How To: Frontal Wig Ponytail & Chit Chat Beginner Friendly !

Hey girlfriends, I'm meat welcome back to my channel, so let's just get right into this video of how i did this frontal ponytail using not a 360 week, but only a frontal week. So i did do the ball cap method for this, just because i just wanted it to lay as flat as possible, and I also am using this curly. I want to say this is like a 26 inch wig and yeah. I'M just gon na go ahead and get this put on and get it kind of fitted to where I want it to lay so now, I'm going in with the witch hazel you already know you got ta clean up their hairline. I want to get some of that makeup off my hairline just so this glue that I'm gon na use it's gon na whole long, grrrrrr and yeah. So I'm just gon na clean up my hairline. You can use alcohol if you were prefer whatever you want to use, just make sure that you don't have any kind of oil or anything on your hairline, because then it's not gon na hold as long so. The next I'm gon na use my bow hold and this little popsicle stick and I'm gon na smooth that across the front of my hairline, and I am going to use a very generous amount, because I am putting this up in a high pony. And I wanted to last me a little while I don't want you know my scalp slipping back, why the dais is going because we've all been there. I want this to be intact. Okay, so I'm going to use a very generous amount and I'm gon na smooth this across my hairline and let it dry clear. So while I'm smoothing the rest of this a nice, if our jaw, let me just share with y'all about 2020, because this year have been a little bit too much. I don't know: what's in the water, I don't know what's in the air, that's what we really need to be figuring out what's in the air, because this little virus that's going on that we really aren't getting too many details on then he'll be passing away. Rest in peace that was such a hard hit for my household with me being a collegiate athlete, my husband being a collegiate athlete and being a pro athlete, and he just it was just too much making Nikki arguing all on social media like what is happening. What'S up 2020, what's going on like imma need people allegedly getting a wig snatched off like it's just too much we need. We need a reset button, a snap y'all stat for real for real. So now I'm just gon na go ahead and I'm going to secure this week in place in two and he saved now. This is super important again because we're gon na be pulling this up in a ponytail, and we just need this little baby to be secure. Okay, we don't need no slippage. We need trying to had this wig sitting on top of our head. Okay and that's just a snow shade to my girl at all, but that's exactly how I've been feeling this 20/20, like just all discombobulated and I'm just not feeling it at all, like it's just all bad out here. So hopefully we get things in order, but nevertheless I am just a laying this wig down and I'm lining it up with the glue. And if you have a few pieces that are like not glued down, that's okay, you can always go in and either use your shears or your scissors or whatever your eyebrow razor. Whatever you have and just cut that off or you can add glue to it. To lay it down, whichever you prefer so aside from everybody else's drama, how have y'all been in 2020, like I've been a little bit overwhelmed? I'M gon na be honest, which are like that's why I haven't been one here as much which hopefully you know I get the ball rolling in February, because I have a lot of great content that I want to put out for you guys. But it's just like trying to muster up the energy to push myself to the next level, and it's not that I don't want to it's just like you know how sometimes like you just in this space, and it's just kind of like you got a lot going On and you're just trying to focus on just getting through the day and doing everything that you have to do and that you can't even really think about like other stuff. Like that's how I am right now, like I'm, trying to get myself to the next level, because I can see things starting to kind of you know happen for me and evolve for me, but it's just mentally getting into that space where it's just like. Okay, you got this it's right there like just keep working towards it, so I hope that y'all 2020 has started off well and whatever you know, New Year's resolutions or goals, or whatever you have written down for yourself, that y'all are accomplishing them because 2020. I really feel like for me it's like my year till I really put my work in so that the years to come, can really, you know, enjoy life for real, so right now I just call my baby hairs down and then I'm just gon na go ahead And put my elastic band on and if you struggle with baby hairs, I honestly suggest that you do it this way, because once you lay the elastic band or even if you use a scarf whatever you're going to use, when you lay that before you cut your Baby hairs once you take that off and you cut your baby hears they're already going to be laying down. So once you go in with with whatever you're going to use like say you use mousse y'all know like when you use mousse that you have to work fast, cuz it'll tend to lift well, the baby hairs will already be laying in the direction that you need Them to lay so you can work a lot quicker versus if you're fighting with them trying to get them to lay down so that you can. You know comb them into place, so here I'm just so on the back of the wig down to my braids. Now this is why I like doing this with curly hair, because it doesn't have to be perfect, and you know, even when you do like kind of a messy ponytail like it still looks good versus. If I was to do straight hair and try to make this look sleek, it will be a little bit more difficult to kind of pull it off, but nevertheless, I'm just gon na sew this down and, as you guys will see - and I'm gon na do - that Around the entire back perimeter and also along the sides, so here I'm just gon na take my mousse in my diamond brush and I'm just going to start to kind of work that up into a ponytail. Now I want to be really gentle on this part, because again I don't wanna cause any excess tugging or anything like that, because I don't want this to slip and I definitely don't want my edges missing when I take this down so yeah, I'm just gon na Start working this up into a ponytail until I get it to my desired look and then I'm just gon na go ahead and secure it. You know like we do in the bag this year because once secure it and then we're gon na go ahead and lay these baby hairs, so you're goofy on Twitter. A lot like I like Twitter, because it's funny and people are just like flat-out hilarious on there, but sometimes I'll be seeing some stuff, that's just so out of pocket to, like example, I seen the the tweet about the guy getting upset over a $ 60 date. Now I know that we are in this like generation now where it's like this whole 50/50 movement, and it's this whole. You know he paid for this. I pay for that and that's cool if you want to go about things that way, but let me just tell y'all if you as a woman are, you know, invited out by a guy and he is like so hell-bent on you ordering $ 8 appetizers and that's It and that's all you can get, or else he's like not paying, since you need to leave him where you found him, because I think the not like seriously like I just could not believe that he was really going in over a $ 60 day and over Her or during an actual meal instead of a water and appetizer like it's just so much stuff that I see on social media now there I just am very concerned about really with Valentine's Day coming up. Let me say this real quick. I see so many women who they've never gotten flowers or they've, never gotten edible arrangements or whatever, and this is not, in my opinion, to fall. You know the woman like that doesn't mean that there's something wrong with you just because you've never received these things. My concern is: what type of men are we one dating and two raising that a woman can be you know, 2530 years old and never have received flowers? That blows my mind like seriously. Of course you know, there's always the exception. There'S always the woman that oh well, I don't like flowers or, oh, you know, I'm allergic to flowers or whatever, okay girl, so scratch that there are other nice things that a guy can do that. You know it's just showing that he's being thoughtful and there are a lot of times that we date guys and they're not like that. Like they've, never done anything thoughtful now, I've you know received flowers several times, you know from guys, but there are also guys. You know who never bought me flowers or whatever, but you can best believe those are not the guys that you know I took serious or I dated on a you, know serious level or married like never so my thing in the 20 20 and even just being Married like let's raise our standards and not necessarily like oh, he has to have this this and that, but just you know, as far as what we accept y'all, because I know last year it was like a big topic on YouTube about struggle, love, and you know Women, you know feeling like they got ta just accept the bare minimum to be in a relationship with somebody, and I can talk about this all day. I'M not trying to talk about ear off, but when I seen that tweet about him tripping about paying $ 60 for a day, I was just kind of like you like. Is this what's left out here? I know it's some good me and out here y'all. I know it's got, ta be still something me and left out here I mean it might not be a lot. Y'All might you know y'all might be outnumbering on, but y'all, please don't be settling for somebody's craziness seriously, alright y'all. So this is the final look.
