Simple Ponytail With Bundles! Quick & Easy

Hey loves, welcome back to my channel and if you're new to my channel, my name is sharielle and in today's video i'm going to be showing you how i do my uh ponytails my low ponytails high ponytails, whatever they're all the same. The way i install it so i'm starting off by wetting my hair and combing my hair. This is probably like day four hair, so it already has a bunch of product in it, and i just wanted to comb it out because it was a little tangled. Well, a lot of tangles all right once i finish combing all that i want a middle part, so i'm gon na do you know, try to get my part right. I didn't have a rat tail comb, so making parts with this type of comb is the worst. It'S never straight, i'm just never satisfied so, but finally, i have one now, thank god, because it just made my life so much easier. So it took me a little minute just to get this little part right all right. So when i have my part finally finished, i sleek it down with some gel um you can use whatever gel you want. I use the same. Gel i've always been using. The pro cut proclaim: activator gel and um, just sleek the sides down and make sure there's. No flyaways and all the bumps are gone and everything so i use a harder bristle brush to sleek everything down, and then i go in with my little comb just to smooth everything down even more do once everything is nice and slick back, and i put it In a ponytail, i'm going to braid my ponytail all the way down and just secure it with any type of rubber band. I like to use a smaller rubber band and just throw it away later, just so it's not showing because if sometimes, if i use a thicker hair tie, it shows through the ponytail and then i'm just gon na tame. My edges, you know my the back baby hairs back edges that kitchen whatever you want to call it be acting up, so i have to always smooth that down and i use a edge tamer called edge boost, and i just got that from the beauty. Supply store be careful when you're using this, because if you use a lot, it will show up white so make sure you mix it with water and then like put water on first and then put the edge control on after and then i'm going to carry on And do my baby hairs in the front before i even put my ponytail just make sure everything is good and laid all right. So once everything is nice and laid in the way i wanted to i'm going to comb out my bundle this sometimes they get very tangled, especially because mine's, not human hair. It'S just synthetic. It was like twenty dollars for a pack of three at my beauty. Supply store and they last a few months, um they're kind of getting a little bit tangled. You know like a little rough, so i might need new ones soon, but these things last for the money and they look natural. So all right, so i'm going to start wrapping the bundle starting at the edge and at the bottom of the ponytail and using a bunch of bobby pins. So this one i'm just going to use one bobby, pin and put that in place and then i'm just going to keep wrapping it around my head two or three times and then placing it a bobby, pin to hold it down and then continue. Two or three times placing a bobby pin until i get all the way at the top and then i'm just gon na twist it all around. So you don't see the hair tie or you don't see where my other ponytail is so once everything is nice and secured. I brush out my ponytail just to make sure all the knots are out and then i take a piece from the back and i wrap it around my hair. So don't take a little thin piece but don't take a really thick piece. So it's really obvious. Take a nice, medium piece, um comb, it out to make sure there's no tangles or bumps in that either and then just wrap it all the way around. So it hides, you know the tracks, it hides the body pins, it hides the ponytail everything, so it just blends in better with your hair, when you're wrapping make sure you are pulling it tight enough, so it feels secure and it doesn't feel like it's too loose And it will fall out do and as i go, i make sure i smooth it out and then just secure it in the back. So it's hidden and then that's it. Comb. Everything out again make sure all the little bumps and all the flyaways are nice and laid um. You can. If you have time you can put a scarf on and wrap it and make sure everything is laid, so nothing flies away throughout the day or you can just leave the house like. I did all right and this is the finished look. It was definitely easy. It doesn't take long, especially if you know what you're doing and you've done it a thousand times um.
