So I've always had a really tough time with blending extensions with my hair because of my hair texture, but the technique that I'm going to show you guys has actually been working very well for me. So we're just going to go ahead and brush through our hair and make sure there are absolutely no tangles. Once I finish detangling, I'm going to start to put my hair back into a high ponytail. You can do it as high or as low as you would like, then I'm taking my Pantene sculpting wax and putting that on my edges, because I want my ponytail to look very slick once I finish applying that then I'm taking a paddle brush and brushing through That to make sure there are no bumps in my ponytail and then I'm putting two elastic rubber bands to make my ponytail. Now, I'm taking my better length extensions, and these are in a Yaqui texture, and I find that these have been working very well for me. So I'm taking some of those and clipping them together to create a long strand of hair and then what i do is i take the first clip clip it in my ponytail and then start to wrap that hair all around and then once I'm halfway done wrapping It I put a bobby pin to secure it and I keep wrapping the more bobby pins that you put the more secure that your ponytail will be. Then, once I finish, I take the last clip and clip it right behind my ponytail. Then I take a piece of hair from my ponytail. It'S about an inch wide and wrap that around where I wrapped the extensions, because I don't want people to be able to see my tracks, so I just wrap it around to kind of disguise the fact that I'm wearing extensions and that's pretty much how I get This sleek ponytail, if you guys found this helpful, make sure to give this video a thumbs up.
