Luxy Hair Ponytail Extensions Review Grwm

What'S up youtube, it's your girl melissa! Coming back at you with another product review in today's video you're actually going to join me. While i get ready for a quarantine date night, that's right! I'M actually getting ready to see my sweetheart. He does not get to see me dressed up anymore and i feel so bad, so i'm actually going to surprise him tonight and get cute and get a little dolled up, even though we have nowhere to go. I just think it's super important um. You know during this time that you still take care of yourself. You still feel good about yourself and you take the time out to make sure that the people that you love most know that you're still putting in an effort. So i know that he loves me in my pajamas. He loves me when i'm sick, when i look crazy when i wake up and my hair looks like medusa um and thank you thank you. Thank you baby for always always loving me um, but i still think that it's super important for him to see that sexy sultry side of me. So i'm going to make an attempt to do that for him today, even though i feel like i'm a little out of practice, given the fact that i do not do a routine on a regular basis anymore, and i'm sure a lot of you are in that Same boat so get on the boat with me, let's get this date night started. I'M gon na go ahead and give you a review and a demonstration of a product while getting ready, because in the busy world that we live in, sometimes you got ta multitask all right. Truly so without further ado, i would love to share with you the product that i am bringing you to the channel today and that is actually going to be from luxy hair. Now, if you've been a subscriber for a while you'll know that i did do a luxie hair demo a couple of weeks back um. So if you haven't checked out that video yet go ahead and check that out after you watch this video because there's definitely more in store so for tonight's look um, i started out with kind of an updo vibe and i've got my ponytail going on in the Back and i kind of did a little something back - there added some curl added a little extra volume to the top, and that might do it for most nights, but because i said i really want to make this a special evening. I am going to go ahead and be using a new product that i got from luxie here and that is going to be their ponytail extension uh. This is the dark brown with the ombre and it's 16 inches. So this is the product. If you can see that and then i'll show you the back, so the back has a clip that you're going to insert into the hair. And hopefully you can see that okay and then this piece, that's kind of awkwardly hanging out along the side, is actually what you wrap around the ponytail to conceal and kind of finish off the look, so i've already pre-styled the ponytail, my hair put it up and All it's going to take is really just showing you guys how to install it so i'll do that in just a second and then give you kind of the finalized look and let you know how i feel about the product all right, so obviously, you've already seen The product, so i'm super, excited to show you how to install it. I do want to point out just like the other luxy hair product that i received the last time. It does come in this beautiful packaging and, as i had described before, when you open up the box, there is a seal on the box and if i can get the freaking thing open, um anytime, you want to record anything. Everything goes wrong. I just want to let you know for any prospective youtubers out there. I feel like. It is just like a constant struggle, but um when you receive the product, it's going to be beneath this little plastic and then there are seals on both sides of the box and then at the top, there's actually a little um sample. That looks just like the hair that you're gon na have underneath the plastic, so you're able to do a color match first upon realizing that the color either matches or doesn't you'll, obviously be able to make a decision on whether or not you need to make a Return or exchange with luxy hair, but if it does match, then you can go ahead and crack that bad boy open - and this is what is going to be beneath that plastic. So um, when you are putting this in you'll, want to put your hair up and you can put your hair up in a high pony, medium or a low pony, depending on whatever style you're. Looking for you know, you can put it on on the side. There are so many different ways, and this is so versatile and the hair feels so luxurious love so far, so basically, i'm going to kind of turn around and show you. So when you put this in your hair, you can see the little clip piece you're going to make sure that that is clipped to the center of the top of your head. So just like that, and then you just want to wrap these little pieces around your existing ponytail holder. So i'm going to show you how i'm doing that and then this one piece of hair that i had mentioned is kind of like a little straggler. So this extra piece you're going to go ahead and take that and you're just going to wrap it tightly around the ponytail until your completed look is achieved, and this is a lot harder to do on camera than you might think. So i want to make sure you guys can actually see what i'm doing uh doing a vlog without a camera person is some serious uh serious wizardry with wizardry wizardry, sometimes so, once you've got the ponytail in place, you're just going to want to attach some bobby Pins just to ensure that that piece of hair that you've wrapped over the top doesn't um doesn't come loose so that you're able to move your hair freely and then once you're done. You'Ve got an amazing, full ponytail that you know you kind of whip to the left and to the right. You know, and do that comfortably knowing that it's not going to come loose, these ponytails can be braided, they can be heat styled um. I recently purchased the luxie hairstyler wand and that is going to be featured in a video in the future, but um yeah. I mean it is very versatile. You can do so much and really really change the look of your hair and just give yourself that extra boost that you might be needing during these crazy times that we're in. So i will give you a kind of a little turn here, so you can kind of see what that looks like. Obviously, there are a lot of different ways that you can style this and i am excited to kind of play around with some of the braid tutorials that luxie has on their website. If you have not went to their website yet definitely do that. I will link it in the description below they've got amazing information, even if you're not going to buy a product which buy a product right, but even if you're not going to they've got amazing, tutorials and hair care tips and you know quarantine routine. For you know your hair and keeping it healthy, and you know doing things that maybe are a little different than what you normally would just to mix up your routine, because it's definitely a little monotonous right now, um so yeah. I think you should just definitely check it out, but when i uh when i got my hair extension ponytail, obviously like i said it comes in this beautiful packaging.
