She see money all around me. I look back on the man. Okay, guys welcome back to my channel. My name is jaylen mitchell, also known as natural rain, and i would love it if you would go down there and subscribe and click that notification bill. So you'll. Never miss what i have new uploads, so today's video is gon na, be pretty quick, simple and to the point, i'm just gon na be showing you guys how to make my hair ties their DIY hair ties. I'Ve been using these for, like maybe like three years now, and it's really really good for thick hair. If you have thick hair and nothing really seems to work or nothing can really fit all your hair in or you get migraines from having your hairs, how it's too tight, then I think this DIY is definitely for you. So you're only gon na need two things. So the first thing is the knee-high stockings. You can get the full-size stockings as well, but I've just always used knee-high. So I just got the assortment of colors, but you can get them in whatever color you want. I really like them black and the tan ones. Don'T really ask why black blends with my hair and tan just works, and most of the time you can't even see the band's anyway, so it doesn't matter what color it is um. I got this from Walmart, but you can get them at. You know your drugstore. Pretty much a lot of different stores anywhere, you can get pantyhose boom, then the next thing you're gon na need is just scissors to cut them and the sizes that you want. So I use these hair ties for everything. One of them is my unicorn method and I'll. Have it linked above? If you want to check that out, but I basically just use it to band my hair and it's super stretchy doesn't pull any of my hair out, doesn't have any metal in it and I'm straight I'm good to go. The next thing that I use them for is when I'm doing my high puff so right now I actually have pantyhose and the great thing about it is it just allows me to adjust my plus to the size. I want that's not going to give me a headache, but you know it does the job type of thing. So yeah, that's just like a couple of options like you can clearly use these for anything. I guess I'm gon na start off with the black ones. This is what they look like they're just knee-high, and these are super soft, not even a lot. All I'm going to do is cut off the top, because I can't really do anything with that. I'M just gon na cut it. It fit all cut yeah. It'S just gon na cut off the top, so when you cut the top off, this is what it should look like. This should be the piece that you're cutting off and it's basically the part you can't make into a hairband, I mean technically you could. You could tie it, but I don't really recommend it, but to each a song. But after that you should have two openings one at the top and the one that was already there at the bottom. For me, I usually have the skinny ones cuz. Those come in handy, but I also like the thicker ones, because they're more like scrunchies, so I'm gon na do both and show you guys how I do that, so you can really make like tiny pieces. I forgot how crappy these scissors are so like bear with me, I'm literally just gon na cut it maybe like here, so this is kind of where I cut it on the side and I'm just gon na continue to cut it across. It doesn't have to be in a completely straight line, but you know try to make it a straight line, but it doesn't really matter okay. So when you cut it, it should look like this, and this is a hairband. I love that it stretches so much and it doesn't pull on my hair at all. So that's just a small one, but you can make them a little bigger, so the next one I'm gon na make a little bigger. So the next one I think I'm going to cut here. Okay, so when I got the other one, it looks like this. It'S definitely way thicker than the one we previously made, and then what I usually do is, I just stretch like this, and it makes that, like ponytail holder shape it basically just wraps around myself, it makes the pony soldier shape. So if you want to see the difference, this one is super skinny, this one's a little thicker. This is honestly like a better size for me that I recommend that we use more often, and then I'm gon na show you guys kind of like the scrunchie effect type of you guys should be able to see this top part. It comes from here to like here and it's more stretchy, and it allows for more hold. I'M gon na use this part to make kind of like a scrunchie, so I'm literally just going to click it around right here, cutting it right at the scrunchie part and then this kind of looks like a wristband haha, but that's the stretchy part. And then you can just use this. However, you like it is basically a scrunchie, so the last one that I like to use these knee-high pantyhose. I went ahead and I got the other one. Is I like to use them for my hive puffs? So I'm actually gon na. Take this one out to show you guys this one is very old and very very stretched. Oh my gosh Wow, very old, very stretched, but the moisture she gets the looser it is, and I just like it to be Lusaka, its high. The way that I want it to be it's time for a new one, because this one is so old, I'm gon na go ahead and show you guys what I do with this. I really don't do much being honest here and oh the great thing about this: is you don't have to buy new pantyhose if you have pantyhose already use those? If you have panty hose with holes in them, use those cuz, it doesn't really matter. So I'm just gon na take this one put it behind my neck and then I literally I'm gon na. Have it on each side, I'm gon na cross making sure none of the hair is in there it's a pot and then all I do is I just tuck it under. I don't tie it. Cuz it'll usually just stay by it. So there you go. So I just want to show you guys how many bands I was able to make using only one knee-high pantyhose, not two, not the left and the right just one of them. So here I have it. There are twelve of these and then don't forget this crunchy part that we made so technically. I was able to make 13 hair ties and total just off of one pantyhose. So essentially I would be able to make 26 total hair bands from two knee-high pantyhose. I can't believe more people don't know about this, so I really really hope this video helped you out and if it did don't forget, to give this video a big thumbs up - and I will see you guys on my next video bye, guys
