When you massage your roots, become little bit soft, So combing after hair oiling is not recommended After 30-40 minutes only you can do comb. Do it slowly to avoid hair breakage. Let oil absorbs for sometime Braid your hair after comb. After that you can take steam. If you don't want to or have severe hair fall, then you can skip steaming your hair. If you don't have steamer, don't worry, use short towel and dip in hot water. Squeeze the towel and wrap on hair and repeat the step 3-4 times Steaming, helps your hair pores to open up so doing. This will help oil to get absorb in hair. Keep hair! Oiling for atleast 24 hours Next day we will do hair wash you can keep oiling for 48 hours as well. I will share homemade shampoo recipe for hair. Wash Will show you demo and application So use this method of oiling. You can keep oiling on your hair for 2-3 days as well. Don'T forget to use homemade shampoo next day Check out next video for sure Hope. You will accept this challenge.
