Sleek High Ponytail On Natural Hair (No Gel) | Outre Pretty Quick Ponytail | Chev B.

Wah gwan beautiful people welcome back to my channel in today's video i'll, be showing you guys a quick and easy ponytail using the ultra pretty quick ponytail in two different styles, and basically, i'm just going to show you guys how to do this using less products. So you know to begin: i got ta drink some gatorade to get my energy up. You know what i'm saying, because i've been feeling not the hottest, not the greatest right now. Okay, so my hair is stretched if you're new to my channel, my hair is fully natural but um to do this style. I i'm going to be doing it on fully stretched hair because i want to use less product and because i will be using like a kinky straight type of hair. I didn't necessarily want too much waves in my hair, but it's all up to you, whatever preference that you have i've done: ponytail tutorials with both non-stretch hair and stretch hair. So if you want to see different tutorials on that, i got a couple on my channel already, but for the purpose of this video we'll be working on stretched natural hair. So, as you guys can see, i'm putting my hair in a ponytail first of all, without using any product at all, so i'm trying to get it as neat as possible. You know, first of all and then what i'll be using is the got to be freezing spring, and this is the only product i will be using to slake down my hair. So i'm just going to spray that all over and then i'm just going to take this brush and just brush my hair in like right. Now it's not looking like the super neatest, but i'm telling you the got to be freezing spray. Will have you all the way together. So this way you're using less product on your hair, you know and the hairstyle will last longer. You will be avoiding flakes all that nastiness, you know what i'm saying and your hairstyle will last longer so um. What i use is a blow dryer to dry, the guttery freezing spray and then what i'm going to do is i'm going to create a small little bun. You know to tuck under the ponytail so that it doesn't look too big and chunky and then i'm going to take another hair tie and just hold on my little tiny, bun. Okay, now to do the edges, i'm going to be doing some swoop: doo doo doo! You already know how we do over here and to do that, i'm going to be using the edge booster edge control and basically i'm just doing this freehand there's nothing special to the to the to the edges. You know what i'm saying you don't even have to do your edges, but some people like to do it. Let them do it we're gon na. Do it over here. Do the super dupe and i'm just gon na improvise with whatever method comes to me now, i'm just going to go back in with some more of the got to be freezing spray. Just to like you know, touch up some areas that might have some flyaways before i tie down my hair, i'm just going to tie down my hair for some time. While i do my makeup so that's about like 50 minutes of leaving it tied down so that you know we can get it all neat and all the way together now this is how my makeup is. Looking, yes, girl, my makeup, looking hello, good luck, guys! I need to give y'all get ready with me, but anyways back to the hair, so this is how my hair is looking guys look at that no product buildup less product that girl this hairstyle is about to last for a very long time now, the hair that We'Ll be using the first ponytail is again from ultra. It is the pretty quick ponytail - and this is this afro springy or springy afro. Rather, in one b and guys, this texture is absolutely stunning, so it has three combs on the inside, and this is how the hair is looking. It'S looking all the way, natural all the way to match your tight coily hair. You know what i'm saying to make it have that extra natural look like you'll, be fooling people out in these streets. Now, with the pretty quick ponytail with this particular ponytail. It comes with that extra hair to wrap around the base of the hair, just to hide the ponytail, some more and just to create a nice. Even and neat look, so i'm just going to wrap that around and because of the kinky texture of the hair. I don't even need a hairpin, but you know just for security purposes. Okay, you don't want your your ponytails to be about the floor. You will be using some um, maybe some bobby pins, so you know hold it in make sure that it's all neat - and this is how the back is looking girl - i'm loving this now, i'm going to be honest with y'all. This is my second time attempting a ponytail with this particular ponytail. So first i did it on non-stretch hair and you know, get my natural hair, a wavy and ish just to make sure that it matches with the ponytail. But then again i got too much product build up, so i literally had to redo this entire video because of just the product build up. That is why i went ahead and did this tutorial on stretched hair. So, yes, anyways, this ponytail is fantastic. It'S beautiful she's, giving everything she is all that anabaga chips like the best thing since sliced, bread and she's, giving more now moving on to the next ponytail now. The purpose of the stretch here was for this particular ponytail. Now this is the pretty quick again ponytail in 24 inches, and this is the annie version, so it is more like a kinky straight, so it's not silky straight. It is to match, like a blown out natural hair type of vibe. So i'm just taking my denim brush just to smooth it out because, as i said in my second time doing this video, so i actually used it the day before and um. This is a drawstring ponytail. So, unlike the springy afro ponytail, this one doesn't come with that extra hair on the side to wrap at the base. So you would have to like you know, decide how much hair you want to wrap at the base and also with um drawstring ponytail. It doesn't lay as flat as the other version like the afro springy, with the three combs on the inside. However, what i realized is that drawstring ponytails are way more secure, like it feels way more secure on your head because of that drawstring. So this is how the hair is looking, so i'm just going to play with it a bit because you know my bun is a little bit high. I couldn't get it to be any flatter, so i'm just playing around with it, and i decided you know what i want to go with the side type of look and i'm just going to take a little piece of hair. Well, not a little piece. This looks like a whole lot of hair and i'm just gon na wrap it at the base, and then i'm gon na use a bobby pin to hold it down, so i'm just gon na keep playing with it until i get it. How i need it to look - and this is how the miss annie turned up? Isn'T she cute? She is giving everything like both these ponytails are freaking bomb i've been wearing these ponytails all week. My hair is still in this ponytail because guess what, as i said when you do this method, you use less product and your hair lasts longer, you don't have to walk around.
